They have a 3 meat at a time limit here, but given that they're doing most of the cooking for you, it helps keep things fresh and things are coming off the grill pretty quickly anyways, so the limit does not really come at the cost of velocity of consumption (if you're that kind of AYCE eater). Service here is pretty proactive, coming by regularly and taking orders promptly. We got a mix of meats and sides throughout. Pork belly is a winner, both slabs and slices. Beef intestines were not as we remembered from other locations, but nonetheless good. Sliced beef brisket and jowl are also good cuts for folks looking for something new.
