Unfortunately, I didn't get to sign up because of how crazy weird my work hours are. I've read some other reviews stating that, once they took the free class, the management and workers start hassling you to sign up and spend $100 worth on hand wraps with no membership. I doubt these guys would do that. I was never hassled or harassed to join and sign up. They send out emails but it doesn't demand me to sign up. It's just offers. You decide to buy wraps if you want. I was given free clean, wraps just to use for that free class and I returned them to the laundry basket. Easy. My husband and son had to stop going because of the football season, but guarantee they'll be back once football is over. These guys keep them active. Once my work schedule settles down, I'll join them.

We've been looking all over for a speed training center for my 9 year old "lineman". My husband saw…read morean ad on fb for these guys, but for their Lehi location. A little too far for us. Not sure how we ended up at this location, honestly. All I knew was, my son had a consultation at a speed training center and we were here. They're not officially open yet and grand opening is on the 10th of February 2023. Exciting stuff. They've been training my son for two weeks now. Prices are very reasonable. My son is only 9. He also does boxing so the 60 minute package is perfect for him until football season starts up again. We got signed up with Nick. He's been really good with my son. My son is still a kid, minds well, but still has focus and distraction habits. He's still a kid. But Nick is really patient with him and keeps him focused and on track. They have some really cool tech and gear that's helpful for all athletes. Because this is a new location, everything is still brand new and maintained well. Everyone who works here have been really helpful for us in providing the training my son needs to prepare him for a future in sports. Of course it's not free. They have different types of packages for different levels. So, choose something based off of your own personal preferences. Ha! They also use an app to schedule classes (SO STINKIN EASY AND CONVENIENT), pay for your membership and they have varying hours throughout the days. Hoping these guys are able to expand their location to the available spot next door lol! They're gna be getting a lot of business with all the rising athletes in the area of West Jordan. It's located in a corner suite. So if you're dropping off your kid, you can help yourself to food or a mani/pedi. Haha. Or stick around and watch your kid train. Just remember not to stand in training zones. I'll have to add more photos when I get another chance to be here. My husband brings my son while I'm working (and paying for these activities lmbo). Beware of enrolling and bringing your kids to the Kids Academy here. The Kids Academy manager Kim…read moreisn't friendly at all. She gossips with certain staff members and club members (like Brittany S. & Katrina N.) about other staff members and club members. And her minion employee Lexie doesn't even greet guests when you enter the Kids Academy. Kenzie, another Kids Academy employee, bullies select coworkers, their kids, and members' children. She and Lexie are only kind to select guests and their children, but rude to others. Some Kids Academy employees have even quit due to bullying and mistreatment from Kim, Lexie, & Kenzie. I'll spare their names for privacy, but a couple of Lifetime South Jordan Kids Academy's SWEETEST girls working there ended up leaving due to their mental health suffering. Also, a handful of the Kids Academy staff yell at and discipline certain children over normal kid behavior. They all seem burnt out. The extremely low pay probably doesn't help. Personal trainer Rob also tells children who are aged 12+ they can't be upstairs on the gym floor without even age checking them (kids age 12+ CAN be upstairs) or contacting their parents. He's only friendly to certain staff and club members. The new GM Matt is super nice and seemingly professional. He's made a lot of positive changes since he's established his role, but he has a lot of work to do with the current Kids Academy management and staff. He's at least approachable though, unlike the former GM Bridgette who was fired for a string of wrongdoings, including illegally performing Botox on the former spa manager (they did it to each other) while at work. Some of the lifeguards and swim instructors could use professionalism training or retraining. A lot of them seem bored, unfriendly, and entitled, but they're more preferable over the Kids Academy manager Kim and her staff, particularly Lexie & Kenzie. Those three have done some illegal and just outright horrible things too.

My husband has a few chronic injuries that have made exercise very difficult for him and I was seeking a trainer who could take these injuries into account while still pushing both of us to a challenging workout. Cassie has delivered on all of this. She's so genuinely interested in your life, too, which really goes a long way. Despite how busy she is (and she's incredibly busy - she just hired a few trainers to help out!), she remembers each client's unique situation. I wish everyone had the same level of passion and dedication to their clients. I would absolutely recommend Cassie and her team to anyone looking for personal training.

The fitness Cinema has been broken for weeks. A light is out in the pool. At this location they do not know how to fix things in a timely manner. This gym actually has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came with two friends…read moreand have the highest membership. One friend has a location membership at another EOS and the other bought a week pass at that other location. They wouldn't let my friend who bought their week pass at Trolley, to come here which was annoying. They're also so sales driven it's ridiculous- you can't purchase a day pass, or week pass or do a trial without them blowing up your phone for MONTHS, daily, and no matter if you tell them you don't live there, they will still make you sit down with a sales associate. My friend filled out a guest account with an associate, came with me for over a week, and a week later they told her she didn't have a guest account and we needed to sit down for another 20 minutes to set up a new one with a sales associate- continued to give the same pitch even when she lives in ANOTHER COUNTRY. I don't believe the bathrooms are ever clean, counter tops with water all over them and toilet paper all over the ground. I also don't like that this gym also has almost zero kettle bells, and no stretch band or true functional training options. They have two turf areas which is nice, but other than that most of the equipment is outdated, most dirty (I've never seen them clean their equipment) and it's almost always packed.
