Dropped it off and talked to someone who told me I can pick it up in a few hours. Great. i figured since I bought the tires there they would repair my flat for free or at least notify me there would be a charge for the flat repair. However I was surprised with a 40 dollar bill upon picking the tire up. Had I known that it wasn't free or reasonably priced I would have repaired it myself. The staff was friendly enough but I'm not sure why I wasn't informed of a charge for service.

I had an issue with stem cap that corroded and wouldn't come off. After some research and several…read morehours of attempting to remove it using "conventional" methods, I used an angle grinder to get it off. Well, that was a fail and I damaged the cap to the point where the only solution was to have it replaced. I took my truck into Discount without an appointment and James, the store manager, pleasantly greeted me immediately. He came out to assess the damage and made a joke about how all I needed was some super glue. I love jokes so I appreciated the levity. They replaced the stem and patched a hole created by a screw. The best part was they did it at a true Discount- a 100% Discount. I will never grow "tire"d of service like this.

All the campers that we were interested in were unlocked so we were able to get inside of of them. A sales employee came out on a golf cart, and she drove us around to different campers. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She also provided us with cold water bottles which we appreciated as it was quite hot. At the end of the day we went to this other place to purchase our camper as we appreciated them, not wasting our time and General RV informed us they would never service our camper strictly because we did not purchase it from them. More happened that we didn't care for, but this sums it up pretty well. Extremely disappointed since we had such a good experience 20 years ago.
