I live near Tim Hortons on Harper in Clinton Twp. The one Manager, usually in the morning, is RUDE too Seniors. She has been mean even too 70/80 yr olds. I'm 64 and returned A few things that they made wrong but she got mean too me n forbid me to ever come to their Tim Hortons again. I was Ticked off. They made the mistake not me. I called Owner he did NOTHING. I was allowed to still go there but then I went inside. She embarrassed me by telling Me I'm not allowed inside. THATS FUKED UP!!! Save yourself the heartache if you love Tim Hortons. There is a location down the road in saint clair shores that is much better. Staff is rude and get angry if you order more than one item, they will not customize any drink order so don't bother (they will charge you tho) & there are SO MANY BUGS that you can see flying around and sure enough on food and in drinks. read more

Today I experienced some of the worse customer service ever. The employees were yelling talking bad about another customer in the drive thru. I was so disturbed by what I was hearing I stopped giving my order and walked out. I went there @ 1:39pm on 10/9. All I ordered was an ice tea. The manager was rude to his crew. He just handed me my drink and said nothing. Worse restaurant alive! We stopped there on 11/25 at 2pm. We waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before the guy said (we closed). I was confused because the holiday hours were posted on the speaker. I asked a follow-up question only to be ignored. There is nothing too great about this Tim Hortons they are always out of everything that I want it seems they never have the donuts that are listed as their special or they're out of pretty much every single bagel or there smoothie machine is down and it really bothered me that they switch hours unannounced when it used to be 24 hours but I have to say for this area it did need a drive through coffee place and I'm happy it's there they can't mess up a medium double double and that's what I usually get so that's why it has 3 stars read more

When I asked for a different one they said they're all the same but they can sell me more berries for .50 Really!!! Food is on par, coffee strength & service can be hit or miss. I'm here many mornings and leave satisfied with my order, but more often than not I am unhappy with the attitude of the employees. I have had bad moments, of course orders go wrong but they should never hesitate to fix it; however I've learned if the manager isn't on the floor they will sometimes attempt to convince you that you ordered wrong and are stuck with the consequences. I've also come to understand that many of the menu options are unavailable within the last few hours of operation for the day; I understand the employees are eager to finish the day but its very unprofessional. I witnessed a physical altercations between employees once, they had been bickering prior and the fellow staff was encouraging of the rising tension between them. Another instance where I had to get my sandwich remade (which as often of an occurrence as this is, I am still polite and respectful) and a separate employee who had been standing to the side behind the pastry display starting loudly complaining about people, which unbeknownst to me at first but I was actually the target of her pessimism; on my way out she said "If I ever see you on the street, you better run." to which I could not fathom nor get her to respond as to what I had done wrong. I called on multiple occasions to get in touch with the manager but the assistant manager claimed he was busy, usually in a meeting or assisting other customers. read more

My asked if a sandwich had turkey bacon on it at drive thru. The employee said yes but when my wife got the Sandwich was none on it. My wife went inside to get turkey bacon. The employee had a stank attitude and said they didn't have turkey bacon nasty . Plz get your Employees Trained On Customer Service. read more

This is by far my favorite Tim Hortons. I stop in at least 3 times a week and have never had an issue. The whole staff is extra friendly and super quick with getting orders out. There will be lines inside and at the drive through but your coffee and food still comes out fast. I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone wanting a good coffee!! read more

Only reason I go here because it's down the street from my job. This location has terrible customer service, and terrible attitudes... most of the staff who make the food do not change their gloves when beginning a new order. Everyone always seems like they're upset for us wanting to place an order. "What do you want" are the words I hear through the speaker in the drive through almost every time. And it's always "is that all" after every time you place an item. And then when you get to the window, and get your food or drink it's wrong almost every time. I asked for a sandwich and an iced cap, and got "can you pull off to the front?" I did so and 15 minutes later after waiting in the drive through, I got a sandwich and no drink. I asked where it was and the woman says "you didn't order one". When I first moved into this area I wanted a quick bite to eat and a coffee so I ordered a sandwich, didn't check the bag until I was on the expressway and was disappointed. All it was, was a wrap with melted cheese and I paid $5 for that. Ridiculous, don't go here, if it were up to me all of these employees wouldn't have jobs. Normally i frequent another Tim Hortons but today this one was on the way to where i was going. It was about 1:30 in the afternoon, i ordered a large regular coffee and when i received it... it was lukewarm, at best. I did not have time to go inside to complain about it. Tim Hortons needs alot of work to get it back to good customer service.This Tim Hortons has changed employees alot since it has opened, only a handful of people stayed on staff when the business was sold to new owners. My husband would go in there and get a large coffee with 2 milk& 2 sweet n low and they cant even get that right,than a lite vanilla ice capp with chocolate topping when he got it,it had the white topping can't get that right either.....up to now I get a large carmel iced coffee with 1 cream and extra carmel every morning and it is right 10% of the time. There are 2 carmels one for hot and one for cold, when the one for hot is put in the cold it tastes like theres no carmel at all ...All I want is a good iced coffee please teach your staff the right way of making things right... read more

We went inside and ordered and they got our drinks wrong (putting hot coffee in a cup with ice and then putting iced coffee with ice) so we just asked for a refund and a worker was mad at US and threw our drinks away saying "what a waste" and cursed at us. read more

I live right by here. I got here 2-3 times a week. Generally they are okay, today I went thru the drive-thru and ordered my usual large double-double and the new ham and SWISS croissant. Pulled up to see the drive thru lady not paying too much attention flapping her gums bs'ing with another employee, she goes to hand my sandwhich in no bag! Just the sandwhich and a napkin, I ask for a bag, she gives but you can already tell she give little F's. I used to stop here before work and get the same sandwiches and they always mess them up. Today I actually walked my order back in. The employees were so rude acting like it was my fault. It was correct on the drive thru screen. The one making the sandwiches was all mad because I took them back she gave me such attitude. She also took other drive thru orders before fixing mine. I am a somewhat regular visitor at Tim Horton's. A few months ago, I stopped going to the ten and Gratiot store because of a young lady named Erin. I felt as though she was rude and could care less about serving me, this feeling was felt on more than one occasion. Because of this, I started to go to the new store on 9 mile in Eastpointe. Imagine my frustration when I walk into this store and low and behold she is now working there. I don't know if the policy is just to bump the rude people from store to store, but I am not at all impressed. I am sure your wondering why did I get it five stars. The store it self is ALWAYS clean. The young lady who I see cleaning the dinning room most of the time is so friendly and I have even had another young girl (who has an outgoing personality) memorize my order and always make sure that I am taken care of. I have the never once allowed Erin serve me nor do I allow for her to make my food. I don't feel that it is fair to give an amazing store a bad rating when they thrive and succeed even with a terrible employee. I wish I could list their names but there are to many good employees that work there. Kudos to whoever hired the employees, however it is in your best interest to get rid of Erin. read more
