stopped by this new salon for gel pedicure and a new set for my baby girl. they were able to take us right away, yay! the salon is so cute and super clean. everything looks brand new and well kept. they had a huge selection of polish/gel colors. my pedicure was amazing, the manicurist was gentle and thorough. the massage chair was comfy and CLEAN! my daughter has an upcoming dance rehearsal and photoshoot so i let her get a full set of poly nails with a design on every nail! This was, without question, the most shocking and disrespectful experience I have ever had at any business. What should have been a simple appointment turned into a situation that was completely unacceptable. The staff yelled at my mother, creating an environment that was aggressive, intimidating, and entirely unprofessional. When I refused to continue the service because of how she was being treated, the owner escalated things in a way I never expected from a business: they used slurs toward my mother in front of customers. To make matters worse, the owner then instructed the workers to stop all services not only for me, but also for my mother and my grandmother all while maintaining a hostile tone. The disrespect shown to my family was unbelievable and deeply upsetting. No customer should ever experience the kind of treatment we did. This salon demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic human decency. The "owner" at this salon was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional from the moment she walked in. During my daughter's appointment, she cut her, and when my daughter spoke up, she became angry and yelled at us like it was our fault. She also muttered racist and nasty comments in Cantonese, thinking we wouldn't understand, but my daughter heard everything. Then she told the other workers to stop and kicked us out in the most disrespectful way. Her behavior was hateful, mean, and shocking. I will never go back, and I strongly advise anyone who values respect or safety to stay far away. read more

I had just gotten off work and was in the area. I was in the hunt for a salon to remove my gel nails. After using gel for so long, my nails had become weak and brittle, so I decided to take a break and let my nails breathe. My nails were looking rough so I had zero expectations. I found tick tick nails. There was plenty of parking and it was a grand opening. The place looked brand new and it was nice and clean. The staff there were really nice. Jenny took care of my manicure and Lilly handled my pedicure. They've done a miracle with my nails! Mind you, these are not gel and it's regular polish. I couldn't believe how these were my brittle ugly nails, completely transformed them. They were precise, gentle, honest, and sweet. They really outdid all the other places I've gone to previously with getting gel. I'm so happy with how my nails came out. The price is great and their work surpasses! A really quick gel manicure, but with excellent service. You can tell they put a lot of care into the cleanliness and sanitation here. Not only that but the atmosphere is very calming with the nice lofi music playing in the background. I paid $24 due to their 30% discount for their opening. I will definitely be back. Very nice ladies Trang, Tracy and Hannah. From the moment I first walked in they were all so nice, till the moment I was all done. I had a manicure with Tracy she did a wonderful job! With Trang she did a callous treatment, hot stone massage and collagen treatment it was fabulously relaxing! My feet thank you! Also very sterile, they only use the callous remover once then toss it! And they use an ultrasonic cleaner and sterilizer for their tools! read more
