My second yesterday was with CHLOE who i believe is a new tech did AMAZING she was so kind and paid good attention to detail, I always go in for a pedicure and gel-x but ended up canceling my pedicure, i typically get both done at the same time but yesterday other people who came way after me as walk-ins too were put before me and by that time my nails were already almost done and it had already been almost 2 hours. Overall the service has gotten acceptionally better, new staff, new services, and they're sooo sweet always with my kiddo! The prices are a bit high tbh I end up paying at least almost 200 plus when I go for gel x and a pedicure which i can understand and don't mind but so that others know what to expect, on the affordability side out of 10 I'd say abt a 5

They're now uneven and ridiculously thin. I left the salon staring at myself in the mirror wondering how a "clean up" turned into a full-on over-plucking disaster. For reference, the photo I'm posting is WITH eyebrow gel, and they still look sparse. Without it? Even worse. Eyebrows take months to grow back, so this isn't just a minor mistake -- it's something I'm going to be dealing with for a long time. I think my session was about 1 hr and 30 minutes after discussing which types of lashes I wanted and the pricing. It went by really fast and it was funny to hear the customers next to me snoring bc they were so relaxed. (There was only quiet instrumental music in the background)I wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but she was really nice. They were clear with instructions on how to take care of them right after and I experienced very little discomfort throughout the whole process it just took some time to get use to the lashes. They give you a lash brush at the end as well. Overall I would recommend.
