Was referred to this company by someone and from the start they were so helpful and reliable. The windows we chose were Milgard and we had them install 12 windows plus a bedroom slider. They showed up on time with a team of 4 and were completely done in about 8 hours. They cleaned up and were very thorough. Love the name and love the expertise they bring to the job. We were given their name by another place that only did retrofit installs (in stucco walls), and we were super frustrated by our HOA, which was dragging its feet on saying they were responsible for fixing our leaks from the Feb 2024 storms. Anyway, Royal Pane: a good group of guys & gals who went out of their way to answer our questions and professionally replace two old windows: the one that was leaking (on a stucco wall) and another one that was old and needed to be replaced for other reasons. One small nit: the time factor, but I know summer's super busy and besides: the job would've taken years if left to our HOA. Of course, winter rains will be the real test (and we hope the HOA gets to the guy's window above ours before the first big storm), but I followed the whole impressive installation and I'm confident that Royal Pane has our backs (and our panes). read more

We had two sliding doors and a bay window on the same wall that was removed and replaced with a ten-foot sliding door. This required demo, install and stucco work. I am a new Royal Pane client and fan. Having had terrible luck with another service I was referred to Jeff Platt. Within 2 days he and his son came to my house, measured everything, suggested and noted several things in my home. Two days later I received a proposal to replace 8 of my windows with Milguard, double-paned, tinted windows (exactly what I wanted). I accepted a very fair price and they were ordered that day. Delivery was quick and I stored them in my garage until installation day. FIVE men showed up and worked almost all day as they windows were huge and on a 2nd & 3rd floor area. Paper down to protect the floors, vacuumed all areas afterwards & washed the windows. True professionals! I couldn't be happier! You will be too. read more

I wasn't sure about the crank out windows but have since changed my mind because the open area is HUGE and lets lots of air in. Royal Pane is the suggested installer in Orange County for Pinkys Iron Doors, so we had them order and install our iron entry door, as well as replace two 1960s metal bedroom windows with Milgard windows. The quote process was straight forward and pricing seemed fair, the installation was exceptional (very meticulous, kept the rest of our home sealed off from the dirt). After installation, we identified a couple minor scratches on the iron door, and some minor flaws in the Milgard windows, but they were both handled to our satisfaction after the installation. Milgard's warranty is A+ as is the service team at Royal Pane (and you gotta love the name!). Special shout out to Jeff for great customer service. read more

He has done a great job in that area along with Rachel too. Royal Pane did a wonderful job in helping us getting our door fixed. We will do business with Royal Pane again. For truly, they gave us great personal service when we were looking for doors. Sadly, we had a small period of difficulties when we realized the doors needed work. Our doors needed touch up paint all over them, door knobs had to be replaced by the overspray when the doors were being painted & assembled, screen doors did not close properly. I highly recommend Royal Pane. I got my 8 new windows (3 very large and 5 regular size) installed today and I am very satisfied. From the initial quote, to ordering the windows, to the final installation, everyone was professional and easy to work with. I really appreciate their knowledge of the products they sell and their useful advise on window types and configurations. There were no surprises when the windows arrived and were installed. The installation went smoothly and the windows look great. I cannot believe they installed all the windows in half a day. The exterior and interior trim look better than when they started. They clean the windows so well after installation that there appears to be no glass. I joked that this was the cleanest my windows have or every will be (actually it's true). We purchased a Milgard patio door from Royal Pane. Unfortunately, the installer from Royal Pane was not able to complete the installation due to parts missing on the door. It was then up to Milgard to send a technician to correct the problem. However, they initially told me it would take 2 months before they would even come to my house to look at it. This was not acceptable since my door would not close. The staff at Royal Pane could have left me on my own to deal with Milgard, but they got involved and advocated for me. Milgard then fit me in quite quickly. But the tech determined that I needed a new door panel! So again, I was told it would take 2 months before it could be manufactured and delivered. So again, the staff and Royal Pane interceded and helped me out. Eventually, I also connected with Mike at Milgard and he worked hard to solve my problem. Together, they managed to get my door to me within a couple of weeks. So, while I certainly wasn't happy to get a door that wasn't functional from the start, I was really impressed with Royal Pane's customer service and how they helped me to resolve my problem as quick as possible. Eventually, I was also very happy with Milgard once I reached Mike and he went above and beyond to solve my problem. Problems are never fun, but it's so much nicer when a company works with you to resolve them as quick as possible.
