Well here we go Tim Hortons Bacon, Egg, Cheese Biscuit. First off the Biscuit is 2 and a half inches compared to McDonalds biscuit that is over 3 and a half inches. I think Tim's uses extra small egg, a 1/2 slice of cheese (because of the small biscuit) very thin slice of bacon. Was not impressed for $4.75. McDonalds on the other hand has 2 slices of bacon, full slice of cheese and a good a mount of scrambled egg for $4.39 and if you have the McD app you can get the bacon, egg and cheese Biscuit for $2.00 also a BEC Biscuit meal for $3.79. Tim, Let's chat a little bit. I've been to more than a 100 of your locations in Canada and probably another 50 in the United States and I'm a big fan. However, this location needs some serious help. We're asking you to please send somebody down here to clean this mess up because it's giving your wonderful chain a bad name. Let me give you a couple examples. *I asked the cashier what was in one of the sandwiches. She said she didn't know. I said can you please find out? I want to make sure there's no mayonnaise in. She said I guess I could go ask someone if you really want me to and then just stood there. After about a 30 second pause I said can you please ask that person and she did. *It took more than 10 minutes to get to sandwiches, two drinks and a quarter full bag of chips. There was only one order ahead of us and one person in the drive-thru line. *Please take a look at the drinks that we ordered. Filling them less than 2/3 full is not the Timmy's way. As a matter of fact even Dunkin Donuts would not do that to us. *Please take a look at the back of chips that was given to us. Unfortunately, filling it less than a quarter full is not a bag of chips. * When you order a large hot coffee with Earl Grey tea and four sugars you're supposed to put sugar in it. It had no sugar. This place's service is terrible. I called in an order for coffee and donuts for 25 people the night before I needed them. When I went to pick them up the two ladies working hadn't heard anything about it and looked at each other like they were annoyed with someone. One of them also said "She looked really high last night" I assume referring to the manager who was on and took my order. My order was not ready and l was in a hurry I could only get the donuts and not the coffee. They did give me $2 off my donuts. This Tim Hortons is always slow and missing orders. It is terribly managed. I like their coffee and want to keep getting it but alas the service is just too terrible to go back. read more

Had an amazing time here this morning being greeted by a very helpful and goofy employee named Eric. They were extremely quick to make our order, we did come around noon so it wasn't too busy but it was still impressive. Wow. I've never been to such a terrible Tim Horton's. First off, my bagel was stale. As I was eating the bagel, I found multiple hairs in it. Are you kidding? They added flavored syrup to my Iced Capp when I didn't ask for it. Also, there was no ice in my friend's mocha iced latte. On top of all of this, they forgot to put a part of our order in the bag, and they were extremely rude. We have been here twice for a quick coffee and donut while passing through town. Both times were before 9:30, and there were hardly any donuts both times and service was super slow!! The service at this Tim Horton's is the slowest you can imagine. To wait in line to get a cup of coffee for 15 to 20 minutes when there are only four or five cars ahead of you is not out of the ordinary. The only time you see the service pick up is when one of the owners is there, which in recent years has not been very often. After the long wait, my boyfriend most of the time gets his coffee and it is made the wrong way. This is just so disappointing. read more

I work early in the morning, it's been twice now where I have stopped by the Tim Hortons near my apartment. For being a 24h store, they are closed an awful lot. I have tried going to this particular Tim Horton's about 4 times, and every single time I have gone, they seem to be OUT of food. for a 24hour food joint, I think that one of the requirements is to have food 24hours a day. They didn't have Donuts all 4 times I have gone, No Cookies or Cinnamon Rolls either. I don't recommend this Tim Horton's at all, since they probably won't have anything to serve you. Twice we have visited Tim Horton's on East Wooster St in Bowling Green, OH. The first visit was in Autumn of 2017 in the evening. Upon this visit, it took quite some time to get served, but eventually an assistant manager took our order, making excuses for why it took so long, as they were way understaffed, region wide. Last night around 10PM, we went in and waited about 10 minutes, however no one would even look at us, though we saw no other customers inside. The floor was filthy, with only two people working. After being completely ignored, we left to see a 3rd worker outside the door smoking and talking on his phone, pacing back and forth. As we passed through a cloud of smoke we stated to ourselves that this would be our last visit to this location! Terrible experience. read more

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. They WILL make you late! Also don't go here if you are easily irritated or impatient, because they will push you to your limit. I will say that the staff here are unquestionably friendly and nice. In fact, they are a little too nice. As reviewer Mike B says, there is someone here who tries to joke around with you early in the morning, but it's more annoying than funny, especially when you're just trying to get some food quickly and not be late to class. Seconds count when you have to deal with parking in the campus lots that are always filled to capacity. So yeah, this place's employees often get your order wrong, but are just so SLOW in taking AND making it! I deliver my order fairly slowly to the drive-thru intercom, but they still usually cut me off multiple times and make me repeat what I just said, and overly confirm what I just said. There are inexplicably long silences that occur while you are trying to order. It just takes WAY too long. And, as I said, when I FINALLY get my items at the window, they are often incorrect; however, by this point, I'm usually running so late that I don't have the option to go back through the drive-thru and have them fix their mistakes, so I just suck it up, accept defeat, and eat whatever they've given me. They also have this habit of throwing freshly frosted donuts into a paper bag with a napkin on top of the frosting . HELLO? McFLY??? Why would you do that?! Obviously, a dry paper napkin is going to completely stick to semi-liquid donut frosting! I mean, come on! *note - the night shift workers are absolutely fine, and I've never had an issue with them.* I was so irritated by the slowness and inaccuracy of this location that I wanted to contact the owner. But then, I realized that he is actually often working the drive-thru, and is perhaps the worst of all! You'll know it's him because he has a strong Latino accent and is so overly friendly that it about puts you into a diabetic coma right on the spot. Nice guy, but he still is like the rest of his employees - takes way too long to take your order, wastes time with excess and unnecessary niceties, and then often gets your order wrong. So, I don't know what to do when the stinkin OWNER is as hot a mess as his employees. I understand and acknowledge that all the people who work here are SUPER nice and mean no ill will, but my god, some of us are in a hurry! I hate going to McDonald's for any reason, but that's where I go now instead of this place in the mornings, because I know they will be fast and accurate...hell, anywhere is fast and accurate compared to this Tim Horton's! Ordering here is kind of like ordering from a super sweet geriatric who is really slow, slightly deaf, going senile, thinks their lame jokes and prodding are really funny (but they're actually just irritating), but who is just not cut out to be operating a fast food drive-thru. read more

This Tim Horton's use to be my favorite place to eat at but it's gone down hill. The coffee tastes like they filled the filter to the top with grounds and then used a cup of water. Then they took that coffee and waited 20 years and then put it back on the burner. So now I know what late 90s coffee tastes like and it tastes like shit! Not only that but the food has been getting progressively worse throughout the months but I guess I'm the dumbass who keeps coming back to a bunch of knuckle draggers who make sandwiches out of playdough and poop. read more

I live down south and had heard all my northern friends brag on "Timmy Ho's" so when I saw this one during our visit I was excited to try it. The lady who took my order was a complete jerk! Being our first visit we were t terribly familiar with the menu and getting four kids out of the car was not an option. After being annoyed when I asked questions and being rude when she spoke into the mic to talk to a window customer and I asked her to repeat it to which she replied "I wasn't talking to you." Got my order wrong and had to repeat everything 2-3 times and then she was annoyed when I called her on it! I shrugged it off maybe it was a bad day or the box was messing up. Get to the window and it's a different lady...boom ALSO a complete jerk like I was inconveniencing her for ordering food AT HER JOB! Get the donuts and drinks and boom order is wrong and they forgot 2 different items and gave me two different things I didn't even order. First off, i ordered an everything bagel w/ cream cheese, a bacon egg and cheese croissant, a coffee and a smoothie. They handed me two sandwiches instead of the bagel, then proceeded to hand me the bagel but it was the wrong one and didn't change my order because they didn't know. everything else was correct besides this. read more

I'm a fan. The staff is always nice, and, I like that you can get a real sandwich at 6 in the morning on the way to work. The chocolate chip cookies are the best in Bowling Green. Prices aren't bad either. Its open 24 hours. Only problem is that sometimes they run out of the most random things and I have to get my second choice. read more

If I could give this place less than one star, I most definitely would. We've been to this Tim Hortons before and never had any issues. Then we decided to go there today. We had nothing but issues. The woman taking our order had no idea that the lunch menu was even up, even after I showed her. Then while I was placing my order, I specifically told her three times that I wanted the meals, and she then asked, "do you want those as meals?" Let me tell you, this girl was clueless as to what a meal consists of apparently. I also told her I wanted the kettle chips with my meals, and she asked if I wanted kettle chips even after I told her I wanted kettle chips. After we were ready to leave we placed a take out order for two mocha lattes, two muffins, two chilis, and a 10 pack of TimBits. After we waited what seemed like forever for our order it finally came. The coffee was absolutely horrible, tasted like straight black coffee, went and told the manager, and she said that's just the way it comes out of the machine. I've had their mocha lattes enough to know better. So I told the manager that I didn't want then and to just give me my money back. She got indignant and said "I really don't want to give you your money back, but I will" she was plain rude, and not even really willing to help a customer. Avoid this place like the plague. You'll be in for a huge let down, and be treated like absolute crab by the employees. read more

Went to stop for a quick breakfast before a trip to Detroit and I heard my boyfriend order and the lady was rude and saying sorry what was that? when they heard us perfectly.. then they forgot my orange juice, messed up the order completely, no cheese on the sandwiches, and messed up my boyfriend's coffee. There were three employees working - one mopping the floor, one on a drive thru headset, and one making food. This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to, and it is repeatedly horrible. They never get your order right, often ring you up for more than you're buying, and the food is usually cold and hardly put together. The drinks are subpar, and I don't know how you mess up a pre made mix drink. Needs all new employees and a new owner. read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru during lunch time a few weeks ago and ordered two meals. My Diet Coke was all ice and we asked for less ice when we were waiting for our food. The manager obliged. However, we received the wrong sandwiches. As we were driving to Findlay, I called the store to let them know because this store messes up our order more often than they get it right. The female manager took down our order and my name and reassured me that we would get our meals for free the next time. I went in today to get the food and was told by Brittany that my story sounded iffy and that they did not have the note that detailed our order and my name. When I told Brittany to forget about it she reiterated that the story sounded iffy. I asked her for her name as I intend to call the owner and him/her on the lack of customer service I received. Britanny began to laugh and state that the owner would laugh at me if I called him/her and shared my experiences. I don't think I will be returning to this Tims. read more

They are awful. Zero service. We walked in and a lady with three kids where waiting for ice cream and another lady was paying for coffee and donut. There were also two students waiting for food. I stood near the lady at the cash register paying. When they finished the employee turned and left the counter. Never acknowledging me I waited over five minutes or more a couple came in and left after seeing no one getting helped. . The lady with the kids at the ice cream still hadn't been helped. I walked over to Steve who had sat down and just then six more people came in and got in the ice cream line. I went back to the coffee line at the register sure I had been before. After now about twenty minute one finally helped the lady withe kids. They were in the back doing something and passed and order out the drive thru and made a sandwich for the guy who had part of there order when we arrived. Now they continued to help ice cream people so I got in that line. They helped everyone in front of me. The a couple came in to the register where I had been standing. In a minute they helped them. We are now around 35 minutes. I made a comment about how I had been waiting before these people you served ahead of us and left. Angry, hungry and pissed off. There is not enough staff. Those there are not trained and clearly by the body language didn't give a hoot. Don't even go in. I used to like Tim Hortons but now not again. The owner that put a Cold Stone with a Tim Hortons is ruining the Tim Hortons name. I would have give zero stars but it wont't let me. read more
