There are at least 4 Tim Hortons in Lockport and this is the best in my opinion. I went in today at about 5pm. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which was nice. It wasn't busy at all because of the time of day. They had a decent amount of doughnuts in stock being later in the day. Usually there isn't that many. Had a decent selection of bagels, muffins, and other options. The cashier was extremely friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. When I left she said have a great day. The new Tims Rewards came out this week so I wanted to give it a try. Just download the app and they will scan your phone after every purchase. You can also get an actual card at the register if you prefer that over the app. With Apple you can add it to your Apple wallet as well. Once you have 7 purchases you receive a free coffee, tea or baked good. This is definitely worth it if you go every day. I don't go that often. I prefer Starbucks but this rewards program was long overdue for Tim Hortons. The cashier told me I had one point and looked at the app and it was there. I ordered a large salted caramel ice Capp. I've never had the salted caramel before, just the plain caramel so wanted to give it a try. It was actually amazing and I recommend it if you have a sweet tooth and love caramel like I do. I ordered a limited edition strawberry cheesecake doughnut as well. I usually do for Boston cream but it looked appealing. The cashier said I would be addicted to them after I had it. I think I am now! It was really good. Had some crumble on top kind of tasted like brown sugar. Has strawberry frosting and a cream cheese filling. Definitely recommend it! It was clean inside and the service was quick.

It's so delicious !!! First time here with friends and family, the food was beyond my expectations. My order was incomplete but the manager was so nice and friendly that make us feel that we want to come back.

Drive thru is often slow at night. But inside customer service is great during daylight hours.

They were that good and on our minds after our initial visit. Both times we visited the location was busy and we had to wait in a small line. Service is very efficient and they take care of you quickly once you're at the counter. All of the donuts we ordered were perfect. One of the kids got a limited edition burger donut with proceeds being donated to the local Ronald McDonald house. It was a very inventive donut with glazed donuts as the burger buns, half a chocolate glazed as the burger patty, and different creams making up the cheese and condiments. So unique and for a good cause! Indoor seating is available which we took advantage of, as we could not wait to enjoy our donuts. I wish we lived close by as we would be regulars. I feel the donuts are fairly priced for the quality. Expect to pay more than your local Dunkin or Tim Hortons, but you can also expect the quality is way better. Fresh homemade donuts can't be beat.

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)

I love cannoli's in general, but let's face it the worst part is the hard shell, well Sweet Ally's takes care of that for you, putting it inside a delicious donut! Reasonable pricing too! They only make them on Sundays, but if it is a different day, stop by and enjoy their other selection of donuts, baked goods and candy. This time of year is the perfect time to visit, as right behind them Oakfield has a wonderful Christmas light up Wonderland, and across the street they have 100 decorated Christmas trees! Make it a day trip out to Sweet Ally's you won't be disappointed!

If you can get past the bad service, I'd recommend the apple fritters, they were good. Also the chocolate frosting with white cream was good and worth the calories. Just don't call it "Angel cream" or the owner will remind you that "only Paula's calls it that."

I remember biting into a crispy on the outside but also fluffy Apple cider donut which really hit the spot. I stopped by at Duke's Donuts today at the NT Farmer's Market. For $10, you get 13 donuts which is a steal! The Apple Cider donuts were as amazing as I remembered them to be! Hands down, one of the best Apple Cider donuts I've had. They had a nice apple flavor to it and weren't overly sweet like other ones I've had. I also had the original sugared donuts. This was my first time having one of them. I really like how fluffy they were but they tasted a little boring and didn't have much flavor to them. Overall, I'm a huge fan of Duke's Donuts.
