I tried this business because it is on the Too Good To Go app. My surprise bag ($7.99 plus tax) had a bakers dozen of a variety of cookies. I thought the cookies were good and considering their size, I would buy them at the regular price. The only downside to my experience was that the store wasn't easy to find. We drove around the parking lot in confusion to find that the entrance was at the back of the building and the signage was dinky. The sign should be at least twice its current size. read more

I ordered 2 dozen cookies yesterday & thought I was getting a fresh 2 batches of cookies. Instead, they were crumbly, NOT MOIST at all & some of them (Sugar Cookies) were brown & some were their natural light color, however they were all NOT freshly cooked. Kind of tasted as if they'd been sitting for HOURS & because I put my order in several hours earlier than delivery, they'd just tossed "what was ready" in my box. Oh hey. Tiff!! You do realize that you are loved by so many. People come from all over just to indulge in your chocolatey goodness! I am not one that really goes that crazy over cookies unfortunately but I have coworkers who do. So I found out that yall were doing a special for kindness day and I came in to get my free box of cookies. Their chocolate chip selection is incredible, always super piping hot and super chewy. Honestly after trying these I can't see why anyone would want to go anywhere else. So whenever the craving hits I know where to go! They even gave me my own hot and fresh cookie on the side and for that I say THANK YOU! Customer service was on point. They have a little car that drives around delivering these special boxes of happiness too all over the city. Tiffany you know what you are doing and much love and props!! Keep up the good work and keep people's bellies happy and people smiling. I cannot come here real often though unless I am giving these bad boys as gifts. I came here last week and it was empty which was nice. They have the standard COVID measures. Tiff's Treats are delicious, affordable, soft while crispy. I like that they ask if you want the cookie heated up, which I usually do. I tried their chocolate chip pecan, snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookies and basically inhaled them. There are plenty of places to park in the small plaza. I will definitely be back. read more

I have now splurged on Tiffs Treats 3 x's since moving to the DFW Area. I only ever get the cookies and have not tried the other desserts; but have noticed that they have some really good specials in which you can mix and match cookies, milk, truffles, you name it. The snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookies are my jam but you will not be disappointed in anything really. Staff always helpful and the fact that their are multiple locations around with plenty of parking make this a must visit. If your feeling lazy they also deliver and are really flexible with delivery times. Also just to note, the one time i did have it delivered they were right on time and had no issues finding my location. If your buying for a large group, i recommend the Tiffs Mix. it has everything inside and will definitely curb that sweet tooth. Maybe next time I order I'll take a photo before its all devoured. So I was very happy when I saw they were opening a location in Southlake:-) the first time I tried them was at their Ross location, and I fell in love. I really like the ice cream sandwich with 2 cookies idea. I've also used them for a cookie delivery before. Today I saw that they were finally opened and was so stoked to get some cookies:-) I got 2 chocolate chip cookies, 2 M&m cookies and 2 peanut butter. All were delicious . My favorite was probably the chocolate chip. They asked me if I wanted them warmed, but I preffer my cookies cold:-) Can't wait to come back! read more

I was craving delivery cookies SO badly, and thought Tiff's would be the perfect go-to. They were closing in 30 minutes and generally can be ordered even 20 minutes after closing (according to the website). After trying to complete my order for fifteen minutes, it simply would not go through. Now they were 15 minutes out from closing. My Fiancé then tried and had the same issues. It was now 9:57pm. We called the store and the staff basically told us there was nothing they could do because they are closed now, meanwhile online orders can be made up to 20 minutes after close? This makes no sense. UPDATE: Can I just say WOW?! I was so impressed by the managers prompt and kind response to these issues. He was so helpful and allowed us to breeze through our initial frustration. I will most definitely remain loyal to Tiff's. Sebastian- wonderful kindness and assistance like yours can be hard to find these days. Wishing your business much success. I loved these cookies the first time I tasted them. So much so that my wife gifted me a box as my anniversary gift the next year. There were a few hiccups during my last visit but management more than made up for it. My favorite cookies are the White Chocolate Almond cookies. They are very buttery and just amazing. I also enjoyed their frozen treats very much. But of course, the best feature would be their delivery service. It's a very nice touch to be able to gift someone special with some delicious sugary treats. read more

This place is awesome. I'm a sugar junkie, and Tiffs hits the spot. My first time eating their cookies was a delivery gift from my girlfriend. The cookies where boxed and wrapped in nice modern packaging. While opening the box, and deciding what cookie i wanted to try first I noticed how warm they where. I mean fresh out of the oven warm. They had an assortment to pick from. Chocolate Chip, Peanut-butter, Snickerdoodle, Sugar, and M&M. Each cookie was soft, buttery, and chewy. Did I mention warm? Great stuff. First time coming to Tiff's treats was at this location. They only had the cookies not the brownies that my friend who told me about them sold me on trying them for ... I figured brownies only came on the special order things so we tried cookies! Very yummy! Went to another location and they had brownies for walk in orders! Awesome ... not the best brownies as my friend claimed but still awesome! First time at this location wasn't the best and again having gone to another location I saw what Tiff's Treats should be and now having given this location a few more tries after eating at restaurants within walking distance they have lived up to the standard the other location gave me that got me to try them out again! ZERO. i tried ordering 40 boxes (20 for tomorrow & 20 the next day) to pick up. Each box comes with 6 assorted cookies, including 1 peanut butter. I asked that the peanut butter be replace with any other type of cookie (anything!) due to possible peanut allergies. They wouldn't/couldn't do it! How is this not something that a cookie place that has cookies on hand do? i guess business is booming (although they had a whole lot of cookies on hand when i walked in) that they don't need or want an order of 240 cookies. oh well. read more

Total misstep on this company's policy to not sub out peanut butter cookies from the Tiffs Treat Mix. This WAS a great option to take to school for my kids and friends as a treat. The Tiff's mix allows for me to not have to purchase .5 dozen of all flavors to get a "mix". This rule forced you to have to take the peanut butter cookies knowing I can't take into school is beyond frustrating. We buy Tiff's treats for special occasions, they are aleays a hit but I do with they would send out coupons or have a discount email list to help since the cost is quite high. I wish we could afford to have then more often. You can go to the shop and buy them or you can order online. We typically order on line and then go pick them up. I just love this place.... the cookies, the employees, the smell when you first walk in. In all seriousness though, the employees here are the best. If I ever had to change a delivery time or come in earlier than expected, the employees are extremely accommodating. After a dinner at Chuy's we stopped in Tiff's Treats to sample their cookies. With a decent selection we picked six different ones to try. They were good and their prices were $9 for a half dozen. My favorite was the peanut butter but the were all tasty and served warm. They are a great treat and would make a nice gift. read more

Wow i understand the hype now. Peanut butter cookies are my favorite. They're so moist and soft and the flavor is sooo perfect and sweet.

I hate this place. Not because of the cookies. Not because of the friendly staff. I hate this place because I am on Weight Watchers and they make perfect delicious cookies. I've been to 3 different locations. They are immaculate. They look brand new every time you go in. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. And the cookies....oh my God! You can taste just a delicious hint of butter in every bite of every cookie they make. They are not "gourmet" cookies by any mean. All Tiff's Treats did was take your everyday average cookies and take them to the next level. So damn you Tiff's Treats, I will probably skip my next weigh in. read more
