We never heard back from him... called the office daily for over a week and the office lady apologized but said she didn't know what to tell me... like totally ghosted . HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Awful work. . . call somebody else!!! Small decorative piece that should have been such an easy job to do and they cannot even do that correctly. The decorative piece was installed crooked and off centered to the right and left sides. It was also installed too low. Appears like they did not follow the template that the home builders supposedly say they should follow. Then left the steel screws unpainted with the rest of the decorative piece all painted. I wondered if the installer's brain even worked? When Brandon Iron came back to fix their job, I told the installer the problems with the decorative piece on the front of the house. . . instead of taking responsibility for the poor initial installation, the installer got angry with me and went to his truck and threw an iron pipe against the other iron pieces that was on the truck. I took that as a threat!!! So I basically told him off and asked him to leave with some "f" bombs because he became increasingly aggressive with me until he called his boss and acted like this sweet man who was so innocently argued with. HORRIBLE work and HORRIBLE company!!! Do yourself a favor and dodge a bullet by going with another company that is more competent. All of this because they had to come back and fix the original job that if they had done correctly they would not need to come back to repair. Brandon Iron did a great job in designing and installing an iron mesh fence with double-sided deadbolt keylocks on two gates to enclose the backyard of our North Las Vegas house. The powder-coated paint is evenly spread throughout and has a pleasing tan color that blends in nicely with the desert flora. Adam stood by his word, and completed the project as specified in a timely manner. The price was fair for the over 80 feet of fencing we received, plus two locking gates and cemented posts. Now, besides receiving a definite aesthetic enhancement to our property, combined with other recently added security improvements our home is much more secure. Adam was recommended to us by a neighbour. The other reviews looked good so we went ahead. So glad we did. The gate they made (6.5 ft high by 27 ft wide, that required 9 guys to move into position) looks fantastic. We are already placing an order with them to replace our side gate. read more

I really enjoy their work. My gate came out the way I wanted but after 3 trial and errors when they had to take back the gate to re modify it because it was not to my likings. Other than that gate is perfect. Would recommend them to anyone if you want a gate or screen door. read more

Took a while to get installed, was given 8-10 weeks to install but waited over 10 weeks. We didn't mind though because we weren't in a rush. Plus it was worth the wait! The security bars were simple just like how we wanted, but pretty and sturdy! It was perfect! I would recommend Brandon Iron to anyone looking for security doors and windows. I had called several company asking quotes to do my security doors and windows guards to be installed at my house but they all were too expensive and just out of my budget plus when they come to my house they all talk bad about other company in town (their competitors) then Brandon Iron came to do my quote. Let me tell you something Adam who works for Brandon Iron customer service is amazing he went above and beyond my expectations, from the initial quote, explaining thing about the actual products, how long it would take to be ready and install plus his powder coat color suggestion was the best (he suggest Penny Vein for all our irons and just like he said the color look rich and awesome). I'm glad that I end up doing my business with Brandon Iron! I highly recommend ADAM from Brandon Iron for all your Irons needs! This place is awful. They have the worst customer service and no communication skills. I was given a 1-3wk completion date. 5 wks later and after several frustrating phone calls, I finally have a finished product. In all fairness, the gates are pretty and the design is the same as promised in the contract. When Brandon originally came to my house to discuss what we wanted , he sounded like a good person/ company for the job. He doesn't follow through on phone calls, updates. Not just with customers, but with his installers as well. The guys who did the install were great. They had to make two trips though, because Brandon didn't communicate with them on how our dog run gates needed to be installed. The girl who answers the main phone for the company is useless. So if you use Brandon Iron,not only can you never reach Brandon, but the girl who answers the phone doesn't know anything. Brandon runs this company like he has no competition in town. There are lots of companies that do iron work in Las Vegas. Do your research, get referrals or read reviews. Don't pick this company. read more

Brandon Iron is really as good as it gets! They are super professional and provide amazing service!! We bought a new house and had to have a gate installed and they were listed in the new home packet and with a referral from our masonary guy... Called them up and they were out for an estimate in two days, they were very responsive when it came to every question I had and even suggested ideas to make our gate a perfect fit. Poor. Poor. Poor. We had one security door installed. First off, the lock mount was crooked. That was fixed after two weeks. Once the door was installed, it made all kinds of noise. My wife had them out to fix it with no results. When she called a second time (it was VERY loud - grinding, squeaking etc.) Brandon acted she was bothering him. They came out again and did next to nothing. He made her feel like it was a nuisance to fix a simple problem. I am fixing the door myself. Sadly they came with high recommendations from friends. I needed a custom double wide front screen/security door for my home (96 inches tall). Brandon Iron designed, manufactured and installed -- and everything exceeded our expectations. The price was also about half of another quote we received. Brandon Iron has no fancy showroom and their people actually WORK instead of just standing around waiting for the phone to ring or customers to show up, so if you want to pay for that kind of service - go somewhere else. the office called me a week ahead, the gate will be installed on Tuesday 6/13 morning 7-9 am. ON 6/13 7-9 am no one is at my house, i called the office and she said they are on way. well it is now 11 am, they finally showed up. i compliments to workers, and one of worker are asking me do you want your gate or not? OMG, did he really ask me that question. They said it is the office that coordinates time. so i called office back. she said, "she (kasendarj) deneied that she does not schedule work hours. she told me his name is Adam and he does it, but he is not office most of the time because he has to go work outside". OMG what is she saying to me. so he is not in office to schedule the work hours who is doing. i will not recommend this company, awful service. read more
