Came here with my husband while we were in the area. Super cute coffee shop, with interesting concept of having two entrances that both lead to a parking lot. Place has nice indoor and outdoor seating. My husband got the horchata latte and he really enjoyed it. I tried it but I thought it was okay as it had a cinnamon flavor and I don't really love it! I always get the blueberry matcha here and it's delicious! Service is fast and friendly, and there are several tables inside and outside that you can get work done too. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I ordered a strawberry tres leches muffin warmed up, and received a blueberry muffin not warmed up :( I have been looking forward to trying the strawberry leches muffin for a couple weeks, so this was a bummer. I really tried to like it, but it's just not my cup of coffee. To me the coffee doesn't taste like coffee. I'm a big coffee drinker and I like to taste the espresso and here the espresso is not strong. I feel like the drinks are too sweet and the milk overpower the coffee. Also, the customer service was not the best. I mean I get it ain't got nowhere to go, but when you're trying to go into a coffee shop at 8:30 in the morning and everybody's just dragging their feet it's really really unfortunate and I feel like it kind of differs from you wanting to go back. I came here to get some coffee. There is plenty of parking in the morning. Interior is nice, and there is outdoor and indoor seating available. Service can be a little slow (I came when it wasn't too busy and another time when it was busy), so it's best to come when you're not in a rush to get elsewhere. I tried the Salted Caramel Cold Brew, which was a little too sweet. The next time, I tried the Chai Tea Latte and a Strawberry Tres Leches muffin. The latte was ok. This location offers plenty of parking. Indoor seating is limited but they have a spacious patio area. It's disappointing that the seating arrangements are not very inviting and the overall vibe is very fast food restaurant. The music was too loud to carry on a conversation or to serve as a study spot, in my opinion They do offer a variety of drink options. I'm a black coffee drinker and gravitate toward a pour-over when available. Bonus points for them offering it as an option. It was tasty. The rest of group enjoyed their drinks as well and the accompanying pastries. I did not see any food options on their menu. The staff was friendly and appeared to be on top of things. I've been to Tierra Mia's Anaheim location a few times and it's been a hit or miss. I usually order their Horchata Latte but decided to try something new this time. I went with their Horchata Cold Brew and it was a little disappointing to be honest. The cold brew itself was very light and the horchata flavor was overpowering. The foam was also on the sweeter side. Next time, I would adjust the amount of cold foam to balance out the flavors better. The service was good and there was plenty of parking available. I liked this location because there was a large patio with plenty of tables/seats available right outside the entrance. This spot would be great if there was a drive thru. read more

This is a really cute coffee spot in Montebello. The cafe itself is really pretty and clean. I love the color and design of the floor. The line was a bit long today so we waited probably 10-15 minutes total for the line and to get our orders. But, the staff were super friendly and there were a lot of people in the kitchen working quickly to get the orders out. The Tres Leches Muffin was so good. It was moist in middle and the milk really soaks into the muffin. It's not too sweet either. The frappe was interesting. It had a lot of peanut flavor but it wasn't too much. I just think it wasn't for me. If you love peanuts though, this drink is for you. read more

Decided to come in around 930 after dinner and it was PACKED. And it just continued to get more and more packed! I was very surprised since this is a coffee a place so I didn't expect it to be so popular at night. I got the Horchata Frappe and it was DELICIOUS! Still my true and trident coffee shop with a twist. I haven't found another shop that does Horchata Frappe the way they do. Luckily they have other locations now. Their Pumpkin Spice is back in season right now as of 9/11/2024. Horchata Frappe- I still think it's on the sweeter side. You don't have to just sip on it if it's too sweet, you can ask for the sweetness to be adjusted. I always ask for half sweet and it's perfect. Matcha Horchata Latte(iced)- isn't as sweet as the Horchata Frappe. Regular sweetness will just do. Matcha tones down the horchata, feels like a refreshing creamy horchata. Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte(iced)- was interesting. Spices weren't too overpowering but very strong pumpkin. Barely taste any matcha. I wouldn't order this again. They have roaches which is sad. The other day i had to see a costumer kill it and let the worker know what happened. All they did was pick it up. The girl with very thick eyeliner is so rude to you. Honestly very sad I had to hear how she talks about other people. Calling them names and shaming the way they look. Honestly this Tierra Mia sucks so bad and it's suppose to be friendly and loving. But clearly not. There are these other two girls one short with reddish hair and one with long curly black hair that also add in to the conversation the girl with eyeliner has to say. I can't believe this place is suppose to represent family. They don't! It's uncomfortable being there and I no longer want to come back. They all suck. Tried a new coffee shop while visiting my in-laws. I found the Tierra Mia coffee shop and I'm glad I did! It's very clean and roomy with plenty of beautiful large windows for natural sunlight. The ladies behind the counter were polite, friendly and professional. I had an Americano that was delicious and rich. And the ladies had the coconut coffee which was delicious. Horchata cold brew: so good oh my gosh it tastes like a cream top latte you could get in LA for like $9 but it's $5.50 for the small which is still a decent size. They offer 3 different sizes for drink so the bigger ones are more worth it. Strawberry mojito lemonade: very sweet and nothing special Pepino limon tea: pretty good! Very refreshing, not too sweet Staff were all very nice and friendly. There was pretty much a constant flow of customers and sometimes a line but they handled it easily and efficiently. Good place to study, decent amount of outlets and free WiFi. If you don't mind the loud music. Plenty of outside seating as well. You can tell by the flow of customers that this place is pretty popular and for good reason! Parking was also easy they have a lot on either side. The good: My co-worker turned me onto this spot but I had only ever had their muffins. I came this time to try their really cool drinks. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. The music was great. Lykke Li was playing as I entered. I tried a pistachio cold brew and a mazapan peanut frappe. I also had a tres leches muffin that was warmed up. The tres leches muffin was super moist and yummy. The maltish flavor of the peanut frappe was delicious. It was unique and decadent. The bad: The pistachio flavor wasn't great. They use Monin syrups for most of their flavorings. The tres leches muffin is definitely overly sweet. It isn't something you can eat a lot of. The drinks were also more in the milkshake dessert category than an everyday type of coffee. It was freezing inside and didn't feel cozy/welcoming for me to stay.
