Tibet Nepal House is an authentic Himalayan Cuisine. It has very cozy vibes. The staff were attentive and friendly. I ordered the following: - Vegan Momo 5/5 Steamed mixed vegetable stuffed dumplings - Non Vegetable Thali 5/5 Choice Of Chicken Curry or Lamb curry. We Serve Vegetable, Lentil, Nann and Rice - Pisuwari Naan 5/5 Sweetened Naan stuffed with chestnut, peanut, and raisins. Everything was like an explosion of savory flavors in my mouth. Then I ordered - Mango Lassi 5/5 Was creamy, fragrant and had perfect sweetness. The service was fast and efficient. It is a great restaurant to try and enjoy their authentic food.

A friend picked this place since we both haven't been here and we both wanted Momos! We were both excited to try Veal Momos as you don't see those often. Sadly, they were very underwhelming. We both agreed we wouldn't eat those again. The stand outs were the Aloo Gobi and Lamb Curry combo. We got the Curry a little spicy and the Gobi mild. The flavor combo was delicious! The lamb was moist and flavorful and the Aloo Gobi was just the way we both happen to like it. The peshwari naan wasn't the best but I'll take it. She got the Garlic naan and said the same. I would come back here again for both entrees. Service was attentive and staff was nice. There's street parking and pay for parking.

Yum! Came here on a Sunday afternoon and we sat outside with my dog in tow. Service was great and our server was friendly. I believe the owner was there that came to our table as well. Nice people. The food was really good! Never tried aloo tamaa but my gf suggested it. And the okra dish was soooo good. Think these two dishes are my most favorites going forward. Garlic naan was fresh and hot too. Must try! Cute little mom & pop place on holly st.

INSANELY LONG WAIT FOR FOOD. The food was delicious but the insane wait took away from the pleasure of the entire experience. This was Saturday at 7:30ish. Didn't get food until past 8:30. When we first entered the restaurant, it was already pretty chaotic. Several parties just crowded waiting. There is no waitlist so you have to wait in a crammed tiny entry way to try to get the waiters attention to seat you. I was already a bit wary because of that. Then when finally seated in 10-15min, I noticed that there was barely any food on the table. Ordered quickly with the waiter. But the food took over 40 MINUTES to come out...all we got was two entrees, a rice and naan. And things came out in random order. The table next to us had ordered at the same time and all their food seemed to have arrive already. Too bad about the extremely long wait because the food was great. It was a bit salty though. I got the vegetable korma with garlic naan. The naan is more like flatbread and not fluffy. Didn't get a photo since I was starving by then. Service was also nice overall. But no updates on whether our food was coming out - even with obviously looking around and trying to catch their eyes.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on Christmas 2025 for dinner with 5 others. We arrived at 5:45. The restaurant was somewhat busy. Fortunately, street parking was still available. Others in my party were able to park right across the street from the restaurant. I ended up about a block away. We were immediately seated. The restaurant was moderate in size. The decor was simple yet unique. The vibe was casual, social, relaxed and comfortable with the exception of the unpadded wooden chairs. The menu was extensive with options for everyone. I was very excited about the many vegetarian and vegan options. We ordered the Tandoori Chicken, Mix Platter, Chicken Tiki Masala, Tofu Saag and Baigoon Aloo along with white rice and Naan. The wait for our food was a bit longer than expected, and it came out in random order. The Naan arrived at the end. And we never received one dish that we ordered so we canceled it. The food was seasoned well and delicious. Everyone else in my party seemed to really enjoy the Tandoori Chicken. My favorite dish was the Baigoon Aloo. The Mix Platter was a little bit of a disappointment as there were only two pieces of shrimp in the dish. Service was warm and friendly but a little forgetful. I'm guessing this was because it was Christmas and it was busy. Understandable... Prices were reasonable. I can't wait to return to try some of the other vegetarian dishes.

Love after first bite! Food is phenomenal! I got the paneer tikka masala and it was full of rich flavor. The garlic naan was fresh, warm and delicious! The service was also great, every time I come here the servers are so kind and attentive! Love this spot! Highly recommend for a relaxing dinner in Pasadena!

5 star for ambiance and service. Food is also solid, except, the last time we went, we got the thalis - both with saag, and the saag was pretty salty. The daal and the cauliflower that came with it was really delicious, as was the naan and roti that we got. Got a pot of the chai, which was a nice balance with the food, and kept us up til the wee hours of morn. We'll definitely be back, despite the salt, because as soon as I walked in and was engulfed with the smell of the spices, I felt my body just completely relax and feel warm and happy.

Exotic Yak Meat! When I have a craving for Yak Tibet Nepal is one of the few South Asian restaurants where you can get good Yak! Very quaint location, personal service with reasonable prices and great food!

Haiku: Tibet Nepal House Get the Lunch Special A variety of foods Generous portions. --- Tibet Nepal House is a cozy spot to enjoy hearty and comforting stews and curries influenced by Indian and Chinese flavors. It is vegan and vegetarian-friendly with plenty of options. We came for the lunch specials and were impressed by the satisfying curries and generous portions. The Chicken Masala (lunch special) was creamy and perfectly spiced. I also enjoyed the accompanying lentil and chickpea dishes. The Okra vegetable curry was fibrous and hard to chew, however, it still tasted good. They should use more tender/young okra, instead of tough, older okra. Service is stellar. He was attentive and incredibly kind.

Food, customer service, and ambience are incredible & keeps me coming back for more! The flavor of it all is mesmerizing!! Aloo Baingan: Absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and an array of spices! The Eggplant and Potatoes mixed in with the Nepali Spices rocks my world! It's like a flavorful dance upon my tongue, as each spice blends into a wonderful & memorable moment! I've had this dish twice! Apricot Naan: Imagine warm naan bread filled with yummy pieces of apricots! It's a beautiful & flavorful combo and with added mango chutney on the side...yes, please! Incredibly delicious! Customer Service: Welcoming, friendly & attentive! The customer service here is amazing from the moment you walk in and throughout your meal, even a friendly goodbye! All-around great vibes here! I love this place! Note: If there were more stars, I would definitely give it to this restaurant!! Overall: Absolutely on my mind the minute I think of what I want to eat while I'm in Pasadena!! Love it! I'm looking forward to exploring more of the menu as well! First time and the two of us got the Lamb Tikka Masala and Yak Momo (dumpling). Both were delicious! Lunch hour ends at 3pm and they had a combo for the Masala that comes with Basmati rice, naan, lentil soup so it was very filling. We also had the Mango Lassi, made in house and not too sweet. The house salad came in a perfect portion to share. Overall relaxed ambience and decor, polite staff, paid street parking or parking structures nearby.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. I ordered the fish vindaloo, which the menu says is salmon -- it was NOT salmon. Completely different fish, and honestly questionable quality. I also ordered kheer (rice pudding) and got a dry clump of rice with zero milk or cream. When I brought it up, the owner (short, stout guy with glasses) insisted "that's kheer." It's not. Service was just as bad. I had to flag staff down multiple times -- no water refills, no check-ins. Then it got weird. The owner started asking me how much money I make, then asked for specifics, and then asked if I'm single or have a girlfriend or boyfriend (what!!!). Completely inappropriate. On top of that, the owner made a comment like "he's an engineer, he doesn't want to pay for a bottle" when I declined bottled water. Unprofessional and unnecessary. When I asked to remove the kheer (which I didn't eat and told him upfront and showed him images of actual kheer), there was attitude and pushback before the owner finally corrected the bill. He had the nerve to charge my credit card then had to refund me. Food was inaccurate, service was inattentive, and the behavior crossed the line. Would not recommend.

They have many of the dishes of my other Indian-subcontinent restaurant, the New Delhi Palace. Plus, they have some more northerly dishes. Our evening there gave me a new bit of variety for then and future evenings. read more

Very homey! Love the food. Some food in this town is expensive with not tasteful but the food here is delicious. I had Non vegetable Thali. The wait staff were very friendly & constantly checking on me. I am a foodie so I will be visiting this place more often. read more

I went here on my birthday with my parents and my brother. My parents had questions about the food and drinks and the waiter answered them proficiently. For my beverage I ordered a mango lasso. For my food, I ordered aloo gobi vegetable thali. It came with naan, lentil, and basmati rice. The entree was the aloo gobi which is potato cauliflower curry. He asked if I wanted mild for the spice level and I said yeah. It took around 10-15 minutes for my food to arrive. It was pretty mild, I should've asked for medium instead, I like when spicy food has a kick to it. The aloo gobi had a lot of sauce which I liked because in other recipes there doesn't seem to be a lot. The lentils were easy to chew and soft. My dad noticed that one fan wasn't on. He said it was hot and I didn't think so. I like the tapestry and banners up for decoration. There were at least 4 other tables filled. There was music playing but it stopped a few times. A must try if in Pas. Staff was extremely kind, and accommodated my food allergies. They went out of their way to welcome us and prepare the best Tibetan food I have ever had. From the saag to the mango lassi it was authentic and of the highest quality. Having come back from a trip a few months back from Tibet this was identical to the cuisine there. Atmosphere was wonderful with great seating and amazing decorations. Such polite staff who genuinely care about you and your experience. Top 10 places in LA! Try this out and you will be incredibly happy! read more

Traveling to Pasadena for work, I was looking for places to eat a Vegas block away from my hotel. Dining for one, I ordered the chicken Tikka masala with garlic naan. I might've ordered too much since the side of rice was barely touched. I wanted a veggie dish but didn't have it in me to order another entre. Instead I got the green salad. Surprisingly the salad filled a large togo container. I came back a second time to try the tofu salad. It beat paying $15+ for a salad at other locations. read more

Tibet Nepal house has been my favorite spot for Nepali in the SGV. They're friendly, at tentative and offer BANGIN' curries. Chicken tikka masala is always the crowd favorite but I personally love the chicken korma. It's honestly all SO SO good and if you have a big appetite I suggest 2 curries (LOL). Chicken momos are a MUST. They're nepali dumplings and are very fragrant, juicy and PLUMP. The GARLIC NAAN is BOMB! Its so warm, perfectly toasted and a great vessel for the meal. Everyone is happy you're there and are supporting the business. It's a casual spot but charming so it's perfect for dates or small intimate dinners with your desired party. My only complaint is that rice does not come with the curries. You have to order it separately as its own item. Parking is all street but you can find it pretty easily, especially if you avoid the weekends. read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. I ordered the fish vindaloo, which the menu says is salmon -- it was NOT salmon. Completely different fish, and honestly questionable quality. I also ordered kheer (rice pudding) and got a dry clump of rice with zero milk or cream. When I brought it up, the owner (short, stout guy with glasses) insisted "that's kheer." It's not. Service was just as bad. I had to flag staff down multiple times -- no water refills, no check-ins. Then it got weird. The owner started asking me how much money I make, then asked for specifics, and then asked if I'm single or have a girlfriend or boyfriend (what!!!). Completely inappropriate. On top of that, the owner made a comment like "he's an engineer, he doesn't want to pay for a bottle" when I declined bottled water. Unprofessional and unnecessary. When I asked to remove the kheer (which I didn't eat and told him upfront and showed him images of actual kheer), there was attitude and pushback before the owner finally corrected the bill. He had the nerve to charge my credit card then had to refund me. Food was inaccurate, service was inattentive, and the behavior crossed the line. Would not recommend. read more

Delicious! Very very nice place to have dinner. Very relaxing and beautiful since it's in Old Pasadena. We ordered some momos, veggie korma, Chana masala, and some bread, and interestingly enough the veggie dishes are always so much more flavorful! Loveddd the veggie momos and veggie korma. If I would not die from it, I would bathe in this place's fish masala sauce. Sadly that is not hygienic so I'll stick to eating it. I had it with the garlic and cheese naan. Extremely delicious. The food was so flavorful and portions were more than satisfying. The ambiance inside was very nice, and can seat large parties. We got the chicken tikka masala thali, palak paneer thali, and chicken momo. I'd recommend getting the thali, but I think next time I'd skip the chicken momo. read more

First time trying this place on a Tuesday evening. Plenty of seating but it started to fill up around 7pm. The servers were incredibly attentive and checked in frequently to refill our waters. The place was clean. The food was decent. Only got a picture of the vegetable momo, but the menu is huge! Portions were good. Lots of vegetarian options. Prices were fair. Parking was a little difficult, but I ended up going to the structure a few blocks south ($1 for the first 2 hours and $2 for each hour after). Much better than the closer structure that is $1 for every 20 min I believe. read more

Quintessential spot in old town Pasadena for Nepalese food. The food is solid, and has a large variety for dietary restrictions. As someone who tries to stay away from dairy, I love their vegan options, especially the eggplant and okra. They are packed full of spices that create the perfect sauce to dip your naan. Having been here a few times, the quality tends to vary. Sometimes there isn't quite enough salt, while other times, the naan isn't as chewy/thin. The interior is traditional and really immerses guests in the culture and food experience, while the service is attentive. I came here out of curiosity. It definitely passed the vibe check. Unfortunately, I was not hungry. I had some masala tea and crackers inside the restaurant. They were good. I have never been a fan of mint chutney, but if you love it, this is the place. The tea was really, really good. I have never tried to finish a whole teapot pot by myself in one sitting. This was my first time trying this place. We came in for lunch during the weekday and were greeted warmly. The restaurant is completely decked out with traditional decorations. We were the only ones there during that time, so we were able to be seated and served right away. I came with a coworker that is vegetarian so definitely a vegetarian friendly place. We got the vegetarian momos as an appetizer and it just wasn't for me. I got the mango Lassy, chicken masala, and samosa. I didn't know what Lassy was but our server recommended me to try it and it was good. It was like a mango flavored yogurt. The chicken masala was rich, creamy, and flavorful. I liked it! It was good but I'm not sure if I would come again. Tibet Nepal House offers a great variety of dishes with different protein options. Their flavors are decadent and rich We came here on a Saturday night for dinner and requested to sit outside because we had a dog. They were happy to accommodate us and moved a table to sit four people. The service throughout the whole night was great. They were super kind and checked it on us often to make sure that the flavors and food were to our liking. Restaurant totally gave the vibe of a family own and run restaurant so felt super homey. The chicken tikka masala was super creamy and very good. It was our table's favorite bite of the night. The chicken curry also had great flavor. It was lighter and the inclusion of vegetables in that one makes it very tasty. We ordered regular naan and garlic naan. I would say there isn't really too big of a difference between the two but really enjoyed the texture of the naan being crispy and on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The samosas were packed filling had a really thin crispy outside and had a very tasty tamarind sauce to accompany company. The chicken Momos were really great. I've never had Tibet Nepal food before, but we decided to give this establishment in Old Town Pasadena, which actually looks quite modern for being old, an inquisitive try. First off, I have to say the service was phenomenal. They accommodated us outside and gave a seat to our puppy. We ordered the non veg thalis and the mint chicken along with samosas and chicken momo. The thalis were a good size portion. We also ordered naan. Let's say, lots of leftovers but the food was like Indian but spiced differently. We sat outside for lunch in the shade with the dog. We started with the Mo-Mo dumplings that were steamed and had a nice layered flavor. Didn't really need the dipping sauce. For entrees the chicken tiki masala, had to try it. I recommend everyone that has their favorites to try them at every restaurant that serves it up. I thought we would take half of the sauce home... NOPE, we used the traditional Dhopi, stone ground whole wheat flat bread as a little shovel to scoop up every last little drop! So good. We also ordered the Garlic Mint Chicken as my friend in real life and Yelp @Paul J. raved about it in his help in 2016.... Yes, I do read the Yelps in advance to making my menu selections. It had a lovely flavor and would recommend starting with this first, then save the plate licking of the tiki masala sauce for last. Our service was attentive and gracious. The ambiance in here was pretty cool. Quiet, dimly lit, and relaxed. Lunch review. Vegetarian review. Lunch special: matter paneer. The lentils were great. It was kind of a soup of sorts, and was so, so tasty. Salty and savory. Very good. You also get rice and like, 6 pieces of naan. Matter paneer was a bit on the sweet side, and otherwise, lightly seasoned. Not really punchy in flavor. Lunch special: aloo gobi. All lunch specials come with rice, naan, and lentils. The aloo gobi was also nice. This was also lightly seasoned. The cauliflower itself was great in texture. Samosa: this was very good. Flavors were on point, and the insides were made up of potato, peas, and something else. Vegetable momos: worth getting. They came out kind of cold, and the bottoms have a tend to break, but they were delicous. Parking is apparently in a parking garage somewhere. There's metered parking right outside as well if you can score it. Service was very slow on a Thursday during lunch. Not that many people there (like, 2 or 3 other parties, and a few to-go orders), but the one person there was apologetic and did try his best. read more

Wonderful restaurant! We were greeted and seated quickly, service was fast and friendly. We tried a variety of items. My husband ordered a vegetable noodle dish that I had never heard of. I got the vegetarian Thali with tofu. We also got the yak Momo just because we wanted to try it. We did ask for everything to be make extra spicy. The spice level was perfection! The noodles and Thali were full of flavor and tasted fresh. The yak Momo were delicious but the top of the Momo were crunchy. Food was very good. I've come thrice now, and recently I had a thali and it was so filling I had to take about half of it home. Never had yak before and was pleasnatly surprised by how delicious it was. Service was very quick, decorations were lovely. Ambiance was homely and relaxing. Wow!Tonight my taste buds took the long, yet rewarding, journey the Himalayas. This place packs the flavor, without packing a long wait. We were seated and taken care of within 5. The spicy Aloo Gobi was a nice lighter vegan curry packed with a complementing array of veggies. The lamb tikka masala was a richer, creamier dish that was warm and comforting to the tummy. The garlic naan was cooked to perfection, soaking up the sauces nicely while still maintaining a light crunch factor. It is my first time having Nepalese food and the restaurant impressed me a lot. the food is good but the garlic naan is burnt. Momo's sauce is amazing. The service is friendly and serving time is fast. Too bad there is no parking nearby and they don't help with the parking fee too. We parked opposite the building for $10 for 2 hours parking. It's shameful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. What's even more disappointing is that this is a Muslim restaurant. As a fellow Muslim, I'm deeply ashamed to see people treat their guests this way. Respect and good manners should come before demanding tips.

I love to try new places and explore different varieties of food, so I bought a $25 gift certificate off of restaurant.com for Tibet Nepal House. It was a nice dining experience overall. Its setting is quite unique and religiously cultured. We first began with Veg Pokauda. I'm not a big fan of deep-fried food, but this appetizer may be good for those who enjoy a bit of crispiness. I must compliment on their Chicken Tikka Masala. The white meat was very tender and juicy. I've had this dish with richer sauce at other Indian restaurants, but I like this one as well because it is more tomato sauce-base than cream. Next we had Lamb Saag. It was good but it didn't 'wow' us. The meat was tender and flavored, but we do not care so much about grills. We also tried the eggplant curry. Their homemade peanut sauce is quite unusual. Can't taste or smell the garlic in their garlic naan, but they were very crispy and serve well with creamy tomato sauce. The rice pudding is also delicious and worth a try even for those who are not into sweet. The rice milk and almonds give off this strong aroma - very tasty and nutty. Currants also add a tiny bit of sweetness to it. I think this combination works well together. The staff was all really nice, but I must say the price is a bit too expensive for its portion. I used the $25 certificate and 18% gratuity is mandatory. Although they applied 18% tips on top of sales tax, it didn't bother me too much. If you're looking for a culinary journey to Nepal, this restaurant might take you on a detour through North India instead. The food, which they boldly claim to be Nepalese, seems to have lost its way in a pot of sweet curry and butter masala. For starters, the paneer masala thali and mutton thali were like identical twins separated at birth - same curry, different faces. The lamb, which should have been slow-cooked to perfection, felt like it was just thrown into the curry after a quick tan in the oven. Moving on to Exhibit 2: the Lamb Sekuwa. It's supposed to be a masterpiece of overnight marination and grilling, but what we got seemed more like a last-minute project using boiled lamb hastily dressed up in tandoori masala. It's the kind of dish that makes you wonder if the chef discovered a new shortcut in the culinary world. The only ray of hope in this gastronomic misadventure were the momos - little dumplings of delight in a sea of culinary confusion. It's a shame, really. This place could have been a tribute to the rich flavors of Nepal, but instead, it's more like a mislabeled map leading you nowhere near the Himalayas. read more

(maybe even reheated from the previous day). I mean any $6.99 all you can eat Indian buffet would be a better choice. Anyway, the reason i went here is because i heard they served yak here and i wanted to try it.. Where else could you possibly get yak? BIG MISTAKE! the yak was as hard as leather and almost inedible. None of the food that was served here seemed to have been fresh. My gf's noodle dish was served with cold and rubbery, pre-cooked chicken. It just seemed everything the served here were just leftovers.. The meat was tough, the veggies were limp and the place was quite overpriced.. Sorry but these guys need to try a lil harder. I usually don't like writing bad reviews or any review at all. Very disappointed at this place. We only went there for the convenience. The owner and the staff members are really rude. We went there for the buffet lunch. And yes, remember, it's a BUFFET. The owner and staff member dare to tell the customer that they cannot get the same kind of items. Wait a minute, this is a buffet, isn't it? It's all you can eat, and you can get anything that you like. If you're gonna make a comment to your customer as to what they cannot eat, don't offer a buffet. Might as well offer only a la carte. I've never seen a place so rude and would say things like that to their customers. I'm never going there again, and advise people that go there to keep in mind the amount of food that you're getting as they do limit what you can eat and how much you can eat. I'd rather go down the street on Fair Oaks to Himalayan Cafe as they do offer the same type of food with better service and treat their customers with respect. read more

I brought all of my friends to here to try their lassi, and everyone loves it. They also have tibet beer, my bf tried it and he likes it. It was very unique! Nann: my favorite nann is garlice flavor. they also have other flavors such as orginal and onion one. all of those are good. Meat: if you don't like chicken, they have yak right there. it's similar as beef. I can say yak is long hair black cow, and it's living in tibet. They don't serve cow because of their religion, so please respect. interior: great! i've never been to tibet, I don't know what does tibet style looks like, but I like their interior. everything looks cute to me. Very rude customer service and didn't want to honor the groupon. Asking for extra that wasn't mentioned in the criteria of the groupon. They wanted us to purchase meal at full price. Simply because my niece isn't a big eater. They claimed they didn't make enough to redeem the groupon. At the end even disrespected saying "if you are poor, don't come here to eat".Even if we experienced this horrible treatment ever in our lives we still ended up giving 15% gratuity based on the original amount of the check just to show we have class. Being a longtime groupon user I found it absurd and will never go back there. We will also let all our friends and families know about the horrible service there. If I had more thumbs, I would put them all out without hesitation. The Lamb Shank was so tender and well cooked and really testy and chicken tikka masala was so delicious. I insisted my sister Aayu to dine there on Sunday evening. With a tremendous appetite we went to the restaurant. It's quite different than that of other restaurants in the city...ordered Yak Momo, Lamb Sekuwa, Veg Phing, Garlic Mint Chicken, Basmati rice & Garlic Naan. My only complaint is that the portions are a bit small, so definitely order accordingly. The garlic naan is a must-get--crispy on the edges, soft inside, and perfectly garlicky. The samosa and momo were also really good, light and flavorful without being greasy. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. Food is solid and AYCE option is available. I love the noodles, crispy naan, tandoori chicken, deepfried veggies dipped in the crisp and refreshing green sauce as a break from the heavy curries. If you order off the menu the momo is really good! It is plump and wiggly but still a solid bite. Not to mention the workers are so nice. Their personalities will have you rooting for their success. Mens bathroom is pretty clean. I love how the food is strong tasting yet mild and not over herby. If you want more heat, add the hot sauce for that kick. So tender (I recommend getting extra mint sauce) I love this restaurant, because I can take first timers as well as friends that love himalayan food. Some of my favorite entrees are Chana Massala (vegetarian) I prefer it pretty spicy, but I hear it's also tasty when mild. The New Zealand Lamb shank is absolutely amazing.The babe egge plant is probably the most popular, and best dish for beginners. They used to have one item that was very strange that no one touched in the buffet like yak meat but I think they noticed that it was not a big success so now we have two delicious curries (one always vegetarian), the lentil soup, the green beans or steamed veggies, my favorite the chicken korma type dish and of course naan bread. That amazing dessert pudding type dish is good. Lunch buffet is a good price so I would recommend. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, regardless if you've ever eaten this kind of food before. I wanted to get out of the house today and I love Thai food. But right next to the Thai place was this wonderful Nepal Himalayan restaurant. It's beautiful inside and out and the service is amazing. My server recommended me the samosas and the spices that were inside were so amazing. Hands-down the best Himalayan food in the pasadena. The menu is well designed with an eclectic variety of dishes from regions across India nepal and tibet. Authentic Indian tibet and nepalies food served in a great ambiance by the friendly staff Yak momo (for appetizers) and/ or Lamb Shank (for entree) are my pick of the menu apart from the obvious chicken tika masala and tilapia fish. before eat !!! we took a photo Dude........... The food here is just superb! From the salad with little seeds and a light vinaigrette to the awesome maincourse to the to die for dessert! I recommend this nice restaurant with its lovely ambiance and attentive staff to anyone wanting a healthy, fresh, unique dining experience. Everything was done just right. The place smells so delicious and its clean and mellow and just lovely. WE had clay baked vegetables, freshly made whole wheat bread and huge plate of shrimp. read more

I will actually give a five star review here. Rare no? Simply because I have never left this restaurant unsatisfied. Their chicken curry is always good, mango lassi beautiful, their garlic nan bread fantastic. Service is always fair. I've never had to go "uh, where is my water?" Food comes out fairly quickly, even when the place is packed. When you go there between lunch and dinner, around 5pm, you can see the staff sleeping in the back. That's always kinda cute. read more

The most memorable aspect of this restaurant was the service. The waiter is open to giving suggestions on savory menu plates. The chef was also happy to talk about menu items. Himalayan spices were fused into a variety of meats, vegetables and sauces. The taste on the eggplant plate, Tilapia fish and sherpa stew definitely was unique and delicious. If anything this is serious homestyle Himalayan cooking. If you like ethnic variety try out this place. read more
