There are at least 4 Tim Hortons in Lockport and this is the best in my opinion. I went in today at about 5pm. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice. It wasn't busy at all because of the time of day. They had a decent amount of doughnuts in stock being later in the day. Usually there isn't that many. Had a decent selection of bagels, muffins, and other options. The cashier was extremely friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. When I left she said have a great day. The new Tims Rewards came out this week so I wanted to give it a try. Just download the app and they will scan your phone after every purchase. You can also get an actual card at the register if you prefer that over the app. With Apple you can add it to your Apple wallet as well. Once you have 7 purchases you receive a free coffee, tea or baked good. This is definitely worth it if you go every day. I don't go that often. I prefer Starbucks but this rewards program was long overdue for Tim Hortons. The cashier told me I had one point and looked at the app and it was there. I ordered a large salted caramel ice Capp. I've never had the salted caramel before, just the plain caramel so wanted to give it a try. It was actually amazing and I recommend it if you have a sweet tooth and love caramel like I do. I ordered a limited edition strawberry cheesecake doughnut as well. I usually do for Boston cream but it looked appealing. The cashier said I would be addicted to them after I had it. I think I am now! It was really good. Had some crumble on top kind of tasted like brown sugar. Has strawberry frosting and a cream cheese filling. Definitely recommend it! It was clean inside and the service was quick. read more

We use to come here when we first moved in to Lockport I would have given it a 5 star back then but over the course of 8 months after messing up order after order I recall atleast 10 mess ups in a row and to be quite frank I'm not sure why I still go there i have hope but today was my breaking point I tell them oat milk 3 times then at the window I get a solid confirmation after asking "was this made with oat milk, they say yes... I bring the drink home to my wife or give it to her and she says it's not made with oat milk then 20-30 minutes go by her stomach is messed up and we both keep agreeing to go to try it again but then remember why we shouldn't go back I used to be a regularly now I don't wanna go there anymore. If they could improve on one thing it would be there ability to read everything that goes in the order to prevent mistakes that sometimes could be fatal is someone was allergic to an item. Would not recommend anymore read more

Worst Tim Hortons in Lockport NY. If I could give a zero star review it would be more appropriate. Remember when Tim Hortons was a sure thing for a good coffee? Not anymore. This location is filled with kids who don't give a crap about having any type of pride in the work they get paid to do. Reminder:you have gainful employment because of your customers. Very poor customer service. These young adults have no integrity. There is no customer interaction. They grab your money or card, forcefully hand you the beverage you think you ordered (check it before you leave). Whether you are standing in the establishment or if you're at the drive thru window, we the customers see you making our drinks. We see your dirty floors and counter tops. Too many of you just sucking down your own drink and having social time instead of working. To the young man standing over the young girl making our coffee who poured what looked like the end of his drink into one of our coffees. And then to that young lady who brought those coffees to us knowingly.,You both should be relieved of your positions. When I said it was made wrong she smiled and said she just didn't stir it up. I'm done and over with this location. Get a real manager. Lead your team. Take some pride in what you do in your work. Have been asking for the return of Tomato Soup for over a year. Was told it would be back by reps from Kelton Enterprises. Burger King now owns Tim Horton's. The donuts come in frozen and are just reheated. They constantly change the menu taking off everything that the regular customers want and replacing with stuff that is similar to Burger King menu. Their idea is to increase business with innovative ideas but they are horribly failing by removing what the DAILY CUSTOMER IS ORDERING AND REFUSING TO KEEP GOOD ITEMS ON THE MENU. Soups are watery and have little to no flavor. The creamy soups can be thick as wallpaper paste or watery and tasteless depending on who is preparing the item. Tim Horton would be ashamed to have his name on the stuff that is being sold. Bring back at least one good tasting soup....TOMATO....or is it too expensive for you to keep on the menu because you are simply interested in cutting your cost and giving us flavorless food at too high prices. Burger King should of stuck to burgers because they have no idea on what is going on in this arena. read more

While in Lockport, I decided to stop for coffee and donuts. What better place than Tim Hortons. I have no reason to find criticism, as the donut case was fully stocked with fresh donuts and the coffee was as fresh as any Tim Hortons that I've ever stopped at. The guy that was working behind the counter waited on me right away and was very nice and attentive. What more could you ask for except if you're expecting a freebie. I just left here 8:34am with my husband & received lousy service and it wasn't even busy inside. We are visiting our grandkids traveling from six hours and stoped to get a breakfast sandwich meal that is supposed to come with hash browns and a coffee. My husband had to ask if he wasn't supposed to receive a coffee with it because it wasn't given to us to which one young lady responded back ( I only make the sandwiches) the other lady just looked at him as if he had a monster face-but- did get him the coffee. Once we went out to leave with our bag & started out we noticed that the meal was also supposed to come with hash browns to which we did not have inside the bag ughhhh at this point we just said forget it. This is a decent Tim Hortons. Nothing is exceptional about it, although their staff has always been friendly, if a bit slow. If you can, avoid this location during peak hours. The line for the drive-thru will be huge and going inside isn't much better. However, this location has a ton of seating and is good for studying (if you have earphones) and an easy spot to agree on for meetings/interviews. It's also close to most of the "shopping" in Lockport, so it's nice to get a caffeine boost before running errands. read more

On fathers day June 18 2017 ordered 3 bacon egg cheese sandwiches which all were burnt and couldn't consume. Order 2 large coffees which had 1 pound of sugar in each ordered double sugar for both. I then sent a email to guest services explaining to them the items I have received that were incorrect. Guest services told me a member from management would call me about my concerns and have not received any calls. It been 9 days and still no call or email regarding my problem. STAY AWAY they are only concerned about there cash flow then there customers. read more

I come here every morning before work and order my coffee and maple oatmeal. This is the location that is closest to me, and it's the fastest in the area... Provided you go Mon-Fri between 5am and 3pm. The weekday crew is fabulous-- accurate and speedy. Line out to the road, you're through in 6 min at most. Lori is wonderful, always with a smile and a kind word or joke. Outside that time frame, though... the crew is slow and my order is frequently wrong. Going in the evening or on weekends is not a good experience... 20 minute waits, errors with my order, etc. read more

I saw her put it in and the pack looked yellow instead of blue, but I wasn't certain so I asked. Yes, to me it makes a difference as they taste different.
