First time having this and dang!!, soo good. I want to come back and try everything! Ordered online. Pick up was quick and easy. The chipotle cream cheese was top tier. Not spicy but great flavor. We also got the feta dip and it was great. Will be coming back.

Love. Love. Love. Here's a place that hasn't changed over the years in terms of the quality of bagels or the quality of service. Place a large order in advance or stop in and pickup one for your ride to work. I'd suggest trying the everything bagel, toasted, with the scallions cream cheese. It's my favorite!

I was in the area and realized this bagel spot was nearby! I've heard good things about it in the past, so I decided to stop in. It was around 11am on a Saturday and it was busyyyyy inside. There was a pretty long line in front of me, but I was shocked at how quickly I got through. They had a pretty large staff considering the space, and definitely had a system down pat. I ordered the lox sandwich, and by the time I made it through the line and paid, my order was in my hands! It was the bagel sandwich served with a pickle and bagel chips on the side. The food was good, fairly priced, and service was great! I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Eastside Bagel is always a hit! Their homemade bagels and cream cheese never disappoint and I especially love that the seasoning on the everything bagel is on both sides! The staff is extremely friendly, adding to the overall great experience. It's no surprise there's always a line here it's 100% worth the wait. A must-visit for bagel lovers! Stopped into Eastside Bagel this morning and got the Lox sandwich. It was my first time here and all I can say is WOW! The bagels are fresh, the lox was fresh-- absolutely delicious. There's so many different kinds of bagels to choose from, which gives everyone an option! The ambiance is small and cute, with booths and tables to sit at to enjoy your food. The service was friendly, helpful, and fast. I also got an iced spicy chai latte and it was perfect for this fall morning! I can't wait to go back here to get a bakers dozen!

Best bagels in the area. My family lives here while I live on the east coast where I've gotten used to NYC bagels - these are on par!

Really nice bagel shop on the east side. the bagels were tasty and they had some unique flavors. I got a salt and rosemary and really liked it. As good as the bagels were the service was better. Everyone working there was incredibly helpful

These bagels are so yummy and affordable!! I'm used to NYC bagels and prices so I was delightfully surprised. I got the breakfast sausage sandwich; I personally prefer a lot of cream cheese so next time i'll order extra. They were packed on a Saturday morning but I placed my order online for pickup which I highly recommend!

A small shop with carry out and a few booths and tables. I ordered the chipotle club on an everything bagel and it was delicious. Will definitely be back!

This place is a staple! Best cream cheese selection around in my opinion. The variety is awesome. My favorite is the jalapeño cream cheese paired with a salt stick. The staff is great & service is always quick on the way into work. They keep it exciting with specials & new themed bagels like right now they're featured lions bagel, I think that's so neat! Give them a visit

There's nowhere else I'd think to go to get fresh bagels other than Eastside Bagel! I used to stop in all the time when I worked in Harper Woods and still make it a point for a Saturday morning breakfast run! They have SO many delicious flavors, you seriously can't go wrong but best to get there early as it can get very busy! The staff is friendly and serves quickly while preparing everything fresh. I absolutely love their breakfast bagel sandwiches- pictured is the Canadian Bacon, Egg White & Cheese Bagel with Swiss on a spinach Asiago bagel... SO delicious On my last visit they were offering a free bagel with cream cheese to educators for back-to-school so I tried the cinnamon sugar- toasted with regular cream cheese. A sweet, creamy delight! The only thing I didn't love was the cinnamon roll. If you like straight cream cheese, you will like this. The dough wasn't that soft and the 'frosting' had a goo-like consistency which didn't melt like icing when I put it in the microwave, but it's a bagel place. I'll forever be a fan of their fantastic bagels

Simply the best bagels I've had in the area. Store front style building but comfortable to sit and enjoy a great bagel.

The inside has an old-school diner vibe, which could be charming, but the overall experience didn't quite match. Staff interaction was neutral--not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either. My husband ordered the Lynne sandwich and I had the Adele, along with a bowl of matzo ball soup. The soup was definitely the highlight--flavorful and comforting--but at nearly $9 for a bowl, it felt overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately, the sandwiches didn't live up to expectations. The meat was piled in the center of the bread, leaving the ends with little to nothing in each bite, which made them feel poorly constructed and just overall mediocre. We were also surprised by the number of upcharges--extra for toasting the bread, extra for grilling, and even a 3% fee for using a credit card. It all adds up quickly. For two sandwiches and a shared soup, our total came to just over $40, which felt steep given the quality. It's disappointing because we wanted to like this place, but the high prices just didn't align with the food or experience. Unfortunately, we'll likely be crossing Uncle Harry's off our list.

It has a cute, classic diner feel--nothing recently updated, but it was clean and comfortable. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. We brought our three young kids and ordered them each a kids meal: chicken tenders with fries, spaghetti, and a cheeseburger with fries. The portions were generous and we even had leftovers, but at $10 per kids meal, the pricing felt pretty steep. We started with the bread basket and pickles, which were both good. My husband ordered the Monterey Jack chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. He first tried the chicken noodle soup but thought it had a sour aftertaste, so he switched to the beef barley, which unfortunately wasn't much better. His chicken entrée had good flavor, but it was just one thin, butterflied chicken breast. I ordered the New Yorker with fries, which I enjoyed--it was solid and satisfying. When the bill came to around $80, it just didn't feel justified for a deli/diner-style meal. Overall, the food was okay, but the pricing felt high for what you get--especially for a family outing. I might stop in again solo for a sandwich, but we likely won't be bringing the whole family back, mainly due to the cost of the kids meals.

It's not special. The chili cabbage was good, good broth for the soup. The midtown is packed and topped with bacon. The turkey Rueben is meh, quite bland. The onion rings are quite good. The batter is light and airy. The Russian dressing is quite bland. The slaw isn't enough to give the turkey Rueben sandwich taste or feel. The GF chicken tender looks like panko, it's crunchy and the meat is tender and not dry at all. The honey mustard sauce is too bad, he's BBQ too. The complimentary pickles are decent, not crunchy though. Service is good. Food quantity is quite generous here. The onion rings and the chili soup are both good. Bumpy cake was cut into row halves, that was thoughtful, it was quite good.
