When I arrived my suite was not there. Said the driver was running late, I waited 45 minutes. When the driver arrived, my suite was not in the truck. I waisted 2 hours of my day going to pick it up. Next day I pick up my suite. The suite was half pressed the sleeves were missed during the press. I'm not understanding how this was missed. Lazy, Terrible customer care, no empathy, disrespectful, although I was kind and patient.

Unfortunately, my dress was never cleaned or preserved after my wedding and after 30+ years had terrible stains. We decided to take a chance and try to have it cleaned to at least use some parts of the dress. I found Oceanside Cleaners and had a few chats with Clare about what could be tried. To say I am shocked would be an understatement. They did an amazing job, even trying a second time on a few of the more stubborn stains to basically make this dress from 1993 almost look new again!
