I love that they offer a delivery service so I don't have to go into the store. They've even allowed me to place an order from within the store (so I don't have to carry the food home) which I thought was awesome. PetsMart may have some cheaper cat food options, but Felix offers more premier brands of food and toys. They also can order in speciality food. My purebred exotic shorthair is from another country and was raised on Farmina brand food. While they don't carry it on the shelves, Felix is able to order that for me (unlike PetsMart). They also have many catnip infused toys that helped my new fur baby feel right at home.
