For my first session, she educated me on how laser hair removal works & discussed post treatment care. During the active lasering time, she consistently checked in with my on my pain tolerance. We found that I could tolerate it much better if she went faster & continuous rather than pausing between each "zap". A little over 2 weeks after, I messaged New Look since it looked like a line on each lower leg was missed. Since the hair remained there, un-zapped looking and continuing to grow after 3 weeks, I came in for a super speedy missed section session. I appreciate that they offer missed session sections at no charge. There's plenty of parking at their MacArthur location. There's a large Tesla charging station right outside in case you drive a Tesla and need to charge! I'm eager to see the results when my many laser sessions are done. So far, a great first laser experience!

I saw beforehand that they raised the price for this to $100. Thats okay if a bit expensive for 15 min. But apparently their policies have changed and during my $100 15 min treatment they would only laser individual hairs they can see. instead of just lasering my areas until the 15 min were up. They zapped me about 20 times total and that was it. Extremely not worth it. Then at checkout they explained that now you can only tip in cash. I never have cash and have always venmo'd. So I couldn't tip my nurse and can't imagine in future going to atm for cash to tip? There are also signs up explaining their fees for using credit cards. All and all, lots of policy changes without benefit of any sort to their clients. I've really loved coming here, but that was my last treatment here.
