I wrote a not so nice review of him due to the fact that another tooth , not the front ones , broke after eating something what I think may have been a bone or some type of hard object . I had a crack in denture within a year and a half of purchase and Willamette Dental refused to work with me to get the denture fixed. When I came in for a estimate for repair the dentist said "as soon as you sit in the chair there is a charge" This was AFTER my exam...WTH? I'm like NOPE! An estimate is an estimate and nobody said there was a charge for that. As I was leaving the dentist was still unsure about charges. I knew I wasn't going to pay a dime for a visit! I went to another denture maker and paid $175 to have fixed and they BROKE AGAIN. I got a lemon and nobody wants to help or admit these are cheap ass dentures. I left on the most negative note possible, which was too bad because I thought they were a great bunch of people and the dentist was good. NOPE!

I would give this dentist zero stars, if that were possible…read more First of all, his practice has a series of dental chairs set up in a long row like a barbershop with no walls in between or privacy between patients whatsoever. Secondly, the dentist himself is borderline sadistic. The one time I went to see him, I was sitting in one of the chairs and he sort of snuck up behind me, sat down really close to me, and announced, "Hi! I'm Dave!" The next thing I knew as he went to examine my teeth, I suddenly felt a sharp pain because he poked me in my gum with a sharp instrument, unexpectedly, and caused my gum to bleed. He gave no explanation as to why he did this and no apology for causing me pain. I couldn't wait to get out of there. If you've ever seen the Steve Martin movie, "Little Shop of Horrors," you'll want to stay away from Dr. Lester.
