The staff was new yet he was very helpful. I did not mins waiting for a long time at the cashier. He was very helpful. Would come to this store again: mainly because the staff was very friendly. Value was very good. Caught a good sale. There are a lot of varieties in items, styles, and colors. Floor to as organized and clean, well lit. Parking was plentiful. Overall a very good street mall. This place has really gone downhill. I walked up to an employee--I believe her name was Charlotte--to ask a question about one of the sale items, and she completely ignored me. Had she looked up from her phone for even a moment, she probably would have noticed that I was standing right there waiting for help. Don't support that store.... Lazy workers, they don't interact with customers. The clothes are way too expensive. They complain about people walking in and about their job as well, never working. Always in a group talking. Just a really bad time for everyone in that store. And I can't forget the fact they ONLY care about your money never the customer. Yikes Tilly's! One of the worst store pick-up experiences I've had. Two of the employees were eating McDonald's at the register, which isn't the greatest store image (not to mention the salt and ketchup that might get on customers' clothing purchases), but I'll let it slide. The bigger issue was the lack of information and empathy from employees. I placed an order last Tuesday afternoon, and when I went to pick it up today, I was told that they had canceled the order because they didn't think I would pick it up (it hasn't even been a week!). On top of the canceled order, I found the item on the sales floor and brought it to the register, but they wouldn't offer me any kind of discount nor honor the price I paid for my online purchase. Communication that my order was going to be canceled would have been nice, but understanding that I'm a customer trying to give you my money, and that clearly I didn't know there was an order cancellation policy, and not being willing to honor the price on my Tilly's receipt was brutal. So I left without making the purchase--I'll be taking my gift shopping elsewhere. read more

I visited this store on Sunday with a group of friends, we are all from out of town. They were having a great sale. Additional 50% off red tag items! My friends daughter and her friend who are in their teens had her own money to shop with. The older ladies bought clothes for younger children. Everything was great until we checked out. We were chatting with the cashiers about how we were all from out of state. My friend's daughter purchased 3 items. A full price dress (19.99) a t-shirt that was on clearance for $15 - so $7.50 and a "Champion" sweatshirt on clearance for $19.99 - so $10 (originally $59.99). The total she was given was almost $70. She asked the sales assistant "Nataly" why the price was so high and determined that the shirt hadn't rung up properly. Total was now $60. She kept asking why it was so high and figured she miscalculated costs. The gal started to be rude and frustrated at her questions on pricing. She paid and then I asked to see her receipt. She had not been given the discount on the sweatshirt. "Nataly" was very rude about it and said we didn't tell her it was on sale. We said we didn't know we needed to. She then stated "It is not my job to check the tags." I looked at her and said that is literally your job. We asked to see the manager. The manager seemed frustrated at needing to help as she had just helped the other cashier with similar issues. It turns out the sweatshirt could not be reduced further than the 1/2 price of original price of 59.99. We stated we wanted to return the sweatshirt she paid $30 for. The manager said fine and was apologetic that it had been mismarked. She explained how they would be in trouble with Champion for marking it down further. We were ok with her explanation but my friend's daughter didn't want to pay $30 for the sweatshirt. "Nataly" processed the return which we had just paid for via cash and debit card and tried to give us store credit. We said that was not acceptable as we don't have a Tilly's in our state. "Nataly" said that was the only option for clearance items. We had just been told this item did not qualify for clearance only 1 sale. We had to get the manager to come back over and override "Nataly" to refund the sweatshirt. It was a lengthy procedure for something that should have been a simple transaction. We are most upset that "Nataly" told us it wasn't her job to look at the tags and refusing to refund the sweatshirt they labelled incorrectly and then charged incorrectly for. "Nataly" needs additional training as do the people labeling items and the manager. This is a fun store - I hope they get it together. read more

Horrible customer service , I went in on November 24 ,2019 around 9pm I wasn't helped by anyone and the employees are very serious they don't even bother smiling , like I'm getting you payed for even buying stuff from your store the least you can do is that .. one girl in specific stood out to me she had Goldilocks colored hair ..I'm guessing she was a newer employee because she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing she was messing around with another employee and giggling when I was trying to find my brother , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Tilly's has definitely gone downhill over this year and that comes from a person who has been working retail for a while . Really cute clothes, kinda overpriced but the main concern is every time I've gone in the employees don't seem very friendly and some girls are snobby so I try to find what I need and hurry out. It never feels welcoming there. read more

Honestly the store has very poor customer service. I waited for about 5 minutes at the check out station by myself before someone even noticed I was ready to check out. Then, all the signs said it was bogo men's pants and when I purchased the 2 they told me that they had to be the EXACT SAME pair of pants for it to apply. Who wants to buy 2 of the exact same pair of pants for someone for Christmas. I would not recommend that store whatsoever. read more
