Some serious training issues going on at this location. This is how we received our drinks

Tim, Let's chat a little bit. I've been to more than a 100 of your locations in Canada and probably another 50 in the United States and I'm a big fan. However, this location needs some serious help. We're asking you to please send somebody down here to clean this mess up because it's giving your wonderful chain a bad name. Let me give you a couple examples. *I asked the cashier what was in one of the sandwiches. She said she didn't know. I said can you please find out? I want to make sure there's no mayonnaise in. She said I guess I could go ask someone if you really want me to and then just stood there. After about a 30 second pause I said can you please ask that person and she did. *It took more than 10 minutes to get to sandwiches, two drinks and a quarter full bag of chips. There was only one order ahead of us and one person in the drive-thru line. *Please take a look at the drinks that we ordered. Filling them less than 2/3 full is not the Timmy's way. As a matter of fact even Dunkin Donuts would not do that to us. *Please take a look at the back of chips that was given to us. Unfortunately, filling it less than a quarter full is not a bag of chips. * When you order a large hot coffee with Earl Grey tea and four sugars you're supposed to put sugar in it. It had no sugar. Thank you for listening to our experience. We hope this Tim Horton's can grow to be like most of the other locations we visit frequently.

I like Tim Horton's coffee and their donuts very much. However, there always have something not so perfect. For instance, the coffee lid is very sharp which might easily cut lips if you don't pay attention. That's why I only give it three starts.

I don't know what one would call this? The Veggies were off.. old and runny.

I ordered 4 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches and the very 1st bite had mold in it so I threw all of it out. 0/5 stars.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and although ordering is typically done electronically the staff member assured us he was available to answer any questions. The e-ordering process is very easy and has options for customization which is a perk. The food is all prepared to order and came out nicely plated and at the correct temperature. My dining companions very much enjoyed their pancakes, eggs, and hashbrowns. I ordered the tropical acai bowl which was topped with a good amount of a variety of fruit. I do wish the acai base was a little thicker; the texture was more smoothie than sorbet but the flavor was lovely. Pricing is very reasonable for a hip-ish local place - all-in-all City Egg is worth a visit!

The sausage gravy was not spicy, which I appreciate, and well made. I had hash browns as a side, because i can never have too many potatoes, but you can choose other sides, like fruit or toast. The ordering system is electronic on touch pads which i don't love but I know we can blame Covid for that. There was a young woman available for directions and another woman cooking. The place is clean with lots of tables and chairs and restrooms were clean. I didn't see a place to leave tips on the pads because i like to tip but the store is almost completely self serve. My breakfast was $12 which is reasonable. Only gave 4 stars because i prefer human interaction, but no real complaints about the food

It's open, there is a bar to your right as you enter and lots of seating to your right and front. Can eat at bar. We sat, mimosas and bloodies available. Or for that matter- whatever you can think of. They have scotch eggs swimming in a bowl of gravy... yes gravy... and it was delicious. Definitely a Mexican "flair" with lots of black beans, sauces, etc. I stuck with a Belt sandwich - nice and crispy bread with bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato. Friendly service and lots of value! Glad we found this spot since we are headed to Ohio a few times a year.

My friend ordered prime rib medium rare. The rib was served Medium to Medium well. Shanna took it away & brought a Médium rare one, which was much better. I almost forgot about the Horrible house salads she served us. She returned them & brought us the Cole slaw & Augratin potatoes. What sets this winery apart is its location--it's one of the few places in the area where you can sip wine while enjoying close proximity to the water. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the outdoor seating offered beautiful views that made our tasting even more enjoyable. Whether you're a casual wine drinker or a seasoned connoisseur, the setting alone is worth the visit. We had the opportunity to sample a wide variety of wines during our visit, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The tasting was well-organized, and the staff were both knowledgeable and friendly, making great recommendations based on our preferences. We were particularly impressed with the Pinot Grigio, which had a crisp, refreshing taste perfect for a warm afternoon by the water. However, it was the Cabernet that truly stood out for us. It had a rich, full-bodied flavor with just the right amount of complexity--a balance of boldness and smoothness that left us both savoring each sip. The Cabernet was so exceptional that we knew we couldn't leave without bringing some home. We ended up purchasing two bottles, and I have no doubt that we'll be reminiscing about our time at the winery as we enjoy them in the future. It's not often you come across a red that makes such a lasting impression, but this one definitely did. If you're in the Port Clinton area, I highly recommend visiting this winery. It offers more than just great wines--it provides an experience. Between the friendly staff, the well-curated wine selection, and the beautiful location near the water, it's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some truly memorable wines. We'll definitely be returning!
