avoid the owner andy!!!! only reason i gave 3 stars is due to daniel being so helpful and polite. I went in with daniel the person at store everthing went well took samples home that i loved.. but when i came to the store to place order the owner ANDY was there very rude, gave me alot of pressure and talked to me like a child!! I had all box information and andy told me he would tell me how many boxes I needed and when i asked if thats the same price that daniel had gave me and he said that he was the owner and he is the only one who gives discounts.. I honestly when i left store i felt scammed yet .. when i asked for installtion price he gave me outrageous number !!!! Andy is very personable and, as my husband said, you can tell this guys really cares about his work. He took a good bit of time meeting us at the stone yard to pick the perfect slab of marble for the countertops we were replacing. He really cares that you get beautiful stone, and directs the stoneyard people to go through each slab (after he's helped you narrowed to the stone choice you want,) to make sure you get a perfect flawless beautiful slab. He's picky and a perfectionist in a good way. His fabricators were very friendly, neat, clean, quick and easy to communicate with. They installed perfect countertops. I love them. They turned out exactly as I'd hoped. We will use these fellas again for our future stone projects. Why not? They did great. This is an unusual find: a small business with superb service, absolutely incredibly talented workmanship and very competitive pricing. Andy, the owner, will give you great planning help as well. Be aware that they can do much more than simply sell or install flooring. For us the demolished portions of our old style family room cabinetry, got rid of the hazardous sunken floor at the bar area, and completely redid that side of the room with new ceiling treatment that matched the other side, leveled the floor and installed new wood flooring, and designed and installed new counter top and sink, did all the electrical and plumbing work, etc. Everything was done beautifully, leaving the job site clean end of each day, and we were very, very pleased. read more

We're "do-it-your-self-ers" so we bought some tile for our bathroom remodel. We'd had our eye on this place for a while and when we went in we found exactly what we wanted. The owner was helpful and informative when we had a couple on install questions. The tile took a little less than a week to come in and when we went to pick it up they remembered us and loaded everything in our car for us. Daniel and Andy were very helpful as we shopped for our "unexpected" kitchen remodel. They gave us all the pricing information we asked for and even gave us some tile samples to make sure we liked what we saw in the store worked at home. My wife and I went to Tile and Stone Connection to check out tiles for our outside patio, and we saw the owner's (Andy) immaculate 1950 convertible Chevy Deluxe parked in the garage. We were very impressed with the detail, and that it looked brand new. Andy told us that "If you are going to do something, then you should do it the right way." We are very happy we chose them to do our patio tile because it turned out BETTER than we hoped it would. We were concerned that the curved corners would be a problem, but the team of Val (Valentino) and Ruben made all of the cuts in a uniform, professional, pre-planned way. Many of the cuts were custom to make each piece of tile fit perfectly. We also tiled the sides of our deck, and this gave it a regal look that I can't wait to show off. When they did the grout sealer (extra cost) it gave it that final finished look that blew me away. We got three estimates, and Andy's bid was a little higher than the others, but Andy's bid included the sides and the others didn't. It was 100% worth every penny extra because Val, Ruben, and Andy take great pride in their work, and only do it the right way. A couple of days they could have worked, but they didn't because they weren't sure it was dry enough from rain the day before. Expect to tip Val and Ruben because they make you feel so good about the job they are doing, and the extra effort they give to make you happy as they address any concerns you have make you want to tip them. read more

We recently had Tile and Stone Connection install Granite countertop, backsplash and a new sink and faucet in our kitchen. They took care of everything, from A-Z. They were all, (each worker, including owner) very professional, and their workmanship was beautiful. We were so happy with their work, that we had them remodel our guest bathroom, which they completely demolished. Their workers work as if they are artist creating a masterpiece. The bathroom turned out beautiful too. When we first started thinking about the remodel, we had no idea what we wanted, but the owner was very helpful, and guided us through the entire process. Andy and his crew did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom. They were always on time and when they left for the evening cleaned up so that you never would have known construction was going on. I chose a patterned tile which created some unusual design issues while laying out the shower. His crew were unbelievably meticulous in their layout and devoted the necessary time to get it perfect. Every step of the way- if there was a layout issue they stopped to consult me. I also recommend the shower box with the shelf inside to hold all your shower needs. Created such a sophisticated look! I went into this place and spent a lot of time looking at different countertop samples. I asked about a standard subway tile for my backsplash and the owner (I assume he was, seemed like he was in charge) winced and told me something bigger would look better. I thought it was rude to comment on my design choices, but whatever. I later found a color of caesarstone that I loved somewhere else and called him for a slab quote. He told me $1950 per slab. My husband went in a few weeks later and he told him that slab was $3500. He told him about the quote he gave me and he said that nobody would ever give a quote that low. Well, I wrote down every quote I got, I called several places and the largest quote I got for that slab in our area was $2700. He kept pushing his fabrication and installation guys and equipment, which was $40-45 per square foot, while someone we know who does beautiful work only charges $18. His attitude was rude and I'm glad we won't be giving him any money. read more

Three years ago, we gutted and renovated our kitchen. We purchased all our tile from Andy and Elena at Tile and Stone Connection. Elena was inCREDIBLY helpful throughout the process, and though we had already hired a contractor for this particular job, we knew we would be back to purchase more tile and possibly hire Andy to renovate our bathrooms. This past fall we did just that, and we are SO happy we did! Andy, Elena, Ruben and Valentin are TOP NOTCH, and the most respectful, lovely and trustworthy people EVER. Valentin and Ruben worked relentlessly, were always on time, and even worked on weekends and holidays. They completely gutted and renovated a large master bathroom and decent-sized, guest bathroom. The master renovation included breaking through an entire wall where an existing vanity area was, and installed new insulation, a/c duct work, lighting, walls, plumbing, etc. They always left the work areas and garage very clean every day (sweeping, putting away tools, etc.), and the tile work was amazing! We will absolutely hire Andy and his crew again should we ever need their services, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. :-) read more
