Went here to get green gas and ended up learning quite a bit. The guy behind the counter was great and knowledgeable. What I liked most about him and the shop was that I felt welcomed as a newcomer to the hobby. I didn't get treated like a noob as some would say. He had no issue answering any and all of the questions I had. Also he did a great job handling and juggling multiple customers as he was there by himself. All of the previous 5star reviews are accurately written. The 1star review must be from a bitter old friend or X employee. The service here is like no other. Each employee is full to the brim with knowledge. I started playing Airsoft about a month ago. My friend asked me to come out and give it a try. First thing I did was get on Craigslist and find a cheap gun. After my Craigslist purchase, I took the gun to Thunderkiss to have it checked out. Charlie took my gun in the back for about 15 minutes to go through my gun, checking that everything was fine. I expected to be suckered a bit... Ooh you need this or you need this. I didn't get ANY of that. I got a professional. Charlie told me my gun was in fantastic condition. Shoots at 350FPS and he even showed me how to adjust the Hopper. I asked what do I need to walk on to the field and play? He said, charge your battery. NO UPSALES?? NO BS SALES?? I actually got a honest salesman!?!? Well I asked then, what could I use? He said. If your looking to spend$, you could upgrade your battery, face sheild and you could get a bigger clip. So I did. My first experience was so good, that when my other friend asked to join, we went straight to Thunderkiss to get him set up. We walked out with a gun completely set up for under $150. By far the most helpful shop I've ever been to. The employees were more than happy to help with and/or answer whatever question you might have. Other shops I've been to, employees would show clear signs of frustration when you wanted to look at multiple things, which kind of deterred me from looking at things. Not here! They don't make you feel rushed, they allow you to look at your own pace and have no issue with pulling anything you may want to look at out or down. Also, while I was there, keys got locked in my friends truck and we had to wedge the door and pop the handle. Well, it took about 45 minutes to an hour and one of the employees, when he had time, was out helping us get into the truck. He even went and cut and bent a meter stick to fit and ended up popping the door for us. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND you stop in and give them a look. Great inventory and knowledgeable staff. Sent my nephew in with a gift card and told him to talk to the staff. They could have sold him a gun that they wanted to get out of their inventory. Good size store good airsoft collection for sale. Since he was out of the particular lube I needed to finish rebuilding a gear box he went in back and filled a zip lock with enough to do about 3 gear boxes for free! While explaining to another guy how to clean a barrel he said he didn't sell .22 patches but you can have these and gave him a whole handful! I got 5K Bio BB's for $16 which seems fair. Big selection of Molle. I've been to one bigger store but that was in Vegas. Guy's there are very nice and willing to let you handle any of the product that catches your eye. read more

These guys have the worst refund policy but did the most kind thing for me. I bought a spring for my Aug that there was no way my motor could handle it. They said they couldn't refund it, however they gave me a new spring that my gearbox could handle just fine for absolutely free. I have to give them five stars for that. Sure, everything in the store is really expensive, but the staff are honest and very kind to heart. I will never forget that. read more

We're sorry to have to withdraw our support for this shop. We've done thousands in business with them and continue to have poor experiences and referrals. They have not honored discounts they said our event participants would have access to, they have done 'upgrades' to airsoft rifles that caused more harm than good, even customer service & return policy over an unworn, tags-still-on shirt was frustrating. They have the market control because they are the only local shop, but we'll drive, order online & yes, even pay more (not that this shop is by any means cheap) for our future airsoft purchases. We have given Thunderkiss many opportunities to make things right, but are disappointed that they have failed. read more

The store was a little busy when I walked in, but as soon as one of the employees was done with another customer, they instantly helped me. They were super helpful, and didn't hesitate to take something out of the case, or off the wall. I asked them for a KWA magazine for my son's KWA rifle. They said they were out but would get more in. I went back a month later and asked again. No KWA but they sold me a 3rd party one that they said would work. It didn't feed correctly and hardly works at all so I brought it back 4 days later for a refund. They refused because they said it was operating fine in their gun. Apparently it doesn't matter that it doesn't work for the purpose for which they specifically sold it to me. So I'm stuck with a $18 paper weight (which is a lot for a airsoft mag to start with). Thunder can Kiss this NW customer good bye. read more
