Since I was near a store, I decided to go inside and try the bracelet on/have it sized before purchasing online. When I entered the store, I was greeted and paired with Patricia. She was pleasant, and allowed me to try on the various sizes to determine which would best suit me. I ended up getting a small, however, I think a "smedium" should be made because it's a little tight. I'm overall pleased with my experience. My only gripe is that my bracelet was easily scratched and appears a bit lackluster after only a few months. I need to get it cleaned to see if that will help. In regard to value, I bought this bracelet in January 2026 and it is currently July 2026; the price has increased by $150 to date. That's a bit wild to me, however I'm glad I purchased it when I did. read more

The incompetence of the employees at your "flagship" is astounding. The employee waiting on me did not know the difference between a soft credit inquiry and a hard inquiry. I asked if this was a soft inquiry. They ran it, and I immediately got notified that I had experienced a hard inquiry. This damaged my credit rating unnecessarily. The manager told me there must have been a misunderstanding. I explained that there wasn't. I know the difference between a hard and soft inquiry. Neither employee was proficient in English, so that's where the misunderstanding occurred. read more

I bought a Tiffany bracelet less than 2 weeks ago. I have only worn the bracelet on 3 occasions. The third time I wore it -I lost it. I retraced my steps and found it an empty room that only had been occupied by me. Upon looking closely at it I realized the clasp was bent. So, I now understood how it fell off my wrist. I have no idea how the clasp broke- I was not doing anything that would have caused that to happen. I drove over an hour to the Woodmere, Ohio location (where the bracelet was purchased less than 2 weeks ago). The sales lady was rude and abrupt. I was anticipating that they would take it back and apologize for their low quality product (since it was well within the 30 day return window) and issue a replacement. Instead they informed me this was my fault that it must have got caught on something and I would have to pay for a repair. They also said I would have to pay extra for shipping. So, I paid $108.00 to have a clasp repaired on a bracelet I had worn 3 times. I expressed that this was not satisfactory and not how I expected to be treated from a luxury brand. When I got home- I called corporate and went through everything. I got very similar responses. He said he could send an email but the repair shop would determine if the bracelet was faulty or if it was from customer wear and tear. He said that is the best he could do. I let him know I was not happy with this response and in the middle of talking the customer service agent hung up the phone on me. I now have almost $1,000 invested in this bracelet. The customer service was horrible in store and at corporate office. I will never buy a Tiffany product again! read more

This review represents the poor online customer service. I purchased 3 necklaces from the Beyonce Renaissance line. Upon the shipments arrival, I realized I received two of the same necklaces. I immediately contacted customer service via email attached screenshots of the original purchase with pictures of the shipped products. The customer service rep stated they would contact me within 48 hours but the follow-up took 4 days. I was told I received the correct number of items and I should contact my bank for a refund. I called the customer service phone number and the representative told me to head into the store to return the items I did not want. I have been quite busy of the past few months due to the birth of my child which I didn't have time to drop everything to head downtown. My goal through these communications was to return the items FedEx/UPS or something which is a lot closer/convenient right now. I eventually made it into the store for the return due to the return window coming to a close. I wasn't greeted upon entry. I walked around but I couldn't find anything from the Renaissance line. I went upstairs to customer service. The rep explained that I had to speak with a sales associate for the return. I explained to him no one spoke to me and every one was busy I even noticed the representative on her mobile phone at the sales counter. The customer service representative spoke with a sales rep which she helped me complete my return of the unwanted items. I was informed that none of the actual locations carry the Renaissance line in-store and I must go back online if I want the other necklace. I was annoyed and return both items but kept one of the three. I usually receive decent customer service from Tiffany's but unfortunately this experience has tarnished my view of the business. Next time their is a launch from this brand I will think hard about purchasing from their online store/brand. I have given this review 2 stars inside of 1 because the sales associate did help me resolve the issue in a timely manner. read more

I entered the store at 10:01, immediately informing the staff of my requirements: two sets of prepackaged red wine glasses. I was directed upstairs, where I was told someone would assist me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that someone would attend to me when available. After reading the other reviews, I'm not sure we were all in the same store. First, we had not planned on going into the store today so we were in activewear and looked like we had been in a car for 6 hours (one review referenced their attire was the reason for bad service) When we walked in we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. The gentleman introduced us to Pam who could assist with our questions. Pam was super friendly and personable. She offered suggestions, answered questions, and was genuinely interested in helping us. We went up to customer service to drop off a couple of pieces to have cleaned and they were just as friendly and helpful. In fact, their customer service dept was more helpful than the Dallas Northpark store. We've been in a Tiffany's where we felt "judged" and this was not one of them. This was a fantastic experience and we may be contacting Pam in the future to help with other purchases. Kudos to Pam and the other staff we encountered at this store. Update - we had to return to get the items I left to be cleaned and that's when we met Robin. I have many Tiffany items and no one has ever sat down with me to talk about cleaning and storing. I stopped into Tiffany & Co with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. I was quite surprised it wasn't very busy with Christmas shoppers. We were greeted warmly by several staff members. Then we waited and waited for assistance. I finally went and wrangled a young lady who was free and just standing nearby. She was nice but a bit mousey and definitely NOT a talker. Luckily my friend had an idea of what she wanted. The case we wanted to look at was covered in paperwork as two customers stood chatting and texting on their phones while the sales person just stood by. I finally asked if they did not need to see anything in the case, could they kindly step aside since our clerk did not take the initiative. Geez - I felt like I was working at Tiffany's! The clerk took out the necklace to box up for my friend and literally stood untangling a big knot in the chain. I had to point it out and ask for a fresh necklace. She was actually going to sell the knotted necklace. Overall, I know service and atmosphere are usually top notch. Everything just seemed a bit off on this visit. Came to get a ring exchanged in size. The store itself is super nice. It spans two floors and the first floor is super empty. They directed me to the second floor, which has way more people browsing and shopping. I had to talk to three people before they directed me to someone who could exchange the ring for me. I felt like everyone wasn't very friendly which was unexpected since previous experiences at other Tiffany locations were always super friendly and welcoming. I received a gift, which was a Tiffany Fragrance from my niece. I decided that I preferred a different fragrance and called and spoke to Abigail. I explained that I had opened the box and smelled the original fragrance, and wanted to exchange it. Abigail was very pleasant over the phone, and she replied sure bring it in. I arrived there and told Jaycee, not sure of the spelling, but she is an Asian Sales Associate that I wanted to exchange the perfume. She took my purchase and said that she would have to speak to her manger, Qiana. She returned and said Qiana said that I could not return it because it was opened. As I was explaining to Jaycee that I called ahead and was told to bring my perfume in, Abigail overheard me, and said that she was the person I spoke with and to go ahead and exchange it for me. Thankfully, Abigail spoke up on my behalf. And, then was I only allowed to exchange my perfume and purchase the scent I wanted, which I was prepared to pay the difference. Afterwards, Jaycee felt compelled to reiterate that in the future I won't be able to exchange perfume. However, initially she said I couldn't exchange it because it was opened. I called to tell Qiana, the manager who also denied my request after I called to make sure the exchange was allowed, to inform her how offended I was, due the fact that Jaycee even after the transaction occurred felt she needed to once again give me another disclaimer. Qiana was smug and said she apologizes, not sincere about it at all, and she says she hopes I enjoy my perfume because it's their latest. I believe this is another case of racial profiling, and assumptions being made that fraud is happening. If this truly is a policy, then every sales associate needs to be trained properly. Yeah, I know, Tiffany & Co is a chain. But yikes, this place is pretty awful! I stopped by to get a couple of pieces of jewelry cleaned and was shocked with how rude their customer service is. A woman on the main sales floor was nice enough, but up on the second floor the area for jewelry cleaning and repair was a mess. The woman doing intake was rude, and there were a ton of people waiting. An older man called the woman "love," and she snapped at him and said, "that's not my name." Jeez, lady! I was just back here for service on a braclet I bought my wife a few years ago and it STILL SUCKS....in fact, worse than before. Hot Mamma had taken the braclet once before to the Oakbrook location and they fixed a kink (its a weave).......but it didnt look right, or last long.....so I brought it downtown with me. Sending my biggest appreciation and gratitude for an act displayed yesterday by Abigail and Pam at the Tiffany & Co. store on Michigan Avenue. On April 17th, I was diagnosed with Leukemia at 27 years old and was immediately admitted to Northwestern Hospital for chemo therapy. Ever since that day, I've been confined to my hospital room and a small hallway, unable to leave the floor, much less the building. My incredible mother has been my primary source of strength, fortitude, and comfort the last month or so of this difficult time and has proven what I've always known to be true about her - she's the best mom in the world. Yesterday though I found myself in a tough situation after having realized that it was already 3:30 pm on Mother's Day and I hadn't gotten my own mother anything due to the circumstances and scheduling of my care - she is the type of person who expects nothing in return and is more than content by just seeing her kids on Mother's Day, but I really felt pain and disappointment in knowing that I potentially missed an opportunity to show her, even in a small way, how much I appreciate and love her on this special day. I have had the pleasure of being a repeat Tiffany & Co. customer at this store and each time I've received tremendous care so it made perfect sense to start my search here and see what I could find that she might enjoy. My sister mentioned that my mother had received a Tiffany & Co. tanzanite jewelry piece for Christmas so I decided to purchase the Color by the Yard earrings to match her set. I called the store and briefly described the predicament I was facing to Pam. My expectation (desperate hope) was simply that I could purchase through the phone and then have my mom run by the store before 5:00 PM to do an in-store pick-up so that she could receive the gift the same day. However to my surprise, Pam without hesitation offered to have the earrings hand-delivered to my room. I was in total shock and couldn't believe that was even an option given that it was nearing the close of business on a major holiday. Abigail and Pam then worked together and somehow made this last minute request possible. Abigail, who made the delivery shortly after what I'm sure was an incredibly busy workday for the store, came after work all the way up to my room here on the 15th floor to ensure safe delivery and the utmost convenience for me. This also avoided the need to break the surprise and ask my mother to stop by the store. Wow, it meant everything. I must say that I can't be any more appreciative of this thoughtful effort and cannot say enough good about the character of both Pam and Abigail for making this possible. My sincerest gratitude goes out to both of these incredible people for working together as a team and making my mom's day so special and for giving me an opportunity to surprise her in a way that only Tiffany & Co. can provide. read more

Store Review: Light blue hue is synonymous with class and Tiffany jewelry. I have only been to the physical store once to buy a "bean bracelet" that my wife lost after having the locking mechanism fail. I felt underdressed as I walked into the store. Employees were dressed in suit and greeted you promptly. On the first floor they have a lot of the expensive pieces. My bracelet was located on the second floor. I realize that people are buy a brand for the $$ and not the value of the individual piece. The sterling silver bean bracelet was close to 100 dollars and when they first took it out from the case it came in a small zip lock baggie. I am sure the manufacture value was less than 10 dollars, but what can you say people love Tiffany. Pros- everyone loves tiffany, classy gift Cons- expensive and more value to your dollar if you shop elsewhere for diamonds Hidden deals- None read more

Familiar with New York and Palm Beach, we made a trip to the Chicago store on Michigan Avenue and it was so barren and un holiday like. We were very disappointed in the lack of holiday decor and spirit. No decorations at all and very stale atmosphere. The people were very unfriendly and as I was looking at a few things to buy, I felt rushed and as if I were asking a huge favor to see a different stone. I came specifically to buy my daughter a bracelet and my sister a necklace. When I left with my blue bags, I did not feel excited, happy, thrilled and like something special had just happened. Huge let down with this flagship store. They need to bring some happy positive holiday spirit into this store. they should learn from New York, how to operate a fabulous store, especially during the holidays. I typically don't rate chains but my experience here was terrible. I came in to resize an engagement ring my fiancé got for me. The sales rep that assisted me was terrific during the sales portion of it. He said the resizing should be done within a week and I can expect it by Wednesday at the latest. I told him we were going out of town and would prefer to have the ring before. He assured me it would be no problem. I called Monday to check on the status. The rep (Robin) who answered the phone asked me right off the bat if I received an email. Obviously I did not because I wouldn't be calling otherwise. She did not even check her system to provide an update. She simply told me if I haven't received an email, it was not ready. I called again on Tuesday (the day before it was promised to be completed) and spoke to a different rep (Vanessa). She actually looked in the system and told me that the resizing was delayed due to the instructions the sales rep sent in. If I didn't call, who knows when they would have reached out to me to get clarification? Needless to say, the service was delayed and I did not receive it back until past the 'promised by' date. Definitely not the customer service I was expecting from a company like Tiffanys. If it wasn't for the sentimental value of the ring, I definitely would have returned it and gotten a similar design from a local jeweler. read more
