Truly an AWFUL, awful experience. I spent nearly 2 hours here and had to leave my appointment midway through because the nail tech ( an older lady with glasses) made my cuticles bleed. Then, she applied the hard gel too thick and it got on my skin. She also does not know how to file nails properly. Not everyone should do nails. Also do not know how this salon is still in business- I found a hair on a dirty towel she used.

I walked in on Valentine's Day super last-minute pampering. My nails (Pedi/Mani, mini massage & my eyebrows). Ive gotten my nails done so manny times before but I usually don't like it since they really just glue a fake nail and kinda clean the top. BUT DAISY?! Wow. She really made it seem as if I grew out this nail myself. The best nail tech I've ever had. I really couldn't stop starring at my nails. My eyebrows were nicely done as well. I will def come back. I had a really great experience here! The staff was super friendly and took their time to make sure every little detail was perfect. I showed them the design I wanted, and they recreated it even better than I expected. My nails came out so cute, and the 3D flower and shell details are absolutely gorgeous. I normally don't leave reviews and debated whether to leave one, but this place left my nails/fingers raw and in pain. I came in with acrylic nails and wanted to take them off to put in gel which I've told the nail tech. From my experience with nail techs and acrylics, usually they soak your nails in acetone and then take it off. The nail tech started with the nail clippers to cut my nails off which cracked and hurt my fingers so bad. After I showed and told them it hurts, they stopped AFTER the third cut. THEN decided to soak my nails. After it soaked for a short time they started grinding it off slowly, soak again, and grind until it finally came off. The first nail tech actually gave up and switched with another nail tech to do the rest of the process because they were lazy. Which I heard them say to each other and the second nail tech told me when I asked her. The second nail tech was better and tried to save the experience but my fingers felt so raw that it felt like it was burning under the UV light. The painting was not even clean and it looked as if I did it myself (messy) and no touch up, and my nails weren't even with each other. First AND last time coming here. I regret leaving my regular nail tech for this place. I wanted a same day nail appointment since I had an event coming up. read more

I have been coming to The Nail Boutique in Temple City for years! I get my Pedi's and facials done here. Ask for Daisy, she is the Best! She does an amazing Pedi, she is truly an artist, and she also does my eye brows, as well as my Facials. Girl's, I know things have got so expensive, and it is not cheap at all, but if you want a Quality Pedi and An Amazing Facial, then treat yourself to a Spa Day with Daisy. Got my brows done by May and i love them! You have to call or message her for appointments. She…read moretook her time to make sure my brows were even. My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! Overall i would highly recommend this spot to my friends and family !

I've been coming to this eyebrow threading salon since they first opened, and unfortunately the…read morecustomer service has gone downhill over the years. When they first opened, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Now, the staff often seem rude and unfriendly. They spend a lot of time chatting with each other while customers are waiting, which makes appointments take longer than necessary. Their responses to customers can come across as dismissive and unprofessional, making you feel like you're inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Another downside is that they don't allow customers to use the restroom, which is frustrating, especially if you've been waiting for a while. The only reason I've continued coming back is because their eyebrow threading prices are very reasonable. However, I've realized that I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else and receive excellent customer service. A good price doesn't make up for consistently poor treatment. After being a loyal customer for years, it's disappointing to say that I won't be returning. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because kindness and professionalism go a long way.

I don't know why but my review wont show when Nail Boutique is searched! I just want to reinforce my opinion on how nasty it was to see the ladys just rinse off the tools and package them in a bag so they "look" clean. They're not! Previous review: I really wish I could rate different services here! I was told about this place by a friend who comes here and always has great toes and fingernails. I got really nice acrylics by Ty who was really nice and seemed to really enjoy working with so many women. I also got my eyebrows threaded by Tiffany who was amazingly pain free and they look perfect. Now for the bad news. I also got a pedicure. I am an x-cosmetologist myself and know sanitation procedures in California. You can google "Nail Salon Sanitation" to find out what they are. This place looks really clean and when they come to give you your pedi they take out these tools from an autoclave bag (its like an oven to sterilize metal instruments). Well, after my pedi was done I watched the girl go over, get a new autoclave bag, stamp it on the back with the date, walk over to the sink, rinse off the tools and give the nippers a quick brush (she did not soak the tools in the barbicide like you are supposed to!) and she dried them with a paper towel and in the bag they went. I watched her take them over to her station and the next client came in... what tools did she use? The rinsed ones she had just used on me. Now I know MY toes are clean but I am a bit traumatized that she did this just before me! It wasn't only her but I saw another girl do the same thing. I am so disappointed because they are all so nice but this is disgusting and I will never go back. I heard another girl talking about how she gave them a good review on yelp so that's how I found out about this. Gross! Stay away! read more

This place is SICK !!! I went in for a padicure, sat waiting long time and the place wasn't even busy later a tech named ROSE just finished another client. She just pushed her cart over to my side WITHOUT sanitizing equiptments or washing her hands. I told her, but she talk back at me that she did, and I saw the whole thing while I was waiting. This place is Gross I will NOT come back and will people not to come here!!! Service here is TERRIBLE. While there is a language barrier at most nail salons I visit, I do my best to be friendly with the staff and at least say hello and acknowledge their existence and hard work. I would try to say "Hello. How's your day?" to the ladies working on my nails, and they wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge that I was there. It was so rude, and kind of disturbing. They just kept staring at other walls in the salon and loudly talking to each other across the salon. They didn't ask if the water was too hot (it wasn't by the way, it felt ice cold), and didn't even check to make sure I had the massage chair remote. ROSE might get other clients infected with germs/viruses, I have to REPORT this to STATE BOARD.!!!! read more

I've been coming here since the business changed owners a year and half ago. I come here to get my waxing done ( bikini, underarms and eyebrows) Tiffany use to do my waxing but she no longer works here... Lily (the owner) assured me that Ivy (new girl) would take good care of me. I was kinda scared to go with someone new but I trust Lily to put me in good hands so I agreed. Ivy was very nice and friendly. She was soft spoken and did the job great! She was very gentle ( as gentle as can be) and was very professional. I'm glad I do not have to find a new place to get my waxing done. Lily, you've found a great replacement. Oh yeah, by the way for all you people who are interested in getting Threading... Ivy is also a threader! I guess Lily found a quick replacement who does everything... so request Ivy for your next service!! read more

Really love this place when my friend brought me there. It's super clean and comfortable. Comparing other nail shops, the environment is better than others. My friend told me that the owner changed, so the environment was different. Most nail stylists are nice, and professional. I'm a picky gal. When I got there, I felt comfort because the shop was super clean. Also, you won't see the tools old and dirty. They didn't keep old nail polish bottles on the tray. I go there twice a month now. Lily, Daisy and Kim are my favorite. They spent much time to give me good services. I tried gel manicure and wax. You paid less and got good services. It's hard to compare with other shops providing more types of services. You want to get more, but you have to pay a lot! read more

I gotta give 5 stars because of how friendly and caring they were. My lady was really nice enough to ask if I liked the color after she painted one of my finger. I think her name was Lynn or Lin not sure but she wore glasses and she's the owner. Ping?? She's also amazing! My mom always go there just for her. My go to pedicure has to be Lisa. She's amazing. I tend to get ingrown toe nails since I wear tight shoes a lot and Lisa is the only one that can help me. I've been to so many places and Lisa is probably the best. I'm definitely a regular and love coming here because of their cleanliness and professional attitude. They are always quick to greet me and assist me whenever I walk in (without an appointment) and I love that! I always get the regular spa pedicure and gel manicure. And I love that they have a wide selection of colors to choose from and the spa chairs seem fairly new and work amazingly well!
