These are too die cookies!!! Hands down best cookies I've had by far! They know how to bake cookies!!!

We came here a little after their grand opening. Nice little walk up ice cream and cookie shop. They serve baked cookies and ice cream. Service is a bit slow, but prices are decent. They serve cookies, heated, or not, ice cream in between them as well. When making the ice cream sandwiches, they do heat up the cookies, which in turn melts the ice cream. In Houston, on a normal afternoon, it's not going to last until you get to the car. Good flavor, decent ice cream, but the slow service drops it from a 4 to 3 star. read more

Someone brought them into our lab today. The chocolate chip cookie is unforgettable and everyone in the room detected the odd, fake butter taste. It's a particular oil I taste on many bread products in fast food joints. It tasted nothing of a gooey, rich, premium cookie. More like a cookie from a low end grocery store. I'm a baker and I know what a cookie tastes like when it's made with real butter. The feel in your mouth is different as well. These were really unappetizing. read more

The delivery driver delivered cookies for my birthday from my company however the jerk stole my amazon package. Very unethical thing to do.

Just came into this location for the first time this past Sunday. From the outside and inside it's your usual tiff's treats. I ordered half a dozen cookies and like usual, they asked if I wanted them warmed up and I said yes! I waited a couple of minutes but before I got my cookies they handed me a small bag of two cookies and said "one of your cookies broke so here are some extra." I wasn't even aware that a cookie had broke but I was very pleased with how they handled the situation. They could have just easily replaced the broken cookie but instead they gave me two AND the broken cookie. The cookies are always good. I have been here at least 5 times!! The only thing I am not a fan of is the service. Don't get me wrong everyone does their job but no on is overly friendly. They are just helpful enough. I don't know if it's just the most miserable place to work or what but no one smiles, no one seems to have any energy at all. They are all just there. Had a delivery from Tiff's Treats made to my front office staff today and I couldn't be more pleased! I arranged for between 1:00-2:00, and they came around 1:20. They were warm and my front office staff was so impressed! I tried one of the pecan chocolate chip and they were pretty tasty. This was my first time using this service, and I was super impressed. Went to a tiffs treat for the first time, and in Katy. Tried the oatmeal scotchies and they were absolutely fantastic. We got a variety of cookies (chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, sugar, pnut butter, oatmeal raisin, m&m, oatmeal scotchies, and brownies,). They were all fantastic; warm, fresh, and right out of the oven. The oatmeal scotchies, brownies and choc chip are my favorites. I did not find one type that was not excellent. My company, SwaLaRue Events, LLC. brought Tiff's Treats on to wow guests at a grand opening and they did not disappoint! Went in on a Wednesday Night, got 2 Pecan Chocolate Cookies and one snikerdoodle, along with a Brownie. Total was around $7 dollars. All the items were amazing, cookies were so soft and fresh. I was the lucky recipient to have cookies delivered to my place of work from Tiff's Treats and they were amazing. There were still warm when they showed up at my office. I had chocolate chip and M&M cookies and they were delicious. My jeans hate me but it was so worth it. I actually shared with my co-workers and my boss is planning on getting some for his wife. I placed a Valentine's Day order a week in advance to ensure I made the cut, and then a few days later I had a death in the family. As a result, my intended recipient was not going to be at the delivery location at the scheduled delivery time as she would be attending the funeral services. I e-mailed the Tiff's Treats customer service team and not 30 minutes later they had responded to let me know they would gladly reschedule the order to accommodate me. In addition, they proactively refunded the additional Valentine's day delivery fee as it got moved to another day. I can't say enough good things about the customer service team as they went above and beyond to help me, even though this is one of their busiest days of the year. You cannot beat Tiff's Treats fresh, hot cookies (especially the Sugar!), but they taste even sweeter when their customer service is a step above the rest. Thank you, Tiff's! read more

I saw this little spot on my way home today. As a first timer here I wanted options. I bought a snicker doodle, white chocolate chip with almonds an chocolate chip with pecans. I came across Tiff's Treats after having lunch next door and have been here about five times now. First of all the cookies are amazing. I will say if you plan on placing an order of a dozen or more be prepared to wait about five to ten minutes while they heat and box them, but trust me it's worth the wait! Secondly the customer service is excellent. I am always greeted everytime as soon as I walk in the door. Everyone who has helped me has been great, but I will say there is a young lady who works there who is exceptional. (I didn't catch her name but she has long dark hair and looks and sounds like a real life Disney princess) She is probably one of the friendliest cashiers I've come across in all of Houston. Good cookies, but not at this location. Overpriced, usually under cooked or mushy, immediately crumbles when I get them. I've been to other locations and those cookies looked great, didn't crumble, and were perfect. Working at this location, on the other hand, is a ZERO star rating. Lack of store management, the SM doesn't do anything, always is dirty, and while I was there, heard from multiple customers how the employees were rude. Oh, you may have eaten a cookie with a harmful chemical on it, i don't know, let's say, DEGREASER, one day. I tried to fix it but got scoffed and yelled at by the "team members." Pay is actually pretty good, and you can eat as many cookies as you want. And you can also eat your personal food in the kitchen! Watch out if you have a certain food allergy because you might get hit with it! Tiff's Treats is suppose to deliver cookies in cute logo bags, but I never did because I wasn't trained properly.
