I'm beyond thrilled with the results of getting my sixteen-year-old Mustang Convertible spruced up after years of driving our sucky Utah roads. She was pocked-marked with rock chips over her hood, with some oxidizing on her back fin from the relentless Utah sun, and also some aluminum pitting on her hood. Their incredible body guy, Tayt (wicked sense of humor and one of those great guys guys, you know? The kind you want at every party and family gathering) was extremely knowledgeable, upfront with what could be done, and always in contact with updates on her makeover. She came in on budget, which was very reasonable compared to past estimates from other body shops, and she was finished a day earlier than promised. She was detailed to perfection and looked brand new. She's a 2010 Convertible Ford Mustang V8 with only 92k miles. The girl rocks! Thank you so much ArtCity Auto Body! This is the worst business ever! Luckily I took them to court and got justice! Warning Beware Do Not Do Business with Art City Auto Body. Stay away go else where! Huge Crooks Scam Fraudulent Business. They worked on my 2022 Bentley to repair a dent. They kept my Bentley for 3 long months with excuses why it needs that long to repair a dent. They were stealing my Bentley brand new parts and replace it with junk yard old parts from LKQ Salvage yard parts in Springville! They vandalized my Bentley and charged me over $15 grand for a dent they quoted $600. Beware of the owner and his crook partners especially his wife the lady working the paperwork and in the office Brandy. They double team in ripping people off and scamming people. Stay away from this business they are bad people out to rip people off! They have been reported to BBB and a investigation is on process! I want to commend Art City Auto Body for the absolutely outstanding service they provided in repairing our 2001 Suburban. Brandy was a joy to work with. She returned calls quickly and answered all our questions accurately. She gave us expert advice in dealing with a situation where our insurance company was totaling our vehicle for a bumper repair. When we decided to pay for the repair out of pocket, Brandy provided a detailed estimate in a matter of hours, and once we gave the green light the car was ready within 2 days. I was shocked that they could do it so quickly. I was especially impressed with the fact that the final bill was LESS than the estimate. That is integrity at its finest! Finally, we were surprised to see that they had completely detailed the inside of the Suburban once the repair was finished. It has been years since it's been that clean. The team at Art City Auto Body is seriously AMAZING! This is the second time I've had to get my car fixed and they have done a great job again. The first time a tree fell on it. They were able to save me money and get it done in a timely manner. When I picked it up they had detailed it. It was probably cleaner than it was when I bought it in the first place! This time we were rear ended. They got the car fixed and were able to track down a noise the car was making that wasn't related to the accident. The insurance decided to make things difficult and writeup the work order incorrectly. Which would have cost me WAY more than it should have. Billy & Brandy were patient while I was getting that worked out. The communication with them is always pleasant and understanding. I won't go anywhere else to have bodywork done on my vehicles!
