Too difficult to do business with…read more I traveled a bit out of my way to visit this location because they were the closest authorized dealer that had the 2XL Big Green Egg in stock. I spent time with the owner and we agreed I would follow up via phone or email with the base and accessories I wanted. Unfortunately, after calling three times (each time he was unavailable) and emailing with no response, I decided to return in person the following week. The owner wasn't there, and the employee present seemed more interested in closing up for the day than helping me complete the order. He gave multiple excuses for why he couldn't help. In the end, I traveled a bit farther to the next nearest Platinum Big Green Egg dealer and was able to place my full order in under 10 minutes.

Recently moved into a new home and had two grills that worked but definitely haven't been cleaned…read morein a long time. One grill is very large and built into a stone outdoor kitchen. The other was a charcoal grill that may have never been cleaned from the looks of it. Called Dave and he came out and was so detailed to clean all parts of the grills, it was truly impressive. Both grills look brand new and couldn't be happier with his work. Recommend a deep grill cleaning before each summer, it really makes a difference to your enjoyment of a backyard BBQ!!
