I tried calling the number and all the locations go to the same 888 number that just tells you they're a "virtual restaurant", whatever the hell that means. Out of desperation I visited the Eustis location and it was an IHOP! I went inside and the host explained that these guys just use the cheesesteak recipe of whatever restaurant a particular location actually was. He told me that IHOP's cheesesteak is the "Pardon My Cheesesteak". So in other words at IHOP you get an IHOP cheesesteak. Nothing against IHOP, I like their food, but I was looking for an authentic cheesesteak. These guys misrepresent themselves as an authentic cheesesteak provider. Do not waste your time or money on them.
