I don't understand why this Tim Hortons has such bad reviews. I've been going here for the last six months and the service and quality of the meals coffee and tea have been outstanding. The drive-through is very busy and runs a little slow, but with the volume of people that are coming through, that's really to be expected. Sometimes in the drive-through was really busy I'll go inside and they are always staffed well. I've noticed two people taking the inside orders and three people taking the orders for drive-through. I love the design of the inside as well it's very homey and I always notice people sitting and enjoying their food or drink drinks together. I just went up there and asked for a dozen donuts and only got 11... YES ELEVEN... and then asked for bacon egg and cheese everything bagels and got 2 with sausage and NO bacon and then I asked for a large frozen coffee and got a small and told the guy it was supposed to be a large and he just gave me attitude. Tim Horton's often runs out of cup holders (sleeves). I am not sure why they can't seem to keep them stocked; this is multiple locations. But the one on Southfield Rd near Fort St in Lincoln Park is the very worst. I ordered a hot chocolate; got to the window and paid. When I asked for a cup holder (sleeve) I was told they were out. I asked for another cup to use in lieu of the cup holder and was told it would cost me 10 cents. That is just wrong. You are serving a hot beverage, but you don't have the proper supplies. So my choices are to get a refund, pay 10 cents or try to carry a hot beverage. That is completely unacceptable. You need to do better. read more

Literally the worst Tim Hortons around. I hate that this is the only one near me! If you order food, check it twice because it's probably wrong. Today for example: ordered a grilled cheese panini and a applewood smoked bacon sandwich...waited in line for about 10 minutes or so, got our food, checked it and we got 2 grilled cheeses. 3/27/2021 Me and my husband just went through the drive through here, the lady that took my order was so annoyed that we were even there. Couldn't keep myself from updating my review of this place. I come here almost every day. Everything I have here is always fresh and delicious. I can't get over how friendly and efficient everyone is. Every time I leave this Tim Hortons, I feel better than when I arrived and have a smile on my face.
