Girl says the girl that's abusing the program is triggering her trauma - center does nothing. You can get away with anything here. If you want to "complete" treatment but still be a drug addict while you're there - this is the place for you. If you have trauma - they'll blame it "on your degree or socioeconomic circumstances so you arent allowed to be mad" because you are entitled, and drug seekers are more important than you.

The staff is beyond great, they're helpful and understanding. They're always available to listen, and if you feel something isn't right with you they do not hesitate to reach out to the Dr or if the on duty nurse isn't in your house at night they will call them over. For someone who has not gone through it, when you're detoxing it can feel like you're dying. At ARC most of the staff are also in recovery and that is very helpful knowing they do really understand. Highly recommend giving a call to them if you are even thinking about treatment.

The next most important reason I chose 1Method was for their commitment to an exercise program that was built into the weekly schedule that included the guidance of a professional trainer who worked with me to build new habits that have stayed with me. I have stayed sober since August 25 of 2019 . I am grateful to live at the beach where I ride my bike every day and prepare healthy, real foods for myself and my family, because those things helped me build new habits that were foundational to my long term success. I will complete my bachelors degree in December of this year and plan to enter the graduate program in January. It's never too late to make a new start and transform your life.

Ritz is clean, cozy, and has this chill vibe that makes it easy to settle in and focus on getting better. What I loved most was how the team treated me , they actually listened, kept it real, and showed real compassion because many of them had been through the same struggles. They didn't just throw a one size fits all plan at me, they made a plan that fit meIt felt like a safe space where I could be open and vulnerable without any judgment. The overall company was trying to get the most money out of my insurance as possible. I started off in the sober living facility and during Christmas time, I had covid over winter and had to take NyQuil and that was the first excuse for forcing me back into a rehab program that was not needed. My reason for being in the program in the first place was that I had 18 back to back surgeries over the past 4 years and was on opioids for a long period of time so this was a way to detox in a safe environment. There was no psychological addiction, just physical dependence to opioids. They lied about multiple addictions to medication(amphetamine addiction) that I was prescribed since childhood and used it to get more money through insurance. They also lied about an alcohol addiction, when I am medically intolerant to alcohol. When I got back to the sober living after this time I was talked about poorly among staff members and called "attention seeking" for asking for a few days off in order to visit 2 dying family members. Eventually someone in the group had consumed alcohol and told the staff which upset another client due to the unfairness and favoritism. This upset client gave me alcohol without my knowledge or consent and afterwards told the staff that I was drunk. This other client had been upset and doing things like this for 2 weeks prior to this incident. I believe he did this in order to prove a point that they will send people they dislike or with good insurance back to rehab in order to get more money. This client later confessed to me he had put alcohol in my drink without my consent and I had a reaction to the alcohol and was placed back into the rehab facility. I was put on addictive barbiturates and unnecessary medications for 2 days before my insurance denied coverage due to fraudulent services. The alcohol level was so low that there was no logical reason I needed to be there. I was then abandoned as a patient had had to find a new place to live in 2 hours or I was out on the street. Remember it's just a business. They don't actually care about you. They left another 2 of my friends on their own where one eventually fell into a coma following her abandonment. Something else they did was contact my pharmacy and told them never to fill any of my prescriptions ever from any doctor. I was no longer under their care at all. I'm a disabled person and this made it very difficult to obtain medication that I needed. This is a HIPPA violation for sure.
