Both have been open recently, not sure if you're able to sit down in the dining area tho. Masks are required, carts sanitized as well as there is a sanitizing station at the door. I don't know if it's for customers but it's there. Store is normally clean when I've been there and only a couple times I've seen random items in the wrong place probably because of customers just putting them down wherever.

My Wednesday haul was worth over $150, and I ended paying about $32 for a lot of Amazon's and Target things misc items. They also have an online store where you can bid. Some of their staff is rude, and an older woman asked what I had in my purse at checkout. It was my really small side shoulder purse, and she noticed my envelope 1st aid kit. I asked why she was looking for my purse. As she was insinuating, i was stealing. She also kept asking people not to open boxes that were already previously opened. Some other staff, however, are nice and willing to help.

Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.

Another day, we went to get some adult beverages and my friend handed the cashier his identification and he was told she/walmart policy couldn't take his valid out of state drivers license due to it wasn't a real ID license. We looked at her like she had 10 heads. But, she took my photo of my license from my iPhone which had a real ID license. State of Iowa

Most of the time the line isn't bad, but on weekends it can get out of control. It depends on the day, sometimes it seems like there aren't enough employees. I have had some returns to actual customer service lately and it's been fine. I've also used the pick up since the last time I reviewed as well. The pick up option is very nice and when there is just one item you want/need, then you don't waste time or get tricked into looking/buying other things. The store itself can get expensive quite quickly, they often run deals and such that I receive in my email. I've found it's better if you go in looking for a specific item versus just wandering around. Plenty of parking options, there are two entrances.

I cannot shop there anymore. they have gone the way of Ross for Less and Burlington Factory, by taking all of there cash registers out and shoving all purchases and returns in to one never ending line. This is not the way a decent store treats their customer. They have lost all class and respectability concerning a higher class department store. They're just a Shopko or Walmart with a few more clothes. So sad to see them stoop so low. No more Kohl's for me.

Interesting store with clothes and other household and garden items if you like looking around and searching for random discounted items. These new items are probably some of the best deals this store has. Was surprised at some of the used items, for example-Angry Orange spray cleaner-had a sticker that said "heavily used" and was $5. Brand new it is $15. Why would I want a product that was almost empty? They also carry quite a bit of expired products by several months if you are into that and will eat them soon. Some products are good for months past the date, but most of the expired products were already several months expired when we were there.
