I live in California and bought a birthday box to be delivered to my best friend today. I called to ask if it was delivered and was told that they called and she never called back so the order was on hold (the cookies aren't made yet). The cookies would not be delivered until she called them back. I did not want to ruin the surprise that it was from me ! I called my friend and she said yes they called, SHE ANSWERED and that it was on the way. We were FaceTiming and the delivery showed up. SO UPSET THAT THIS HAPPENED!!!! It ruined the surprisez!!! The three stars are given because she loves the cookies. Next time be sure you are giving the right information. This time of the year, if you are like me, you are scratching your head for what you are going to give clients. Being in O&G, it seems like I have to up the ante every year. How many more hams, or wine baskets can one person stand? For a thank you earlier in the year, I sent over some Tiff's Treats to two clients. Honestly, out of everything I have given them over the years, they went absolutely bananas. They flipped over the cookies (variety of butterscotch, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter) along with some small cartons of milk. You can also add some Starbucks frapps if you want. Such a simple idea, but it evokes memories of your childhood, and I believe most people can relate to that. Fast forward, as I stopped in to order some deliveries to the Midtown store. They young lady was very helpful, and efficient. The prices are VERY good! I basically was able to feed a 100 person office for under $100. They also keep ready made cookies on hand for $10.50 a dozen, and they will warm them up for you. I've had Tiff's Treat cookies since I was in college in Austin and always loves their cookies. $13 for a dozen of cookies and yes a little pricey just for cookies but totally worth it. I mean I don't mind paying a little more for delicious cookies. I love the fact that they do delivery ($5-$6 fees) and I don't have to leave my house at 8pm when that sweet craving hits. I've had this crazy sweet craving usually at night and I'm able to place an order with them as late as almost 9pm (closing time). Typically about 30-40 minutes delivery. Overall i'd pay about $20-$23 total for a dozen cookies, delivery fees and tips. Again, totally worth it for me and I'm a loyal customer. TIPS: you can sign up to receive coupon/promotion in the email. They offered a 50% off one time, how can i say no :) read more

Hands down the best sugar cookie I have ever had! Melts in your mouth. I literally can't stop eating them! I got 2 brownies and a dozen cookies delivered today. They arrived warm, as promised. The chocolate chip cookies were great, the peanut butter cookies were okay, and the brownies tasted good but were hard. Also, the peanut butter cookies were all different sizes which makes me question if I got moneys worth. The currier fee was $10, which made my total order come to $27. We order Tiff's Treats at work once a month for birthdays around the office. They arrive warm and all taste amazing. But one cookie or brownie is more than enough! They are verrrry sweet and sugary (but in the best way possible!) I recommend the brownies, white chocolate chip cookies, and snickerdoodles. I haven't been to the original Tiff's Treats in Austin or any other locations in Houston, but I would imagine they taste the same everywhere. read more

I recently moved from Houston to St Croix, VI. I have some great friends there that I keep in touch with. Last Friday they were having a birthday party for 2 of them at another friends house. I called Tiff's Treats on Thursday and they walked me through the ordering process, took delivery instructions, and assured me all was well. It was amazing!!!!!!!! I screeched to a halt as I drove by this place, never having seen it before, and walked in. Honestly, there was nothing enchanting, captivating, or enticing about this small storefront. All the cookies are displayed in a small, countertop case. There were no cookie aromas, no tiny samples to try, no seating areas to sit & eat the cookies. I did not even see that they sell coffee or drinks. It's just go in, buy, hit the road. Each cookie was 99 cents, and these are not jumbo cookies. The chocolate chip brownies are $1.99. You have to order seven dozen to get a price break. I know they started in Austin and are now in Houston, Dallas, and soon-to-be San Antonio, but this one-trick pony left me unimpressed. read more

Really needs a negative 5! I heard so many great things about Tiff Treats; I read the website and after many weeks of apprehension, I placed a small order today online. I paid the bill and added a tip. My lunch time was approaching, so I called and a lady told me my order was out for delivery; the delivery guy should be there soon. I thank her and disconnect the call; I am getting a call from Tiff Treats I try to answer and miss the 1 and only call. Now being that I dont want to miss the delivery I call back; I am told the biggest lie ever. The delivery guy was there and called several times, so he went to deliver to the next person as you were not available. So thinking I missed the delivery with my foot in a cast, then I realize I have been standing there for the last 8 to 10 minutes. So, I asked the security guard and no one has been to the door. At that point I was not pleased with such a lack of customer concern and a new customer being lied about; I even told the delivery guy I was on the phone with your company. Needless to say, a FULL refund to my credit card will be issued as soon as possible. So, not a good business for the genuine consumer. read more

Well, as stated above, my cookies were not warm. So, I called the Bagby location to let them know what happened. Made an order on Thursday afternoon for a delivery. I got the confirmation about the order, but never the confirmation for the "out for delivery or delivered to sender" etc. I had to call the place and the lady told me it was delivered. It would be nice to know so people (like me) dont have to wonder if the receiptant received the order or not. Second, i chose to NOT put who the cookies were from. I wanted it to be a surprise, but when the receiptant asked the delivery guy who it was from, he read it on the slip order. It was supposed to be "confidential." Even the order box said "dont forget to write who it is from or the receivef wont know etc." I did that for a reason.. For it to be a surprised.. Fail. Those are the 2 things that irks me. read more
