I don't know, candaigua or somewhere, excited to see it, but then less so consuming their product. iced coffee should be called tan water , not very good. This is a bright and Airy this is a great and spacious Tim Hortons. It's also very clean. I stopped in here on the way home from errands, determined to be a bad girl and get a glazed cinnamon bun. It did not disappoint. What was slightly disappointing that they were out of several donuts. I had my heart set on a glazed cinnamon bun, so no matter. The cashier greeted me promptly and took care of me in record time and didn't even bat an eye when I asked her to just leave it in the wax paper. Shameless, I was going to eat it right then and there, no bag needed. Nice air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and my glazed cinnamon bun. I'm easy to please. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. There were two employees inside working when we placed a mobile order. Me and my friends pulled through the drive through as instructed by the app. No one answered. Then my friends and I tried to enter the store, it was locked. We tried to contact the store and no one answered the phone. We tried the drive through again. Awful. read more

I should know better than to come here. Ever since they were bought by Burger King, nothing has been the same. I heard a commercial for their bagel bites, and thought they sounded good. I drove by on the way to the grocery store, and thought I'd stop for them on the way home. There's a sign for them, with no pricing or sizing. I ordered the plain ones, and they told me to pull up to the window. They are not touchless right now, which is weird since everyone else seems to be. They took my card and came back with a little brown bag you'd put a donut in. There were 3 bagel bites in the bag. They're about the size of a donut hole. They were not warm, and really not anything, but they were $3.29. I could have gotten a whole bagel for that, and even had it toasted. Imagine that. I hadn't been here for a long time. I remember why. Their timbits and donuts always taste stale, too. I wouldn't recommend anything here that is premade. Get a bagel and have it toasted, etc. Or go somewhere else. read more

Good coffee here, terrible paper cups. I got the extra large coffee black.. the paper cup collapses when you grab it. Also because it's black coffee with no cream, it's extra hot. The sleeve they put on it helps with heat, but does nothing to support the flimsy cup. I asked for a double cup for additional support and insulation. They charged me for the extra cup. Go out of your way to get coffee somewhere else. It was supposed to be open but we got ignored. Pulled up to the drive-thru window and the kid inside looked at me, then turned away. They really do set their own hours and most of the people there really don't care and it shows. It's not the first time the customer service here has been non-existent. Worst service EVER. Ordered at drive thru. Got to window, and had to reorder. Took for ever for them to get a bagel for me. Not busy, yet totally chaotic and disorganized. I am at the Empire Blvd. Tim Horton's many times a week. My sister is ill and the Tropical Orange Fruit Chill seems to settle her down. A worker there named Raquel is beyond wonderful. She knows exactly what I will be ordering. On Monday, 1/8/18 I stopped to get the usual. There were two very confused lads working. I told them what I wanted and quickly I was met with "we don't make that". The scary part was it was the manager who was telling me this and I felt he was pretty rude about it. I proceeded to tell Mr. Rude that I had just gotten one the day before. He then ask me what color it was? Politely I respond "Orange". He said yeah I know what you want. I paid the $3.55 (tax included) and was handed a yellow drink. By this time I had had it with these two, took the drink, walked out the door and dropped it into the trash bin. I used the drive thru today and ordered a cookie and coffee for a total of $3.60. I handed the attendant a $5 and $.60 so I would get $2 in change. As I handed it to him, he dropped the $.60. Over the years, whenever this has happened in other drive thrus, the attendant says "never mind" and it is a non-issue. Today I was told that he couldn't come out and get the change. I certainly couldn't get out of the car as there wasn't room to open the door as I was at the drive-thru window. I was given my order and $1.40 in change. I drove away and realized, that I was shorted the $.60 that he dropped! I was so furious that I went to the drive thru lane, parked my car before arriving at the window, and proceeded to pick up my $.60. I will NEVER return to this location again due to deplorable customer service. Let me tell you a little about myself..I am a 67 year old lady and feel that I deserve more respect from a drive-thru attendant. read more
