I would never shop here again. They treated me poorly after a recommended purchase and a fair request for exchange approx 2 weeks later. The salesperson, manager, and regional director all lied and treated me like a criminal after being a customer since 2009. It was a very poor experience. I would say save your money they are not living up to luxury brand standards at least not in a fair and equitable way for all if their customers who have trusted them. I've always been a fan of Tiffany's. Growing up in NYC I walked passed its famous storefront almost every day. I still remember my first pair of Tiffany silver earrings, silver bracelet & silver heart necklace, like all their jewelry, comes in the famous stylishly elegant little blue box. My favorite Tiffany & Co. gift of all time was a tiny silver heart shaped perfume bottle with my initials engraved on the front. It came with a tiny silver funnel that you use to put the perfume inside. So fabulous. The last set of Tiffany silver heart necklace & bracelet set I had my adorable little niece begged me to give to her every time I saw her. I finally buckled, gave my necklace & bracelet to her & of course she lost them a few days later :(( Tiffany & Company stopped making that line for a while & when I saw that they brought back my favorite silver heart jewelry I had to have a new set! The new "Return to Tiffany" collection couldn't be prettier. There are the traditional pieces that I have already had. Then there are some modern pieces that are completely new that have a fresh new modern twist. I love the new traditional Tiffany silver & enamel heart pieces. They come in the traditional Tiffany blue & there is a pink enamel color that will look adorable on my adorable Tiffany loving niece. I set out on my mission to buy my new "Return to Tiffany" necklace, it was operation "Breakfast at Tiffany's" I couldn't get there fast enough! lol I was initially going to get the all silver double heart necklace, but, my new BFF Karen (Tiffany salesperson) explained to me the double silver heart only comes in a 16inch chain not a 18inch. She doesn't know why but this is the only way it comes. She showed me the Tiffany blue enamel double heart one which does come in a 18inch & I instantly fell in love. Karen says that they can lengthen the silver double heart chain if your "heart" is set on that one but it's an additional $60 charge & will take a few days. My "heart" was set on the Tiffany blue enamel double heart but she was sold out of the 18inch ones and would have to get me one from another store. Karen told me to come back on Saturday she would have one for me she gave me her card & I gave her mine. She told me she would call me as soon as she received it. In the meantime she told me to look on their website www.tiffany.com for this "hint" function that I could send my hubby "hints" on other pieces I wanted. Love this woman! :)) OMG. This "hint" function is the coolest thing! Within two days I must have sent my hubby around 1000 "hints" I think he got the "hint". He emailed me back & told me he heard me loud & clear & if I would please cease & desist the Tiffany "hint" email flood that he would go with me to pick up my necklace & I could pick out my anniversary gift as our anniversary is days away. Karen left me a message as promised late on good Friday said she got my necklace in & I could pick it up. Operation "breakfast at Tiffany's" was a go! When hubby & I got there, they got my necklace out for me to try on as I showed my hubby the rest of the line & a few other pieces I liked. I wore my new Tiffany necklace right out of the store! It's sooooo adorable! Hubby's fave color is blue as he LOVED it too :)) He was having a pizza emergency so we went to lunch. As hubby shoveled pizza, guzzled chianti & gushed over my adorable blue enamel double heart "Return to Tiffany" necklace he decided I definitely needed the matching blue enamel heart bracelet straight away that "operation dessert at Tiffany's" was now a go & we would just swing back by Tiffany's & pick up my anniversary gift pronto as he was traveling all week & better to get it early than late! Yay!!! I like the way he thinks! LOL What a great idea! :)) The return to Tiffany's for the "Return to Tiffany's" blue heart bracelet was a smashing success! They make you feel like you have to be wealthy to shop there, especially since their prices have increased so much. I bought my first piece of Tiffany jewelry at this location way back in 1998 after completing a milestone goal in my life. I have shopped here (& online, 2 NYC stores, San Franciso, Austin & Chicago) occasionally ever since. I have ALWAYS experienced the best customer service here. Promptly and courteously attended to. Nothing negative to add from me. The location is in the Dallas Galleria which is upscale; however, I've never sensed any sort of snobbery here. I had sweatpants and a hoodie on during my last visit and was treated the same as I always have been in the past. Um, $30K's not much if you're buying Tiffany diamonds. All of my pieces are simply sterling with the exception of one necklace that my husband bought me ($$$). The different signature sterling lines are designed well and are very good quality. The prices [on sterling jewelry] are actually not that much higher than James Avery (which I also adore), but T&C are special occasion purchases for me....token reminders of personal accomplishments. One thing that has changed over the years is that most stores no longer do in-house deep cleaning & polishing on jewelry. In the U.S. it gets to sent to NYC to be cleansed and sent back. Takes about 7 days. That's kind of a bummer, but it is what it is. :) read more

Later a older SA saw I am standing there along he helped me to ask for the details. However, I went to Tiffany in North Park center right after visit this shop. It was at this location that I experienced the best customer service ever at any of the many Tiffany & Cos I've visited. The boy and I have a tradition - I buy charms from every city we've been to together starting with Las Vegas, where we arranged for a day trip to SF, flying in early and leaving by 7pm to pick up the cable car charm from Union Square. The sales associate here helped me coordinate with the San Francisco store to ensure that we would be able to get what we needed quickly to avoid missing our return flight. Considering the charm bracelet collection is probably one of their most affordable, I was surprised at his willingness to go out of his way and provide us with the personal attention that he did. Bracelets are JUNK.I bought my wife four different beaded bracelets over a 2 year period of time. My wife wore her bracelets daily. Under normal wear and tear ,each bracelet has broken ,beads all over the place.I had each bracelet repaired 35 dollars each time at least one time per bracelet.My wife is very frustrated and does not want wear the bracelets.I called Tyffanys and asked to return the bracelets. Took my bracelet in to be fixed/clean. The women who took the bracelet was very nice and attentive. I went in with a friend to pick up the bracelet up 2 weeks later. They women who helped us (different from the first) was focused on something else the entire time we were in there. It literally took 30 mins to check out. I received this bracelet as a gift, but I'm never buying anything from the chain again. This older bald gentleman did not look like he wanted to help me, it actually looked like he was looking anywhere but at me, but I walked up to him anyways and said I need to pick up a ring. He doesn't greet me or say anything welcoming besides where is my paper work. I've never needed paper work to pick up my items and nobody has ever told me I needed it. Turns out he didn't need it and only needed my license? He then left me to grab my ring, didn't say another word when he brought up my receipt. I truly felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. My Sister and I dropped off her Tiffany Sunglasses for repair and 5 months later the sunglasses are in New York still not repaired. No follow up by the Tiffany Galleria in Dallas store and no return calls after attempts to reach them. They could of emailed but did not. The staff at the Galleria Dallas Store was indifferent and stated the part for the sunglass repair has been discontinued. They said they would mail the glasses back and could not fix them. This location is much better than Northpark. They put in the extra effort to make sure things are done right. Twice I have sent off a pair of earrings to be polished at the service center (through Northpark). The store was supposed to clean them first to avoid sending them all the way out of town and back. But each time they told me "we couldn't clean them, they just be sent out." So we did. And the wait of to weeks went by and they came back to me looking much the same as they did. Still tarnished, still ugly. They told me "they're just very old and it's the best we could do". I accepted that and moved on but recently I took my earrings to, this, the Galleria location since I was there to do other shopping. They were able to clean my earrings in the store and they came out looking brand spanking new!!! It took about two hours but the staff there really shines these up!! They haven't looked this good in ten years! I am really appreciative of them taking the extra time to make sure my items looked their best. For my future tiffany's purchases, I'll be going to the Galleria Location instead of NorthPark center. read more

Excellent service at this Tiffany location. Our sales associate Donna tended to all of our needs from the very get go. First, we brought some our Tiffany jewelry in for a cleaning. She wrote the ticket up and sent it to the back for cleaning. She said it would take about 2 hours and we said no problem. Second, it was time to do some shopping. Donna showed each and every piece of jewelry that my wife wanted to see, taking them out of the display case all the while being very patient. We ended up purchasing 2 pieces of jewelry out of the several that my wife was eyeing. To kill some time, we walked around the Galleria and had a quick bite to eat. When we returned to pick up our jewelry, we were very surprised how clean and new they looked. We couldn't believe the effort this Tiffany location took to ensure our gently used jewelry looked shiny new. We ended up seeing Donna again and bought a third piece of jewelry from her. I received the best customer service at this location recently. My husband purchased a few pieces of jewelry for our wedding a couple years back at this exact location, and he had only great things to say about the service he received (especially since he showed up in gym clothes, as usual). I recently purchased a necklace that they were having shipped from Houston, only to find out that due to inclement weather, the necklace was not coming in on time. This was a huge issue because it was for an event that evening. Ken hopped on the phone and apologized for the inconvenience, although I was willing to wait for it to come in because the weather. He called the NorthPark location and had the courier bring it to Galleria same day. Again, awesome service, great follow up, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Everytime I come here the customer service is horrible. I've always made an excuse for this location thinking maybe their too busy but this past weekend was the last straw. This Tiffany & Co location is nothing compare to Northpark Mall. I will never come back to this location. Last weekend I walked in wanting to get my engagement ring I purchased from Tiffany&CO cleaned. I asked a lady who worked there she directs me to the counter to a man. I then asked him if I can get my ring cleaned. The man looks at me and says sorry mam I am only a security here. Why in the world would the lady direct me to a security guard? Then I asked him is there a customer service section like northpark where I can go to the back and get it cleaned he says there is but you need to ask someone first. He then kindly points at a lady who can help me. I go and ask her for help she tells me yes I can help I'll be right back. I just walked around the store for about 5 mins and waiting for her to return. I then see her helping another customer. I couldn't take it so I left. All I saw there was the sales peoples trying to make money. I understand that but you cannot forget about your loyal customers. At least tell me your helping someone and then you will come help me not leave and not return. I am not sure if it's because I look young but this is unacceptable. If anyone wants better service go to the NorthPark Center Tiffany & CO where they actually care about their loyal consumers. read more
