This restaurant has got a lot better in terms of service and quality of food. I recently got a BELT(bacon, egg,lettuce and tomato) The bagel and it was absolutely delicious and fresh. The bagel and muffin were fresh and tasty and there are so many varieties. I got an iced coffee and again so many wonderful choices. I'm very glad that there is a better upturn in quality and service as I really like their coffee, bagels and my favorite BELT sandwich. read more

Honestly I love their coffee but their service is horrible. They need to get their hours rights or change them online. Says open at 5 and I have came to this tim hortons countless times got coffee at 530am. For the last month or more drive up and no one or I drive up and they were closed come back in an hour like really coffee shop 630am that's when I come back no. Very disrespectful and the person that owns this store might want to check their employees because they do not run good business. Look, it's a Tim Horton's. Their food is shipped in and nothing is really made onsite... but that's what this place is about. I have only had coffee at a Tim Horton's because the food is not for me. I don't do processed, crap-carb foods. But the service was friendly at this Tim Horton's and my coffee actually quite pleasant. They put the cream in the coffee like they do at Dunkin' Donuts... and it was the perfect amount. I was pleased. Additionally, the place was clean... except maybe they used a little too much cleaning product on the floor because it was a bit sticky. I understand staffing shortages and other struggles like inventory during Covid. But even before the pandemic the service was so so and it always seemed they were out of foods on their menu. Today the manager was rude and refused to serve me after waiting 5 minutes inside with no courtesy. If their dining room is not open then they need to lock the door and put up a sign. I had heard that things had improved at this location. After waiting at the counter with no other customers in line, no one in the drive through I finally flagged down 3 workers. They were near the back talking and laughing. The manager said I didn't know what they were doing, they could have been on their headsets. Again, no one in the drive through. We've made several visit to this place only to be told they are only serving coffee, no soups or food of any kind. They told us everything was already either put away or tossed out already for the night, two of these visits were hours before they closed! This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons in the area. They are constantly out of things. Their espresso machine is constantly down every morning. They get the orders wrong to where you have to always pull up to the wait for them to get it correct. How about training your employees better. This isn't rocket science. What started as a happy visit to my favorite local coffee chain ended with that day being my last stopping in for coffee. The rudest manager I have ever met in the service industry. I stopped in to order food and beverages three weeks ago and I pulled up to the speaker. Gave Michale my order. He asked if I was finished. I said yes then ordered something additionally. ( my passenger wanted something last minute ) so I mentioned this item to Michale the Manager (who speaks very fast so he is easy to identify) and he says "oh so your not done." There clearly was no need for the sarcasm. Having had many other problems with Michale prior to this day I decided I was tired of dealing with his attitude each time I came in. I stopped ordering and told him I will be at the window. After trying to politely talk to him he did not care what I had to say to him. He gave me the beverages I ordered and I told him to forget about the sandwich before I ever paid for it. I paid for what I got. (I received no receipt to do a survey.) Then during our conversation he stops, dismisses me and shuts the window in my face. I will absolutely never return to this place of poor service while he is employed there. Among family and friends, colleagues and acquaintances I have told them this event and am warning them of the poor service. Only to find out I'm not the only one Michale the manager has angered. read more

I like Tim Horton's a lot but I have been very disappointed with the service at the Tecumseh location, which is sad because it's one of the better coffee options here. But the other day I was very disappointed when I ordered breakfast and received 2 entirely different sandwiches and didn't have the sausage on it that I paid and asked for. They weren't hot and on top of that we received cold hash browns and I didn't wait to eat them until we got home, they were cold right when I tried it at the drive thru window. I should have said something then but asking them for ketchup seemed to vex them and they took a few minutes to find 3 ketchup packets. I don't think I'll be going there for breakfast for a while because that was very unhappy with the service. read more

Rude morning service that has left me flabbergasted by the past three times I have gone here. This franchise has clearly gone downhill. I was charged $4.99 for a large iced coffee on my visit this morning and the drive thru worker and a second staff member refused to recognize that this was the wrong price for that drink. I had been coming here several times a week for the past three years and I am done. Don't you think after all of these poor reviews that something would be done?! My husband and I pulled into the drive through at 8:50pm to find the staff walking out the back door, closing up. We asked "are you closing? It's not even 9pm yet?" They proceeded to tell us that their clock says 9pm.... seriously ?! Oh and by the way they don't actually close until 10pm and it says 11pm online. I am a business professional who stopped into this Tim Horton on Wed morning.. I bought a cappachino and pastry and sat down to log on my computer fast before my first appointment of the day. And guess what NO WIFI! According to the staff they have a new owner who believes it's "built into the building". How can you be intelligent enough to own and operate a business and not understand that YOU have to PAY for WIFI to provide it to you customers who come into your establishment spend their money before sitting down only to realize the there is no wifi. I have been to this location several times, the staff is usually friendly but I almost always get watered down coffee or have to wait for some to be brewed. This location also does not put sleeves on their coffee cups making them almost unbearable to hold for any period of time. read more

I frequent both Tecumseh and Adrian locations..I prefer Adrian. Visiting the Tecumseh location I've experienced rude employees and inconsistencies...seems like not all employees know how to make all items on the menu how they are supposed to be made or prepared everytime. I just want to be able to order and get what I ordered...should not be that difficult especially when it is straight off the menu with no special requests from the customer. read more
