As the day approached and I was not responded to but messages were read with indication markers. This should have been my red flag. On date of I got a response saying she never booked it and she was sorry. Then I gave it another try. I booked the appointment at the end of March for the 4th of April. Ok I walk in with 8 other pictures of color melt balayage style shoulder length A lines with similar colors as my desired future hair which was 3 inches longer but same in appearance and color application but these pictures were shorter like my current length. We discussed me continuing to do my base color and I explained that I had been doing my color with a non grey coverage so my grays were not colors solid I loved the high light of them and it makes my grow it make sense . I have been doing hair myself for 25 years ! All I wanted was to have more dimension with highs and lows with my color incorporated. I also made clear I did not want high lights on my part she asked if she could do a little I agreed with a money piece in the front. We discussed stepping away from so much warmth and we would be doing cooler colors. As she foiled my highs and lows she started to color between the foils on my base. Then we went to the wash bowl where she scrubbed and applied then scrubbed and applied my head was tender with her nails scraping my scalp at this point. She sat next to down to cut and style I made not to the hair cut. I asked please don't let the back drop lower that the front angle . ( no penis hair cut) like Dorothy Hamill hideous haircut. She laughed . I closed my eyes and said I'm waiting for the end to be stoked. As she parted my hair to the side kept fluffing it and culling it . Yes my thought was ok this looks good not what I was going for but alright and my son was getting married in two days there not much time to be playing hair games. At rehearsal my family pointed out how shitty it was . I went home washed it blew it out to find patch chunks all over and when I I parted it correctly the was 2006 stripper strips of bark brown/ black with gold 14 inch wide chunks all across my mohawk. The retouching she did was a grey covering to hide all my sparkle that was coming in. I wanted a lived in look that was natural and beach . God given appearance.. this was not the case. I pushed through the wedding and Sunday I felt maybe I'll get used to it. Monday. I looked at the pictures from my son's wedding and thought my hair looks like shit and it also looks like Dorothy Hamill's haircut.. so I wrote her Tuesdays morning saying it's not what I wanted. That the color highlights had already faded her cover up toner and the residual left behind was gold, yellow, and light green. Wednesday Thursday Friday I sent another picture and said I'm in disbelief that this was my hair I'm going to be 50 and I have teenager 1990-2006 streak chunky hair not what I asked for it's hideous color and out dated and not age appropriate for me as a grandmother or hairstylist! She finally responded with: I didn't respond to your first message on Tuesday because I thought you were having a bad day but you continue to send me these pictures and say that you're unhappy. I'm a little confused when you left you were happy which was true because she curled and styled my hair like I don't wear it and I couldn't see the shit she had done.. the picture she posted on social media that afternoon was of the back of my head not my hair done the way that I normally wear it and I did press thumbs up on the picture because it did look nice from the back went over, directed and pushed to the back the pieces you see in the picture that are curled are my bangs that she laid over the top of my fucked up stripes. She also stated that she doesn't feel comfortable doing my hair or fixing it because she thinks that I'm mentally unstable.. mind blowing. Ultimately she charged me $260 for something I didn't ask for and told me that it was a deal. I have seen her work before on others it's nice that's why I came to her and she knows me, I'm not saying don't go to her. I'm saying she didn't do me any justice.. i've never had ungiven looking hair never planned on having it and I'm devastated that my 50th birthday is coming up and I look like a fucking child! I truly can't believe she turned this into me not being mentally stable because I don't like this on God-given childish looking stripper hair. If build back better was a hairdo this would be it.. in the end no apology no offering to fix it. No offering to kick back any of my funds a waste of my time and my money and now I'll be paying extra for it to be a color correction from a true professional.

Came here for a mani-pedi after eating pho next door, had a pedi once before and it felt good…read more(similar to a foot massage) but first time having a mani lol. 3 of us (all guys) decided to try this place out since the reviews were so good. They were seated pretty quick but I had to wait almost 25 mins which sucked, they were half done before I even started, they kept saying wait a few minutes....25 is not a few lol. Anyhow, the lady who did my pedi gave my feet/legs a real good massage after the usual stuff. Wasn't until I got home that I noticed the toenails were cut kinda messy, about half way through my pedi another lady pulled up to start my mani (didn't know they do both at the same time) but the mani was very unwhelming and my nails again looked kinda uneven....i think I do a better job myself. Like I said the massage/cleaning part was relaxing so I can't give them 1* or 2* but I'd be lying if I said they deserved more than 3. The staff were friendly, just expected nails to be cut better I could have done.
