Besides, they ask for 7 days processing time, which means they can charge you again after you cancel the subscription. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. read more

I have been a patron at this location since it opened years ago. It's a pretty reliable location. It gets the job done. Currently I have a membership with them so that I can drop by whenever I need to in which is pretty convenient and worth it. The membership fee automatically is deducted from your account like a gym membership. lol. So it's best to take advantage of your access. I do wish that they offered the smaller vacuum heads as well for the hard to each areas that collect the most crumbs. Hopefully they will start offering those extensions soon. read more

Paid for a month went back in a week was told it was expired called customer service was advised I have 3 weeks remaining seems they have no way of informing the workers of that.....customer service disconnected my call and a recording came on advising me they are closed. Called back an hour or so later got a guy who says he's a manager but nothing he could do other than going up to ask for another sticker which I've been there a couple times already. But now it's starting to look run down compared to the other surrounding businesses to be on corner. The location on Canton Rd Marietta is were I go for washes, so when my daughter got her car we wanted her added to what is called the family plan with offers a $5.00 discount toward the 29.97 monthly cost. Well her car was not added to my plan so they set up a second account that I was charge the full monthly amount for two months before I inquired what the problem was I called and ask if there was a courtesy adjustment for their mistake and I was told NO, also I was also not informed that to add a car there was a 3.00 fee. Clear communication is important so that a customer I can make an informed decision if I want to buy the service. Not sure if I will stay with the company. The wash service is good. read more

UNETHETHICAL BUSINESS! I discovered Tidal had duplicate accounts for me for 18 months. Upon contacting them, the CS Rep, Laura identified the duplicate account canceled it and refunded me 6 months. She said she had to forward me to the Review Team. Then I had to deal with Paige who told me there was nothing else she could do...even though they acknowledged it was a duplicate account with no usage because they could see I have ONE VEHICLE! They immediately canceled the duplicate account because they didn't need me to confirm which account needed to be canceled. They could verify that by the usage and see there was none on the erroneous account. Despite these facts she refused to give me the full refund. They still owe me an additional $360.82 but refuse to give it to me. Not only do they refuse to give me the money, they refuse to explain to me the business justification for keeping the money. If you think the money is owed to you, why? What services were rendered? The services my vehicle receive were paid in full through the other account and you've confirmed that by keeping that one open and telling me I had to initiate the cancellation of that one on the website. They are STEALING MONEY! I can't be the only person and this can't be the only time. Whether it is Paige or a company policy, this is not the first time. It is too comfortable for her to be so firm in the constant denial of refunding money she has admitted is owed to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNETHICAL, STEALING COMPANY. I come often because we have a family Fast Pass Membership.I have a Blck car and i started to notice paint peeling, specks of paint missing, and bad brush scratches across my hood. My car had damages to the driver side panels from the brushes....it took an hour for the on-site supervisor to write a report. Once the report was written no one ever followed up. I went back to the location the following weekend and the site manager said there was no way the brushes causes the small blurry scratches and proceeded to way away. I take good care of my car and the damages did occur at this car wash. read more

I visited here yesterday for the first time and it was an excellent experience! A gentleman greeted me while I was purchasing my wash to tell me about the location and the monthly plans. Since it was my first time I told him I would just do one to try it out for now but I will definitely be back to purchase one. I purchased a family membership early April at your Atlanta Cascade location. On 4/18/20, 1 pm (ish) after waiting 45 minutes in a line, when getting to the kiosk (members) were made aware the scanner was inoperable. We were only given two option, 1 PAY or 2 leave and come back later (not knowing if the scanner would be working at a later time). With NO apologies or compassion for regular customers or members for their time or patiences the customer service was deplorable. I made a simple suggestion the worker(s ) allow the members to manually enter the carwash with then lifting the arm; I was told "corporate" said NO! I then suggested allowing members to drive around to enter the wash as I have seen workers do in the past with their own vehicles; again I was told NO! I was denied given ANY access to the wash without paying or even being offered reimbursement if I had paid. I only purchased the membership for availability, location and pricing. I do understand that mechanical difficulties pop up with technology on occasions but being competent to resolve customer relation issues in a supervisory role would appease customers to keep patronizing your business would be nice. Standing and looking around as traffic is blocked due the people trying to enter the wash entrance and your service is having issues instead of making customers aware before hand might not be ideal. This resolution your workers provided for this situation was completely unacceptable and avoidable if better customer service was provided. There were at least 6 members turned around and denied access during this time including myself. read more
