First time having food at tiagos tacos and they had a great deal for the burritos. The steak was very juicy and delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I haven't checked out the ambiance but I sure will give it a try now that I've tried out their burritos.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm sure they provide great service in the way they packaged everything. Even the sauces which I loved. I would say that it should have less rice for my tasting but besides that. Loved it

The chulupa tacos here were so good! Very tasty very crunch! The crunch wrap was so good as well! Omg !! I ate inside, there isn't really any server or anything but the food so good who cares lol, you can tell this place was only open because the food truck was such a hit. They have allot of specials throughout the week. I will definiitely be coming back!

tiagos tacos is the best spot to come to for great deals on margaritas, delicious tacos and the best queso frito bites you can ever have in your life! [[HIGHLIGHT]]i come here often because not only is it delicious but super convenient, and they are open till pretty late![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] their fried oreos are mouth watering and every time i come i get 2 margaritas for $5, one being mango another being strawberry and of course don't forget the tajin! since i come here often they offered me a free sample of their chicharron they are planning to add to the menu and of course it tasted amazing!! i always recommend this place to my friends whenever they want some good and affordable margs or some delicious tex mex! Last time i went i tried their tiagos papas for the first time and that was a 10/10! [[HIGHLIGHT]]i love that its a small cozy place tucked in a hidden corner[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I've been to 2 different locations, this is my third. Hialeah and Kendall being the other two. This is the first time I experience a super "mid" experience with Tiago's. What a shame, waited a little to order, no Al pastor tacos and it's 2pm. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very quiet barley people there which is no problem at all but the food was just Thrown in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As you can see the guac plate has Nutella on it, there's guac on the chip, the elote cup was watered down, no cream nothing. It looked / tasted like they opened a can of corn and put it in there. I rarely ever give bad reviews but this topped it, won't be going back to this location.

Lousy service, wasn't greeted upon entering, the cashier wasn't attentive and mostly on her phone. Food was good.

Its so sad to be excited for food and to be so but soooo disappointed. the birria sauce was just a cup of grease, i will attach a picture. I couldve even dip my taco in it without feeling repulsed by it. There was no meat in the birria sauce either im just confused. So disappointed honestly

They recently opened up where in the strip mall where there was a pizza place previously. We had Birria, Elote with steak and pastor burrito. The food was authentic and scrumptious. Will definitely return to this new location!!

I came to Tiagos Tacos with my niece and her friends who had been there before! I noticed that their menu was small which means they focus on the couple things they make. They had tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and crunch wraps. I ordered the taco trio with shrimps and a couple of toppings like onions and crema sauce. I also ordered the queso frito bites and chips and salsa. At first glance the tacos look delicious and they serve huge portions. However, once I tasted the tacos, I was underwhelmed. I found that I did not like the tortillas they used. I ended up eating the shrimps with a fork. The tacos lacked flavor. The queso frito bites were delicious and I would get those again. The chips and salsa were not good. The salsa had not kick or flavor. Overall, I am not a big fan of this food truck. The food needs more flavoring and seasoning. The customer service was okay.

Parking was a bit challenging due to the limited number of spaces, but once we walked inside, the experience more than made up for it. We were warmly greeted by Carolina, who also became our server. She was incredibly patient and took her time walking us through the menu, explaining each dish and how everything is prepared. Her dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and we hope management recognizes what an asset she is. Carolina proudly shared that every item on the menu is made in‑house, and it absolutely shows. My wife ordered the Quesadilla de Pollo with a side of Arroz Mexicano and couldn't stop talking about the exceptional flavors. I chose the Tostada al Pastor, a small Tortilla Soup, and a side salad. Everything was delicious, but the Tortilla Soup was the star of the meal--a perfect example of why in‑house preparation matters. Since we're not from the area, we weren't sure where to go for lunch, and we truly lucked out choosing Don Maguey--and having Carolina as our server. Thank you, Carolina. When I looked 20 minutes after at my credit card statement read I had been charged $77 and change pending a potential tip on top of that, even with tip included it is still over approximately $7 what I signed off for. We called to determine the prices of each individual meal and "the manager" was stumbling to tell us the prices for everything. Even with the fake numbers that were given to us it still didn't add up correctly. I remember the prices for the 3 meals my family and I ordered and I remember what the check said. I let it be because maybe they need more than I do. As for the food, I'm born and raised on the border of Mexico and although I must say it does scream authenticity especially on appearance the meat is bland, and that "Mexican rice" is by far the worst tasting rice I've had. For a casual person that likes Mexican food you may like it, but if you know what you're tasting you will not. Also, they didn't have 4 different things on the menu available ultimately leading me to have to go with my 5th option. It is very expensive for what it is, and even more expensive when your waitress manipulates the system.

The tacos are always on point. Perfectly cooked tortillas, generous fillings, and bold, comforting flavors that feel homemade in the best way. The birria-style tacos were especially satisfying, rich and tender with just the right amount of crisp on the outside, paired with a flavorful dipping sauce that takes them to the next level. Simple, messy, and exactly what you want a taco to be. The sides hit too. The rice and beans are classic, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care, not an afterthought. Everything on the tray feels balanced and filling without being heavy. What really makes Taco Rico special is the vibe. It's relaxed, low-key, and genuinely family-friendly. You can take your time, enjoy a beer, have a conversation, and actually hear the people you're with. It's the kind of place that feels like a neighborhood staple rather than a trendy stop. If you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss taco escape on Bird Road with consistently great food and a calm atmosphere, Taco Rico is it. One of the best spots in Miami for a laid-back taco night done right.

This time around, I ordered the bean tacos and a taco salad, and both were pretty good. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were solid. I'm always getting chips & queso, so figured I'd mix it up with fries. While I liked the fries, the queso felt a bit thin and not very flavorful. Like it seemed they just mixed in a little fresh pico de gallo for the flavor component. Chips & Queso w/ Beef: The classic is much better than the dipper fries. Felt like there was more queso with the beef upgrade. Also, the thin chips let you focus more on the yummy cheese. Cheese Enchiladas w/ Red Sauce & Green Sauce: I love cheese! Like when choosing between meat or cheese as a protein, I usually pick cheese. So the enchiladas scratched that itch. Both sauces were nice, though not that memorable. The rice and beans helped fortify the meal, since the main enchilada portion felt a tad small. 3 Way Fajitas: This was an awesome fast casual dinner for two. Came out in an oversized mound of proteins, onions and peppers. While you could have created mixed fajitas, I did separate waves. The shrimp was tiny, springy and nicely flavored. The steak was the star, with that classic fajita chew. The chicken is nicely spiced, so more exciting that regular chicken. It came with guacamole, cheese, sour cream, rice and beans to feel like a real sizzling fajita plate experience. But it was the salsa bar that really livened things; I especially favored the green salsa.
