Manager at the register was on another plant. The cook was talking about being hung over from last night. And the other 10 employees were just wondering around. It was 10:30am Sunday morning. Skip this location unless you are paying cash. This all started 12/8/21 and of of today still nothing. Over 2 months later this owner is MIA. I placed a online order and when I went to get it they were out of all Tim bits. Things happen and my foster kids were disappointed but it is what it is. They asked to go to the bakery to get cookies instead so we did. My issue is the store told me they were unable to refund my purchase because corporate had to do it. They said to call the number on the app and explain what happened and they would refund me. I said ok and left. I called them in the car a minute or so after while driving to the bakery. Corporate told me they would look into it and get back to me. Fast forward to over 60 DAYS LATER. Corporate told me the STORE has to do all refunds now and they should be calling me because they escalated the issue to another department. After a few weeks no one called so I called and emailed again. This has been going on for months and they keep blaming each other. The store does nothing and takes my name number and says a manager will call me but nothing. Corporate says they will contact the owner and will have them call me but again nothing. Cooperate finally said last week they can't make a store do the right thing and now my credit card company is saying I can't even do a charge back since I never got anything because too much time has passed. They advised I contact the local news to warn others about the store and specify it was not a corporate store. Um. No thanks. You didn't fix it either so I am not making sure no one blames corporate. Bottom line the store couldn't fill my order (which is ok) but lied and wont give me a refund for items I NEVER GOT. Corporate blames the store and can't make the owner "do the right thing". Pretty middle of the road. I've stopped in here twice now to grab something quick before hitting the road and both times the service was slow as molasses. What gives? It's quite baffling. I don't see why it takes so long to make a latte when there are at least two guys behind the counter and nobody else is waiting. Hmm. The latte was good, though. The last time, I wanted a grilled cheese sandwich with chips. Again, two people were behind the counter (and possibly a third in the back, I'm not absolutely sure) and no one else was around. Neither employee said hello, nor did they even look up. They did, however, engage in some mindless (and loud) chit chat with each other while I was waiting for my sandwich. I watched the two toss things back and forth to each other like they were hanging out in their backyard. Weird. It took them approximately 15-20 minutes to get that sandwich to me. The one guy just slapped it on the counter without any fanfare. If I hadn't been paying attention, I likely wouldn't have noticed. It was okay, pretty pedestrian, but I wasn't expecting a lot. At least it didn't taste bad. As with all Tim Horton's, their Wi-Fi was pretty reliable and the seating was both ample and comfortable, for the most part. The inside seemed clean, but the restroom needed a little TLC. It was out of toilet paper (save for the matted wet wad of it crumpled up in a ball in the corner) and the vanity could've used a good scrubbing. In all, I wouldn't go out of my way to stop into this Tim Horton's, but I'd probably stop in again if in the area, although I might actually stick to the drive-through next time. read more

I haven't gone to this location in well over 6 months but I decided to give it another go today. The wrap I ordered looked very sad and thrown together. Upon further inspection of my wrap I saw GREEN AND GREY spots all over the egg. Is this even safe to eat?? Please care more about what you're serving your customers. I learned my lesson. Being from Texas I was really excited to go to a Tim Hortons (my experience with them visiting Canada was outstanding). Due to COVID, the inside area is closed and only drive through available which was okay because I had to get to a meeting. The hot tea was great, no problem. But he sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was really disappointing. It was somewhere between cold and warm so it tasted pretty disgusting. I was already on my way so didn't bother to go back. I understand this is fast food, but when I pay almost $4.00 for a full size GRILLED breakfast wrap on my way to work & pull away to open it up to this....pretty disappointing. Take the extra 15 seconds to put the appropriate amount of contents in the wrap and grill it. So 2nd time in two weeks we've used or tried to use this Tim's location and are left flat dissatisfied a 2nd time. 2 weeks ago, my employer's order from thus location for about 30 people, ahead of time. We order the bagels halfed, they were not. Our yogurts were half filled and had no nuts/granola on them. Filling an order to say you filled the order is poor customer service at best. Labor Day weekend, stop to get doughnuts at 5am for our employees, only to be told they didn't have any this morning. I was a Tim Horton's virgin until this visit to Flint. This location was right by my hotel so since it was so convenient, I had to try it. I was very impressed. The coffee was really good - just strong enough and not overly hot. I brought doughnuts for the client I was working with and they were really appreciative. After trying a few doughnuts, I understood why. These are GREAT doughnuts. Not overly doughy, fresh and with good flavors in the frosting and fillings. I am definitely a fan!!! read more

It's 1 1am on a Sunday, Mother's Day to be exact. We decide to stop in for a bagel and coffee. I'm told after trying to order for 5 minutes and being told they no longer carry this bagel or that bagel that my choices for bagels are an Asiago bagel and (lmao wait for this bombshell) an Asiago bagel. They have signs up advertising all these bagels that they no longer carry. So I said fine give me a bacon 4 cheese on an asiago bagel only to hear " I'm sorry we only carry Asiago bagels". After investigating, we learned that this gas happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks to other people as well. The police are now involved so hopefully they catch the person. LOVE THIS LOCATION. Everyone is friendly and nice except the young guy manning the drive thru today, August 10 at 11am. Grumpy comes to mind. I ordered one bagel and a box of timbits along with a tub of cream cheese. Yes I love it on my bagel! He said "YOU mean a side"; a statement not a question. I replied A Tub. It was in the drive thru, so it was to our financial disadvantage. The breakfast sandwich English muffin is also not toasted which was rather dry and not very good. I love Tim Hortons. Grew up with them on every corner in Canada and now live in TN. Visited this location and was not disappointed. Great food, stocked up on my favorite coffees and the personnel was terrific. I did note that they need more help. Things took a little time because they were so busy. This was my first visit to this location. Had the displeasure of Dealing with a very Rude drive thru person "Chris" I had 3 coupons for me and my two adult daughters, we were heading up north and decided to stop here and I told the lady "Chris" that I had three coupons as the coupons states "one per person" and I had 3 people in my car, she proceeded to tell me no I couldn't use the coupons that I could only use 1 coupon per day, i said that's fine, I'm only making 1 visit and I said the coupon says "1 per person" and I have 3 people, she was rude and talked over me at the drive thru, said "I'm not going to argue with you about the coupon policy, the owner says, 1 coupon per person per day" I'm still confused because that's exactly what I was doing, but she refused. I pulled out of line and went into the store and gave each of my girls their coupon. Explain to me how this is different! Total inconvenience!!! I will never visit this location again!
