I was returning a few items that I had purchased and then couldn't keep so I had the items the tags and the receipts and they refused to take my return because the tags were not attached to the items she said she couldn't do it she called the manager she said they would not do it! I had something that had. tag on it and receipt and she refused to take that back also asked me to leave the store and she said to me I've done this with you before and I looked at her and said so what what does that mean? I Spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars in that store monthly if not even sometimes a thousand and for her to treat me that way was uncalled for like I was a common thief! My experience with the people in this store is horrible! manager also advised me that no Ross would do that for me! So I drove to the Ross on 5300 South and redwood road walk in and she returnled it for me no problem! she was kind she was helpful and more knowledgeable than the West valley managerer ! when I told her what happened at tle West valley store she said it should not have happened and that they were in the wrong! I got my money back and I was happy and I will never stop at West valley again nor should you !! Shop any other Ross, they're kind and helpful and considerate of your feelings and your situation and I highly recommend them​!!; also the West valley store is always dirty stuff all over the floor and the lines are long it's crowded and it's just filthy most of the time!

Bin Town Bargains purchases overstock, closeout, overruns, warehouse/box damage, shelf pulls, and recent out-of-date grocery items from 9 of the top 10 US retailers. My Wednesday haul was worth over $150, and I ended paying about $32 for a lot of Amazon's and Target things misc items. They also have an online store where you can bid. Some of their staff is rude, and an older woman asked what I had in my purse at checkout. It was my really small side shoulder purse, and she noticed my envelope 1st aid kit. I asked why she was looking for my purse. As she was insinuating, i was stealing. She also kept asking people not to open boxes that were already previously opened. Some other staff, however, are nice and willing to help.

Their clothes are great quality, from my experience. It seems they filter clothes out often to keep up with current styles and seasons, which means our shopping trips here are never boring. Oh, and we have found quite a few items here for my husband! Which is incredible as he's pretty picky with clothes lol The layout is open and stroller friendly. They even have carts for you if you feel you will be shopping for a lot. This store is always clean, even their bathrooms. Also, employees are always so friendly.

This location has a ton of parking, Starbucks and food options, pharmacy and has been one of the cleaner stores I have been to in Utah. Even the bathrooms have been tidy. I have usually found most things I've needed and wanted here. If there were any outages, it was simply because they were sold out of an item. All stores have that issue when something is in high demand. Service has been polite - Target staff and Starbucks. Returning items here have been easy, no issue. Drive up is a blessing on my lunch and have not waited longer than 5 minutes to have them bring out my items. Since this store is in a shopping center plaza, there are several options to eat and shop here if you're out and about doing just that. Movie theater at the end of the plaza and less than 5 minutes from the 201 freeway.

This location has a lot of clearance and big mark downs. Some things are a little more expensive, but they are still way less than at the normal department store. The lady checking us out moved slowly and continued to push us to buy the Nordstrom credit card after we repeatedly said no. A little annoying but no biggie since I know it's her job.

I asked two older ladies in the women's department on the second floor in the Macys at Fashion Place Mall, Salt Lake City. I won't go back there again. There weren't very many shoppers there either. So dumb since a lot of women do wear women's sizes especially in Utah.
