This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. They made an otherwise stressful reno feel like a breeze. I highly highly recommend Forever Kitchen & Bath - you will not be disappointed at all.

Since then I have been using Chan at Kitchen Concepts for all my kitchen and tile needs. Have done dozens of kitchens with him and they are always high quality and more importantly always on time. I am never short or have anything sent wrong (unless its my fault!) He is always understanding. There are a lot of kitchen cabinet companies popping up and some have tried to give me estimates but most dont speak english or are unable to measure correctly. They also have parking right out front for loading your purchase if you need it. Most of the store is upstairs though the first level has the checkout counters, and the food section as well as a cafe where you can get drinks and hot dogs I believe. And Ice cream as well. Once you get upstairs you just have to follow the arrows on the floor and they have signs for what sections you're entering. For example, living room, bedroom, office, etc. I think the best part of IKEA is the layouts they have. They have bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, kitchens etc all set up different ways. It's great way to get ideas on how to set up your space. Of course there's also the full service restaurant on this level as well.

My only issue was that we were told our customized vanity marble top would take 3 days tops but it ended up taking longer which caused all sorts of stress because our contractors were finishing up and we were unsure if it would be delivered in time to be installed. The man came to measure our vanity on a Tuesday. On Friday they called and we were told it will now be ready by Monday and will have their guys install it a day or two later. But the question is, who will install the faucets if we wait for them to install it because our contractors will be long gone?! So we opted to just have it delivered and will install it by our contractors. But when Saturday rolled around they said they're too busy on Monday and it could be delivered within the hour that same day (Saturday) and that they would need my husband's help to unload the pickup truck. The vanity top was not wrapped and there was a small imperfection but it's not big deal. Overall I'd absolutely come back again in the future and will continue to recommend this business to others. I would just wish their production and delivery process would've been smoother.

In April 2026, Wren Kitchens abruptly shut down all US operations and filed for bankruptcy -…read morewithout filing a WARN notice, without notifying employees, and without informing the thousands of customers who trusted them with their homes. Many customers paid large deposits, had their kitchens gutted, and are now classified as unsecured debt. They will likely receive nothing. People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

The baseboard of the cabinets is constantly moving began cabinets are opened or you walk by and your foot touches it. This should not happen it is inferior installation. When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. Now I see they have filed bankruptcy and maybe that is why the customer service never replied. I owe them money but will now insist that they service the inferior installation before paying them anymore .
