I can truly see how much they adore my child. I have never felt like my son was just a chart number, which I have unfortunately experienced at different facilities. They are so personable and informative. I really wish I found Motivated Kids a few years ago. Finding quality care, especially for pediatric therapy services is touch here in Vegas. The Front Office staff is amazing as well, along with the Owner and Managers. I highly recommend Motivated Kids!!

When I called back, was told somesone will call me end of the week. Again nothing. On the 3rd week of waiting, I called them again, and I told them that if they are busy, to just let me know so I can request a different facility to have the referal sent over by my kid's primary. Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

When my son first had his speech evaluation (3 years old), I was told by a therapist at Dream…read moreTherapies that if he didn't speak by the time he was 5 then he most likely would never talk. It broke my heart, but I was not well informed, so I unfortunately kept taking him to therapy at this place. I didn't see much improvement. Then, they started canceling therapy without prior notice. We would show up for therapy and "Surprise! No therapy today!" Other times, they would text, which still was an inconvenience because my son needed the therapy. I decided to start taking my son to a different place and have seen more improvement in 2 months than I did at Dream Therapies (about a year). Also, my son was diagnosed with apraxia (by the new therapist at the new place), which is so important for me to know as a parent so I can get him the help he needs. Thinking back, I should have left the first day when Dream Therapies told me my son would most likely never talk. Please research better places and run away from this place for your kid's sake.

As a healthcare professional and a business owner I could never recommend this place to anyone…read more When my stepson went for several types of therapy to address his limited mobility and eating issues they took several weeks to even submit the documentation for approval to insurance. During this non approval status we were told not to attend. After a month of waiting they got the approvals. This is where the worst came out in them. The office manager (Alexa) called my wife and said we missed several appointments during that time and they were going to cancel our sons services. He wasn't scheduled to be in for ANY sessions until the week after they called. They put an appointment into the system for a joint phone call on November 15th with the insurance company, we complied and because it was over the phone they called it a missed appointment. The others weren't even scheduled with us or approved by insurance! After days of arguing we decided to switch providers, a guarantee provided to us by our insurance companies and agreements they have to sign with the state. As a healthcare provider I know this because we service the same insurance company. The day we cancelled services they called child protected services and said our son is abused and in great danger. Child services examined as they were supposed to and followed up with the neurologist, pediatrician, family and friends and closed the case within 2 days because absolutely nothing was wrong. This was an attempt to get him to return to their services and guarantee the pay approved by insurance. Today the pediatrician gets a letter that is very similar to the complaint they made to CPS. The pediatricians response is only to note how unprofessional they are. The neurologist gets a letter that matches and they tell us how they refuse to refer people to dream therapies anymore because this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to people just from them. This healthcare practice is unethical and goes against the entire code of conduct in which we all agree to operate on. Complaints will be conducted with all governing licensing agencies and medical boards that oversee the staff involved in these issues. And to top it off, today (the same day the other doctor gets a letter of how our kid is in danger and they cancelled him for non compliance) we got a letter asking us to hurry up and schedule a new appointment. For those of you with insurance that requires you to get a referral, please, I beg you, call the referring doctor and ask for a different referral to a reputable and ethical facility who will hold their oath to do the best for their patients and not their pockets!!!

After having bad neck pain after riding a super rough roller coaster at a theme park, my doctor…read moresent me to ATI to have it checked out. I've never done physical therapy before, so this was a first for me. I only went to my first appointment and never returned, for several reasons. First, I will say that it's a nice facility. Open, lots of workout machines and stretching areas, and very welcoming and non-intimidating. That's just about the only good thing I have to say about this place. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone there seemed so disorganized. The lady at the front desk was less than pleasant, and wanted to make sure she had all my insurance information before she's even crack a smile (this is sadly the norm in America's healthcare system, of course). I had to fill out an extensive form that was mainly concerned with billing and how to track me down if I didn't pay, LOL. Finally, I was taken to a back room to meet with a "trainer." The "trainer" did some basic things like make me extend my arms and move my neck. He measured the range of motion, which wasn't great due to the fact that I had a hurt neck. After a few more minutes of this, he said he was leaving to put together a "specialized treatment plan" for me. I waited another 15 minutes or so until someone else came to get me and sat me in a chair in the public area. Other people were stretching, using machines, etc. I was sitting alone in a chair. Yet another guy came over and showed me a couple of stretches: turning my head one way while holding my shoulder down the other way. He had me do 30 stretches and holds for 30 seconds. Then he walked away and left me to my own devices. I completed the stretch routine and sat while the "trainers" were busy joking around, laughing, and talking with each other. I did not see any of the staff actually sitting with nor working with patients. Finally he came back over and showed me another stretch. Told me the same, and left. This continued for about 30 minutes. Then I was put on a cycling machine, which I cannot figure out why on earth that would help my neck. It's like they forgot why I was there! Finally, I did some pulley system that worked my arms (which again didn't do a thing for my neck). In fact, it actually hurt my neck more. Afterwards, I was taken back to the main desk to schedule more appointments. It felt very timeshare-y with how much they were PUSHING me to do thrice weekly appointments. I finally relented and they got me on the books for a few months at three times per week. I left feeling like this whole thing was scammy. I was given a folder when I left with the directions for all the stretches I just did (scratch that: the stretches I just PAID $180 to do ON MY OWN), so I figured I could just do those at home for free! I ended up canceling all of my future appointments and just doing the treatment on my own, since it was the same - except I could do it in the comfort of my own home. Why pay close to $600 per week to be ignored and left to stretch on my own when I can do that at home for free? Maybe your experience would be different based on your injury, but I did not find the services here useful at all. If you go here, make sure it's just for an initial appointment. See how you feel about being ignored and told to just sit there and stretch.
