A guest tripped on the stairs while leaving, and the team had to call an ambulance. Despite the situation, the staff stayed calm, efficient, and compassionate. The previous original restaurant here at the zoo Safari Club closed and chef, John Davis, from the retired and closed iconic restaurant, Sunset Cork Room, brought some excellent culinary experiences here.
