I cannot overstate how nice it was to just get it all done in one vist. Both doctor Lee and Haelee were friendly, included me in their conversation even when I could only respond with a thumbs up and they even went the extra mile of getting rid of calsification even though it wasn't originally in the plan. If you are looking for a Dentist, I highly recommend McKenzie Dental Center. Their hours are flexible, when I say I need an appointment while my kids are in school, they make sure to find something that works for me and I never have to wait long for anything.

It had split and the titanium stud was no longer in it. It had become infected and needed to be removed. I ordered Nitrous Oxide because I don't like a lot of pain at the dentist. When I went in for the procedure I asked my dentist, Dr. John, how long this would take. He said about 6 to 7 minutes. I asked him if I needed Nitrous Oxide for such a short procedure. He said he didn't think I would be in any pain, but he would keep the Nitrous Oxide available if I needed it. It took even less than 6 minutes and there was no pain. Saved quite a few dollars on the Nitrous Oxide. Highly recommend Dr. John and McKenzie Dental Center.

He ruined two of my healthy teeth by being two aggressive while treating a cavity. The filling mixture covered three teeth instead of filling just one that had the cavity. I left not even aware that he had done this. He didn't even check my "bite" to see that my teeth were correctly aligned. I was very disappointed with his work and his condescending attitude. Then I had surgery for the placements of the studs that would click into my new/ fake teeth. The cost is astronomical and I have a very low tolerance for dental pain. I was referred to this office by my surgeon and neither of us were aware that there had been a major change in the denturists. She is a very pleasant young woman who is dedicated to her craft but in my case, my new teeth never stayed in properly. After my fifth visit, I decided to look for someone else. The office told me that I could go to an office in Salem but they d know of anyone who could place my teeth properly. Also, the covering of my front tooth came off while I was eating. So, not only did they not fit, but were made with a lower quality substance. This process has been very trying, painful and very expensive and I would not want anyone else to go through this process and get the same results. Also, the front desk staff are lacking common sense as you don't tell a patient "GOOD LUCK " when they have left the practice.
