My latest experience at this First Watch was not positive. I ordered breakfast due to my proximity to this location. My to go order included Sunrise Granola Bowl ($10.99), Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl ($12.49), Million Dollar Potatoes ($5.79), and Morning Meditation with no ice ($5.79): Granola bowl had limp ingredients that tasted like they were sitting out for awhile. Potatoes were not fully cooked. Morning meditation came in a teeny tiny kids cup. It was striking to have this little juice for this price. Granola bowl was omitted from my order. I had to ask for it after reviewing my order. When it was added, it was now bowl equivalent. It was just a small cup. I didn't enjoy my food. It was something I'd expect to come from someone's kitchen and not a restaurant. Service was unpleasant as always. No sincere friendliness, just transactional and not warm interactions. Few customers were complaining about their order time when I stopped in. When my item was omitted from my order there was no apology or explanation. Overall, I continue to be disappointed. All locations are not created equal . I went to the one in Macedonia it was terrible the waitress was nice enough but she never got our order right then she charged us the wrong amount and then my food was burned .My drink was watery. I had the people haze. My biscuits were really dark and so was my cornbread . If this was my first experience at a First Watch it would be my last. Although the server was pleasant and attentive, it was obvious she was new and not well trained. She had to come back three times to ask about sides. Our 5 entrees came out one at a time several minutes apart. The salad dressing was super vinegary - not the normal First Watch. And it was severely overdressed. The toast was slathered in butter. Three times what should have been on them. And our garden omelettes were Full of onions! The garden omelettes aren't even supposed to have onions! Worse yet, mine had a piece of ham in it. Yuck - not what someone who doesn't eat meat wants in their omelette! I'd steer clear of this location if they can't get their recipes right and follow the First Watch menu. And... the bathroom was dirty to top it off and employee was rolling lint off her clothing in the kitchen area (which is open to the seating). read more

The service at this location the service was good, but the kitchen was incredibly slow. we waited almost an hour for our breakfast. the server said it was because the kitchen was backed up with to-go orders. it seems like bad business to not prioritize your guests who are seated. We came here on a Saturday and it was a bit busy. They were able to seat us right away, and despite being busy we were helped very quickly by our amazing server (I think her name was Lisa). I had the salmon frittata and it was so delicious! I also loved the bread on the side and the potatoes. We both ordered coffees and were given a big pitcher of coffee to refill which was nice. We were impressed by the service & ultimately, the food quality and their conscience effort to focus on quality- even the small things. They make their own preserves, their ketchup is even organic (no high fructose corn syrup), wild caught seafood. Our server was a delight - super friendly with a great sense of humor. The restaurant is much bigger than it looks from outside. Grace had the biscuits and gravy (turkey sausage) with eggs & skillet potatoes. I had the Trifecta with eggs, bacon, and blueberry pancake (huge). Everything was delicious- the pancake came loaded with blueberries and both fresh blueberry preserves and warm maple syrup. Let's start with the food and server, both were excellent. Our server was top notch, she suggested something that made my biscuits and gravy over the top. we were seated by the kitchen which is open, and the time was 1 hour from closing, so the servers were doing their closing side work, and one server was yelling and dropping the F-bomb every 4th word and she was loud. Only good things to say about this First Watch! I've been here at least 10 times and brunch is always reliable here. Although the wait may be long at times, they offer a "get in line" service that you can put your name on prior to arriving to minimize the wait. The staff is always friendly and have great recommendations! I think the hashes, whether you choose the Parma or Farmer, are a must! I've typically enjoyed my experiences at this First Watch, but I recently placed an order for the "Good Morning" pack for 4 people and received a pitiful amount of food. The order allegedly consisted of 12 scrambled eggs and the fruit was supposed to be enough for 4 people. I should note that I ordered the "Good Morning" pack for 2 people the previous day and received the exact same portion of eggs (supposed to be 6 eggs for 2 people) and more fruit. I called the restaurant to question the amount of food we received and the cook who prepared the food condescendingly stated that I was wrong. I truthfully wouldn't have posted this review if the cook wasn't so rude. I was disappointed with the portions and the customer service.
