I love the Tiki bar. Drinks are good and food is great! I love the pepperoni pizza! Very chill and lowkey. Great vibes.

Then I got the sandwich, and I was like, actually, $17 is a more than fair price, LOL. For a second, I attempted to eat it with my hands, but its size made it an unwieldy experience. So I ate it with a knife and fork. And it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich came with a big piece of crispy fried chicken that the bun could barely contain. The chicken was fried fresh, so it was hot and juicy. In addition to being hot in temperature, it was hot spice-wise. It came with candied jalapeños, soy chili jam, pickles, and Sriracha. The spice was balanced well with some nice sweetness and a tasty kale slaw that added some brightness to the sandwich. Even the bun itself was delicious. The place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a few tables if you want to dine in. The water is self-serve. There are cups and a sport cooler in front of the counter.

I pulled up the Chicken Ranch menu online and decided I would try them. It is a small establishment. Tables were clean. There is seating inside and two small tables outside for diners. The manager was explaining they make everything fresh and offered to answer any questions I had. I took a look at the specials then decided on a two piece crispy tenders meal. It came with a jalapeño corn muffin. It was 10 dollars and I chose a chocolate chip cookie with caramel and pecans in it because, why not. My chicken was delicious. I chose hot honey sauce because I was curious. It was so spicy and cleaned my sinuses right up. The sauce came on the side, thank goodness for that. The muffin was OK. It would have been better warmed. The cookie: sooooo good. Because I was being nice, I gave my kid a piece, but next time I will eat it in the car before I get home, like the pros do.

It is definitely on the formal side. The food is top notch and some of our favorite items are the bruschettas and salads. Very nice spot for a date night or special occasion or out of town guests. I appreciate greatly from them that you can select in your reservation which zone of the restaurant you want to sit in. Service has been very good when we've been there most recently Corinne I believe her name was was very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job managing many tables some with difficult customers. One note, NOT a negative to me but may be noteworthy for some: I don't think Gigi's is a spot for kids or large family events with kids, unless they have a private dining space I'm unaware of. Space between tables is tight and the space overall is not huge but they make great use of the space. The staff are extremely efficient and there are many of them moving with trays at any given time, it's absolutely not a spot to walk around with a toddler if they get bored at the table. The chairs for example are also small so don't expect a giant family size booth here. Again these are positives to me but just notes!

We were fortunate enough to sit by the front window and had a clear view of the restaurant and the street. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and they did a great job. We started off with their famous bruschetta and we're not disappointed. So many choices and so hard to pick, but we loved every bit of it. For entrees, we had the signature lasagna that was fantastic and a special from what I remember was short rib and couscous. Everything was very delicious. The only downside coming to this wonderful restaurant is parking. I had to park two streets over and walking on icy and snowy sidewalks was not pleasant.

I want them to be crispy on the outside with a mouthful of chicken in each bite and they were just that. The lemon pepper sauce was very salty, but I love salt and vinegar chips so I was prepared. You won't even be able to stand. As for my other visit, it was on a Friday night. A nice sized crowd, full bar. Sports game on the television. A nice atmosphere for a neighborhood bar. A great touch is the 1 pinball machine in the corner. Older game but it does take up something to do with friends. As with service we were told that the bar is extremely behind by a rude bartender named Meg. You can tell she was overwhelmed and just seemed to be having a rough day. A few minutes later we were told by staff that the kitchen was now closed. Pretty strange as the menu is mainly all bar served fried food or burgers etc. The bartender also announced that they were out of fish as well. I continued to order drinks, they were cold and tasted as advertised. About an hour or so later , the kitchen was then re opened when the bar was less crowded. I order a dozen wings, garlic Parmesan with ranch. The wings were real solid. Nice and crispy and the garlic and parm combo was just enough. The basket of fries we got were average fries. Not crispy, nor salty but atleast they were hot. The prices were about average, no complaints about that. Overall, the bar does not seem to handle stress or large crowds very well. My wings were good, fries were average like I said. My friends attend this bar often and did tell me that this bar is not like this usually. May have been a rough day. I assume I will be back again, I wouldn't pick this place to go to but the location is close enough to the area we hang out. Not so much of any certain type of theme at the bar but I did notice the staff recognize many patrons by name so it will continue to be the neighborhood bar for many. Overall a 6.7 out of 10.

As much as I wanted to love Milky Way, it wasn't for me for various reasons. The cafe is spacious and casual. You order at the counter and seat yourself, which keeps things simple and quick. You can also order at the tablets located by the checkout for self-service. It seemed like a go to location for the Jewish community with a lot of guests dining in and socializing. This community building was great to witness. The cafe has everything - to-go options, bagels, bread (lots of choices), pizza, smoothies, calzones, and more. I included pictures of the menu. I ordered two coffees, chocolate pastry, cheese danish, and Kani salad from the to go fridge. Coffees were self-serve and tasted like some cheap ground coffee. Chocolate pastry and cheese danish looked really tasty. But both were stale, I'd say a few days old. I would really enjoy them if they were fresh, they were really big. Kani bowl reminded me of poke bowl but with imitation crab. The idea was amazing, portion very generous but execution not so much. The rice was not fully cooked, and again the whole thing tasted like it was in the fridge for a while. It had sell by date or 5/7. It's too bad nothing was fresh, this food really had potential. I saw several people takeout pizza so maybe that's a better choice at this cafe. Service was not friendly at all. Not to the guests who seemed new not to those who seemed regulars. When I asked questions about pastries, it was somewhat dismissive. It just wasn't a pleasant interaction. I was disappointed. If you're in the area and looking for a meat-free or kosher option, Milky Way might be a good cafe to checkout. Perhaps stop by for a pizza or earlier in the morning for fresher food.

My to go order included Sunrise Granola Bowl ($10.99), Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl ($12.49), Million Dollar Potatoes ($5.79), and Morning Meditation with no ice ($5.79): Granola bowl had limp ingredients that tasted like they were sitting out for awhile. Potatoes were not fully cooked. Morning meditation came in a teeny tiny kids cup. It was striking to have this little juice for this price. Granola bowl was omitted from my order. I had to ask for it after reviewing my order. When it was added, it was now bowl equivalent. It was just a small cup. I didn't enjoy my food. It was something I'd expect to come from someone's kitchen and not a restaurant. Service was unpleasant as always. No sincere friendliness, just transactional and not warm interactions. Few customers were complaining about their order time when I stopped in. When my item was omitted from my order there was no apology or explanation. Overall, I continue to be disappointed. I won't be returning. One order should not have such an array of issues.

She had to come back three times to ask about sides. Our 5 entrees came out one at a time several minutes apart. The salad dressing was super vinegary - not the normal First Watch. And it was severely overdressed. The toast was slathered in butter. Three times what should have been on them. And our garden omelettes were Full of onions! The garden omelettes aren't even supposed to have onions! Worse yet, mine had a piece of ham in it. Yuck - not what someone who doesn't eat meat wants in their omelette! I'd steer clear of this location if they can't get their recipes right and follow the First Watch menu. And... the bathroom was dirty to top it off and employee was rolling lint off her clothing in the kitchen area (which is open to the seating).
