They are also very good at answering questions or just helping out . I do window shop but I also buy a few things from time to time . I appreciate the staff helping me & making me feel comfortable. I feel the pieces I have here . They are priceless to me because they make me happy . The value is exceptional. They have a big parking since they are located in the chestnut hill mall . So no worries on parking . This is what I live about this mall ; the accessibility to parking . In the city it's very difficult to park. I'm absolutely shocked by the reviews I have just read! And, until today, I may have questioned their validity. But, today, after 10 months, I noticed that my Tiffany's white gold ring was turning gold. I arrived at Tiffany's and was told I would need to pay $90 to replate my brand new ring. When I said that I wanted to exchange the ring instead, they refused. And I could not return it. I stated that, at no time, was I advised that I would need to pay $90 every 10 months to replate my ring. I am now waiting for a call from a supervisor. New ownership - diminished quality. This is no longer the Tiffany's that it used to be! read more

So one day last week, I walked in and said hello, one of the salesman just rudely looked at me from head to toe, and I could immediately tell that just by his demeanor he thought I didn't belong there. Apparently walking in with a sweatshirt and jeans means I have no money and I was ignored my entire time there. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to even greet me, I even decided fully on the necklace that I wanted, and I still hadn't been seen by a single salesman/saleswoman. Instead of waiting longer, I decided to completely leave. That one experience alone makes me never want to spend money at a Tiffany's again. One goes to trusted brand names for what they represent including quality, durability and lifetime promise. I thought Tiffany's was one of those brands so for a significant birthday, I chose a Tiffany bracelet (Paloma Picasso cuff) made of silver as a personal gift. I've been wearing it regularly for one or two years, until one day the bracelet just fell off! I went to have it repaired but after 5 months (lockdown), they came back saying that it is beyond repair. I asked the store manager what recourse could be done, there was none. I have older pieces from less reputable stores and brand names (Pandora, Alex and Ani) that have a longer life span and durability. I guess the brand promise was not fulfilled at Tiffany's. Brought my Tiffany watch in to be serviced. Was initially told that it would take 2-3 weeks to generate an estimate for work. I received a confirmation that the watch has been received for servicing on January 1 2021. I followed up on January 12 to check in on the status and received a response that the estimate would be sent on January 15. January 15th passed without receiving the estimate, I called Customer Service and spent 45 minutes on hold without getting through to anyone. I then called the local branch in Chestnut Hill where I dropped off the watch. The individual I spoke with was curt and rather than acknowledging the delay and offering to help, indicated that such delays were normal and should hear something soon. It is now February and am still waiting. If this is an indication of customer service under LVMH, this is not a good sign. read more

This Tiffany's is beauuuutiful! Aren't they all? But honestly, I had been to the old one at Atrium countless times, and the first time I visited the Tiffany's at Chestnut Hill Mall, it was absolutely striking! I don't know what it is that makes this store so much better, but it just feels so luxurious as soon as you walk in. I would not give this store 5 stars because of the prices. I know that the cost of fine jewelry continues to rise, but some of the simpler items still seem so unnecessarily expensive. I give this store 4 stars because it is bright and beautiful inside. The employees are always helpful, patient, and nice. My favorite employee is Connie because she sold me my wedding band at the Atrium store and actually sent me hand-written a thank you/ congratulations letter after my wedding! The customer service at Tiffany is impeccable. The reason I bought my wedding band here was for that reason alone. I can go back anytime and have it cleaned, and they often clean my other ring as well although it is not even Tiffany's! I didn't buy that ring around here, so it stresses me out that I can't clean it where I bought it, so it makes me really happy that Tiffany is willing to go above and beyond for me! I know this store was crazy busy for holiday time, but relatively speaking, it is not usually over-crowded. I have been to the Copley one before on the weekend and you couldn't get anyone to help you, but this one seems to do a good job of assisting their customers and keeping everyone happy. read more

Tomorrow is my 17 year wedding anniversary and the one thing missing will be my engagement ring. Absolutely worst customer care I have experienced, brought my Tiffany ring in for a cleaning and a week later look down to see one of the prongs complete pulled out! How was this missed during the cleaning? Call Tiffany immediately to ask about bringing it in for a repair and am rudely told I will not have it back for my anniversary. I call Shreve Crump & Lowe who are AMAZING and have me bring it right over. Turns out the prongs are almost worn through, they take the time to show me the wear and tear, no way Tiffany's could have missed this. My husband calls Tiffany's and they apologize profusely, ask us to give them a chance to make it right, tell us I'll have my ring back by my anniversary, so we give them the ring...HUGE MISTAKE. On Thursday I ask my husband when we'll get the ring, he's surprised he hadn't heard about the repairs and calls, THEY HAVE NOT EVEN started repairs. More calls to Tiffany's and still no contact with the repair department and no ring. The ring is beautiful but they clearly do not value their customers; save yourself some tears and go to Shreve's I really wish we had. read more

Actually zero star. Unbelievably rude. Staff are snobby. They expect people walk in there with an expensive handbag or some flushy items to show they got the money to spend there. I walk in, asked them to clean a platinum and diamond tiffany key, two women looked at me, looked at the key and talked amongst themselves and decided "oh by the way this is not tiffany so we can't clean it for you". On what basis is your conclusion?! Just because I don't have a receipt on me?! I immediately walked out and marched over to Chanel. 30 minutes later I came out with my newest baby girl. I really really wanted to walk back into the tiffany and say "Huge Mistake, Huge!" like Julia Roberts did in Pretty Woman. But the nice sales lady in chanel talked me out of it. For that I give the chanel store 6 freaking stars. So yes, if your plan is to be treated as a human being in that store, wear your expensive things. If not, don't blame me not warning you. read more
