I tried their food truck at the Miami Zoo for an event. Not only did it take a very long time for my order but it was disappointing. I'm a huge taco lover so I was excited to try these. However these were very bland and missing a sauce which for some reason they didn't seem to have any sauces only sour cream, big red flag. We booked catering for 60 people back in September and confirmed details multiple times, including the day before our company Christmas party. Despite this, no one showed up at the scheduled 1:30 PM setup time. After repeatedly calling, we were told the driver got lost and went to another event. By then, over 60 employees were waiting for food, and we were later told a truck might arrive an hour later. That was not acceptable. I really had high hopes for Tiago Tacos. Everything sounded amazing on the menu and even looked and smelled great. But unfortunately the taste just didn't deliver. I ordered the queso frito bites, a steak crunch wrap, and fried Oreos. The queso frito bites were super soggy and had a weird unexpected flavor that didn't pair well with the rest of the meal. The steak crunch wrap had potential but whatever garlic seasoning or sauce they used totally overpowered everything else. And the fried Oreos were supposed to have sweet condensed milk and were set to look a certain way but they came out dry, stale and borderline overcooked. Not the indulgent dessert I was hoping for. It's always fun trying a new spot but sadly this one didn't live up to the hype for me. read more

This is my third visit, was hoping for a better experienced at this different location. Previously, I visited the taco truck, and it was just a miss each time. I walked in on Sunday evening, and there were a few people there, but it was not packed at all. There was no one at the front and I could just see the employees socializing in the back. They could've been talking about work, but it didn't seem like it. It took about five or six minutes of standing there for someone to come out to the front to attend. She took the order and I sat down to wait, I ordered one taco. Literally one taco. It took quite some time to come out, but then, when I got it, I was disappointed by what I received. It was one steak taco, but all the pieces of steak were so chewy that I literally threw it out. While I was there, one of the tables stood up to complain about the weight, stating that they have been waiting for quite some time for an order. I wanted to like this pace, but it's def not for me. They have great reviews on Google, but I think it's because they have a sign that offers you a free dessert. If you do a Google review. Great food long wait for food though I feel the price was good for the food and it was really enjoyable.

First time ordering from this location a few days ago for Cinco de Mayo. Sure it was packed and I had to wait to get the food but worth it. We ordered a big burrito which came with tortilla chips which was stuffed to the gills, and it was very filling. Also ordered the birria taco trio which comes with a small container of the consommé for dipping or pouring into the tacos. And finally a single taco with chicken which was loaded. All three items were delicious, and worth the price. Next time we'll come here and sit down to eat and try some of the other menu items. Holy wow. The quality of their birria tacos are INSANEE the meat is so tender and with each bite there's a cheese pull. Their portions tend to be huge and very filling, worthy of the price. My husband and I were looking for a place to grab something to eat for a quick dinner and we found this place which is very close to our hose. It was raining cats and dogs and when we arrive to the restaurant it was full!! . Although the food is not very authentic , I have to say that it is very good. It was delicious we very much love the loaded fries. The sauces and the cheese it was topped with are to die for. On the other hand the tacos were good, however the tortillas were on the dry side . I loveeeeeeee Thiagos Tacos. I usually always get the Thiagos Papas which is fries with your choice of meats on top, topped with salsas, cheese and veggies. The amount is generous, especially the meats which is RARE. The tacos are fire too, you can mix and match the meat options on the taco trio (ex: 2 chicken tacos and 1 beef taco). The crunch wrap is my boyfriend's favorite and he says its delicious too. The service is okay. This is where the restaurant lacks. The wait times for this place can get crazyyyy especially a saturday afternoon. If you order through UberEats.... goodluck. Tip: order 1 hour and a half in advance. Trust. The staff is nice but not over the top friendly, which is fair. They always have music playing and sometimes videos too. They have a few tables and chairs and there has been times that I dont have anywhere to sit and dine especially weekend nights. Overall, i love this place so much and i recommend it to everyone that likes Mexican cuisine. Delish! My cousin insisted I had to go to Tiagos and try the crunch wrap. I was hesitant because from the reviews online and the pictures Tiagos didn't seem anything out of the ordinary. However, I was wrong! We got there at 7:30 pm and there was a line of at least eight different groups waiting to order. We ordered the crunch wrap and queso frito (fried cheese) - this is a must. The crunch wrap is a thin hard shell taco wrapped around a flour tortilla. I acknowledge this description may sound weird but it's an explosion of delicious flavors. I was not sure what the sauce inside the wrap is, but it blended well with the rest of the ingredients. The steak was well seasoned and the wrap also had pico de gallo. I would add the crunch wrap is enough for two people. The fried cheese was $6.50 and it was enough for six of us to share and still have leftovers. It had a sweet sauce that made it even more savory. I give Tiagos five stars and I plan on returning soon! read more
