Ordered 3 dozen cookies, half a dozen of each: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Pecan Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, and Pumpkin Spice, as well as a peanut butter chocolate bar. Got delivery and they were delivered warm! Was difficult to separate them out for my students to eat though, they were very crumbly as a result. I tried the oatmeal chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, and pecan chocolate chip, and they were all too sweet, nothing special about them. The peanut butter chocolate bar was cookie on top and bottom with a slab of chocolate in the middle, was too sweet as well. We wanted a late night sweet treat and this was perfect!! We ordered a naughty brownie, a regular brownie and 1/2 dozen chocolate chip cookies. Average and don't bother with the ice cream. They needed way more butter in the cookies. Not flavorful for me. I absolutely appreciate the reach out by the manager. Hopefully others will like them better than me. They are fresh and I would say the quality was good. But, they absolutely need better vanilla ice cream. I know that for sure. My husband ordered the cookie assortment and some brownies for me for our anniversary. They were amazing! I'm a cookie snob because it's my favorite dessert, and these were some of the best I've had. Surprisingly, the oatmeal raisin was my favorite, despite normally have the status of lesser cookie. They arrived at my work on time for when he ordered them and they were warm; the perfect amount of warm too where they are chewy but not gooey. Some of the least exciting chocolate chip cookies and brownies I've ever had. Were they edible? Yes but it's the first time I've thought a cookie tasted better cold than hot. Chocolate chip tasted like coconut, had a grainy texture and I truthfully wouldn't be surprised if there was a chocolate chip coconut that was swapped with my order because it even smelled like coconut. The brownies were lackluster - while they were warm, the texture was all wrong. This is my local Tiff's Treats and I usually order a few times a month. Every time, my order is correct, the cookies are warm, and oh so good!! I was also told by Avery to sign up for the Elites program (thanks mom!) so I can get free delivery, extra perks, and to place advance orders. If you go to this or any location, the cookies are great, but DO NOT SLEEP ON the Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar. Be sure to get it warmed up and bring on the napkins!! It's the best thing. I'm left feeling underwhelmed. I'm a big dessert fan, so when I got the email on Tuesday saying they were now open, I had to go in and give them a try. I'll preface this review by saying I have been to both Insomnia Cookies and Jake's Bakes (rip) several times. Cookies from Tiff's Treats are definitely much more similar to those from Insomnia- mass produced cookies that are slightly above average.. You're definitely missing that homemade feel you got from Jake's Bakes. We had gone into the store and tried the chocolate chip, m&m, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. The PB chocolate chip was definitely over baked. The others were fine. You can purchase cookies individually, or by the dozen. There was no pricing option for a half dozen, which I thought was odd. The location is in one of the retail spots in the Gossett on Church building. While it's not very far away from things, it's in an odd part of town. It looked like the majority of the other retail spots in the building were vacant. There is some street parking. The employees also confirmed that there is retail parking in the garage, but this was not obvious due to the lack of signage. This location is also not open very late? I don't know if that's because they're just getting started...I had assumed they would be open later, especially considering the number of Universities in the area. So after my first visit, I'm left feeling that Tiff's Treats is just average. I will be giving them another try, mostly due to the fact that they've left Nashville with no other warm cookie delivery options. read more

So I've tried tiffs twice now. I first tried just the cookies and definitely wasn't wowed. I tried a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie along with a regular chocolate chip. The pb cookie was definitely over baked especially compared to my other cookie. The other one was baked well but the taste left me wanting more. On this trip I went in to the store and while the service was fast and friendly. I tried to ask questions about when the other store would open (since I live right down the street from the old jakes bakes and their new location will be very convenient for me.) Instead of an answer (or just a vague "soon") I got a song and a dance about how they're looking to rapidly expand in TN and how they can deliver through third party delivery services in order to determine where to deliver to next, which I thought was weird. Next occasion I ordered brownies for delivery. On demand delivery takes a bit but since they bake to order it's understandable. However, the delivery window was 45 minutes on a weeknight which seemed like a big window to me. The delivery guy was pleasant but couldn't find the call box, so my order wasn't brought to my door. The brownies were pretty good. They were very rich but pretty thin and had a bit of a grainey texture. As a previous jakes bakes customer I really want to like tiffs so I can continue to get my cookie delivery fix. Overall staff and service is pleasant but the product doesn't seem to match that IMO. read more

Walking in you'll get blown away by the smell of baked cookies! We were greeted upon arrival and it was a blur to me. I was distracted on the heavenly smell and display of cookies near the counter. Display range from chocolate chip cookies to brownies. We order: peanut butter chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, M&M, and chocolate chips cookies; I wish we can order the whole display. There's a little toaster oven behind the counter where they warm up your cookies. The first bite of the classic chocolate chip cookie was warm and gooey fill with chocolate chips chunks.
