I don't even feel like this establishment deserves even one star :/ but had to put it to write this review. I work door dash, and refuse to take any orders from this store because you wait for 20 minutes for 2 items to be made while the staff stand there just looking at the screens. I can get food from applebee's and Bob Evans WAY WAY faster than this place which is an absolute disgrace. The staff is not friendly and they are all very lazy and extremely SLOW.. if I was you, I'd go to the next town arby's or some other place cause this place will have you waiting a half hour for them to pour you a drink :/ Not worth my time to even pick up someone's else's order unfortunately. read more

During COVID, everyone has to do the drive thru for these restaurants so what makes one more special than the others is the quantity of the service at the window. The young ladies taking orders and working the register were very polite and cheerful. Made the experience a pleasant one. However, after trying them twice at two different stores, I have decided I am not a fan of the sweet potato waffles fries. Think I'll go back to the curly fries in the future. read more

My wife and I came in for lunch. Had to listen to employees talk to a regular customer about him pleasuring himself in the bathroom while one of them helps. I have to apologize that I have not spoken out sooner regarding the Drive-Thru service at the Dundee location. In the dozens of times that I have been to this location and attempted to order extremely simple orders it has been extremely rare that they ever get one correct. For Example, I have ordered roast beef sandwiches plain...I say plain at the microphone and the person will repeat it back to me. Because they screw up each time I repeat myself multiple times. "Plain...meat and bread. Nothing on it. No, I don't want sauces or anything else but meat and bread." I am then asked, "Do you want sauce on that?" I patiently then repeat, "Meat and Bread". I'll give you one guess at what I inevitably receive. Every damn time. I don't know if your people aren't listening, haven't been trained, are left alone unsupervised or just trying to piss off customers enough so you will notice them. It's my own fault I keep coming back figuring that someday a responsible adult will wander in and take charge of this location. Tonight my wife had a similar experience while picking me up a PLAIN lamb gyro and a chocolate shake with no whip cream. Not a hard order right? Wrong. After having the requisite exchange of what constitutes bread and meat to what was actually very nice and kind person taking the order my wife received a gyro with sauce. Really? Why does this location hate it's customers or feel that checking an order that comes out of your window correctly is a crime against nature? On top of that the person made this a combo and charged us for it. She didn't ask for a combo. I have worked for many years in many restaurants including when I was in high school and in college. The owners would have handed me my a** and my walking papers if I was screwing up this much and not confirming that the customers orders were correct. And then they would have had a clear conversation with my supervisor and the manager about why I hadn't been trained, mentored and observed before I began interacting with the customers. I have never experienced this level of service at other Arby's and will now probably just go to the surrounding customer appreciative locations in Milan and Frenchtown. Please know that I have been extremely patient and have taken each and every screw-up where I could into the location and tried to make people aware of these issue without losing my temper and understanding that these are young people that need direction and guidance. They have always been kind and respectful. I blame the management for not teaching follow through with their work and their responsibility to the customers. Be better. P.S. This has been going on for years and I finally reached my breaking point. Please don't assume you can blame any of this on COVID or the election or the state of the world. I went through the drive-through window and picked up two chicken sliders. The sliders were so dried out and nasty that I had to spit out the first one. I was able to get two bites out of the second one. I am throwing them away. read more

I went to my local Arby's in Dundee because they had finally online ordering the problem is you cannot pick it up through the drive-thru you have to go inside and when I called the 1-800 number they told me that was the choice of the owner. Plus they make your order right away so if you want it fresh don't order it too far ahead. But since my order was already made in sitting there I don't know what the big deal is all they had to do is hand it to me through the drive-thru window. read more

Ordered on a slow night over an hour before close. Took 30-40 minutes to get an order for two people, tried not to be too irritated as all Arby's seem slow. Sat at the drive thru this whole time. About 4 employees just talking while one slowly gathered our meal. Got home to realize half the order was missing. After all that wait lol. Definitely will not return to this location. read more

I feel like rating a fast food place on here is redundant because most fast food places are not really about quality. And furthermore, usually I believe that there's no point in reviewing a fast food place because nothing will change and people will still go. With that being said, I don't think it will change anything, but I can no longer ignore the immensely slow service I always receive here. The food is always adequate but I finally have to speak out about the numerous times I've had to sit in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes when they don't appear to be busy. I sat for literally 14 minutes in the drive-thru this past weekend. There was one car in front of me, about eight or nine cars in the parking lot, and I had ordered one sandwich meal and another random sandwich. The point - I didn't see any valid reason this order took so incredibly long and the staff never commented about the wait or apologized. I didn't say anything but I don't think I feel like waiting so long for something called fast food. Even if this review makes no difference, I don't care. Staff was very confused when taking orders, did not know how to answer simple questions from the customer and once again, you guessed it, they were out of three different types of drinks. Wanted to give a quick update about my first experience at the Dundee location. I saw that they had the King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I was told this was a five minute wait. So I opted for the Rachel. That was a decent sandwich. It was about a dollar more than necessary, but decent. That's the reason for the extra star. Already disappointed about the fish, I ordered a Dr. Pepper. "We are out of Dr. Pepper." I should have cancelled the order then and there, but I didn't. I settled for a Sierra Mist. As I was finishing my sandwich, again, a decent sandwich, I was ready for my drink. To my complete lack of surprise, no syrup. All carbonated water. As a new resident to Dundee, I'm vowing not to return to this location, which is a disappointment. read more

This isn't a review against Arby's as a whole, but against Arby's in Dundee. Basically, this Arby's reuses food that is returned for errors. I know this because it happened right in front of myself and about 5-10 other customers. A man walked out, then returned because his order was wrong. He handed it to the girl and she stared at it while yelling (YELLING) out, "What is this?" The woman (Becky?) taking our order completely stopped taking our order while paying total attention to this other situation, while we stood there seconds from snapping our fingers in her face to get her attention back. But wait, Becky (?) was on to something with her complete and total attention to this other problem. She yells out to the other girl yelling, "Just take it back, they can use it." Who is they? The garbage can? That should be the only think that can use the food that gets sent back. Not here! Here they reuse the food that is returned. No one, including me, really realized that's what she meant until I assume they tried to actually use it on another sandwich because another man waiting yelled out, "You can't use that?" Becky (?) then looked at him dumb-founded as if he were telling her he was made of cheese and said, "The meat?" To which the man responded, "The meat. The whole thing. It left the building, you have to throw it away. You can't reuse it." The fact that she, and they, clearly had no clue this was against health code and yelled it out with a restaurant full of people says the management doesn't train their employees on proper food-handling procedures and health code rules and regulations. If it leaves the back line and comes back, it gets thrown out. That is just common knowledge, or it should be. Also, the toilets don't flush in the bathroom. Not like, "Won't flush all the way." More like, "Don't do anything at all." read more
