    Cappuccino

This place is just wonderful. Not only is the location gorgeous, but the staff is incredible and the product is wonderful. This is my new favorite coffee shop when I'm in the area. Actually enjoyed this place so much that I went twice, one time on a Wednesday morning, and another time on a Thursday afternoon. Their nitro cold brew is wonderful. The cold brew is strong and has a beautiful flavor that is only enhanced by the nitro. The cardamom muffin was one of my favorite pastries that I ate from this place. Definitely ask for it toasted, because it really does bring out the flavor of the cardamom and put some crispy edges on the muffin. The cappuccino was all very good. You could tell these guys actually care about their coffee. Again, just a great location with a great product, with a great staff. I look forward to visiting here again.

Oat milk latte and a pistachio pastry, delish! Great view from the patio and a nice stop before a hike.

Thump is my go to coffee shop whenever I'm in Bend. I always grab a bag of beans on my trips up to Central Oregon. If you grab a bag of coffee, they'll include a mug of coffee on the house which is a nice touch. I got there early and parked my bike on the rack right outside, and managed to beat the line that quickly formed for the morning rush. The cashier was friendly and the inside was cozy. I'm always a huge fan of Thump's roasts.

Good basic drinks. The sauce in the warm lattes was always subtle, so be sure to ask for extra pumps. Amazing view of the fields and mountains.

Great location, overlooking the high school soccer and baseball fields, tucked in a modern office complex and neighborhood. Quick barista and service. Our group went with the iced lavender white mocha and I went with the lavender sparkling lemonade. The blueberry croissant danish was flaky light and creamy. Yum!

Came in an hour before they closed on Sunday and it's such a nice, calm and chill coffee shop. Love the views overlooking the school and mountains. Lots of parking. I saw people studying in here. Since it was to closing they didn't have any pastries out. I got a vanilla coffee latte with oatmilk and it was nice an smooth. Not too sweet or bitter.

Great coffee, cool location, fast/friendly service, and the spicy breakfast sandwich... BOMB! Times I've been here I've ordered the spicy Mayan mocha which is always super yummy. Expect it to be busy here but they are pretty quick with service. Outdoor area is super cute and the perfect little spot to enjoy your cofffee and food by the fire

This is the specific location that I end up going to each time. The view from this place is amazing. Now add an outdoor fire and good coffee to it. All we then need is good company to have a good time. Highly recommend this place.

The first thing I saw was the beautiful bakery case filled with breads, rolls and drippy gooey cinnamon rolls1. I ordered from a very friendly staff member with a beautiful smile. I decided on an egg sandwich served on a toasted, incredibly soft, house-made milk bun. Layered with a flavorful chimichurri aioli and topped with melted Queso Oaxaca cheese. I love the added crunch with pickled radish, carrots, and fresh sprouts, which cut through the richness with a bright, tangy bite. Seriously, it was mouth watering delicious and probably the most unique breakfast sandwich I have ever had. As I write this my mouth is watering thinking about it! The vanilla lattes are not average they were lovely. It's cool that the beans are sourced from plantations in Veracruz, Mexico. Not overly sweet with milk frothed to the perfect drinkable temperature.

Who knew one could find Paris quality croissants in Bend, Oregon?…read more We were in town for our family reunion and two summers ago we held it at the Paris Olympics so our point of comparison is valid. Twice I went to M's to pick up a large assortment of pastries for our family of 21 and everything was outstanding and compared favorably to the best we had in France. We were staying at the Riverhouse Lodge and it was an easy 7 minute drive to get to the Old Mill location with plenty of parking. Both days no chocolate/almond croissant, which was sad. Standouts: - almond croissant 5/5 - chocolate croissant 5/5 - ham and cheese croissant 5/5 - gochujang twist 5*5 (so unique and so bummed they didn't have it the second day) - kouigh amman 5/5 - almond pecan sandie 5/5 Solid choices: - monkey bread 4/5 (a bit smaller than what I'm used to and more bready than pastry, no frosting as I'm more used to seeing) - milk bread 4/5 (solid offering) - blueberry scone 4/5 (a little bit too fruit forward so very messy to eat but still yummy) - blueberry buckwheat muffin 4/5 (also a bit too fruit forward so very messy to eat, but still yummy) We didn't try any of their breads but the selection looks great!

I was a solo diner and she gave me just the same attention and hospitality as her other groups. It was a very homey feeling, I felt like I was having breakfast at a friend's house. The margarita was very yummy, not too sweet and super refreshing. The Baja Chicken Hash was a party in my mouth. I felt like every bite had a different level of something. I wouldn't recommend if you're not a saucy person. Between the salsa, poached egg and hollandaise I was in sauce heaven. Stefan was very personable, he encouraged me to try the homemade hot sauce with my meal and simply said "try this, trust me". The homemade hot sauce and ketchup really complimented the dish as well. The owner walked around and talked with myself and other guests and he also helped buss my table. Very admirable to see owners be present and get down and dirty with the staff. Much respect and appreciation. Only visiting Bend but will definitely dine again for I leave and will absolutely tell a friend :)

Normally that's not a problem but we were traveling so didn't get to take all that delicious food back home with us. Funnily enough I overheard the manager speaking to another couple and mentioning you can order half size portions which is pretty convenient. Food was tasty! Service was decent (felt like the waitress said "perfect" one too many times and also asked us on 3 different occasions where we were from). Outside of that we'd definitely come back to try some of the other items on the menu. The bakery looked tempting as well!
